06/01/2026: If you're heading up to Sant Antonino, whether for lunch or dinner, be sure to visit the Taverna Corse, located just above a beautiful square. Under a lovely pergola, savor delicious Corsican dishes (wild boar, veal, salads, etc.). From appetizers (zucchini fritters, etc.) to desserts (fiadone, etc.), everything is excellent 👌. And the young team running the place is incredibly welcoming. Reservations are highly recommended.

A family affair: the daughter in the kitchen, the parents fishing, and the mother still serving in the evening. Working from dawn till dusk, with a love for a job well done, passionately shared 😊 A restaurant of rare authenticity in a rather touristy setting—go for it, it's THE place for fish and seafood on the port of Calvi!

07/06/2026: We had dinner there during our stop on the GT20. Very nice, it's a shame they were out of bread 🥲 so we couldn't try the Corsican charcuterie 🥲 The pizzas weren't homemade but they were good 😊 They're very bike-friendly, which is a nice touch on the GT20 route. We recommend it.

The food was excellent; we ordered two set menus at €27.50 each: a platter of Corsican charcuterie, cheese fritters, caramelized pork belly with mashed potatoes, and a chestnut fondant with homemade vanilla-canistrelli ice cream. The view of the bay from the elevated terrace was truly delightful.

16/05/2026: A quality restaurant offering several meals for 43/45 or (48 depending on the option) per person, including dessert, aperitif, and digestif! The staff are lovely, kind, and attentive! 25/05/2026: Pleasant restaurant, friendly owner, the meal was decent in the town center, priced for two Corsican specialties. Traditional Corsican cuisine, simple but effective. There's a terrace or indoor seating. The prices are rather high, though.

There was no need to describe the meal, as it perfectly reflected the place and the team that runs it: generous, warm, delicious, in short, unforgettable.
