20/10/2025: This review only concerns the restaurant. Very warm welcome. Homemade and local cuisine in very good quantities. A lovely lunch break before resuming our journey in the rain. ☔️

18/09/2024: Absolute sight. The restaurant is worth a visit just because of its flair and appearance! The owners are very friendly and speak English and French. The food came quickly, looked stunning and tasted amazing. In addition, the portions were very large. The dishes are mostly made from local products. The lunches were priced between €16 and €28. The mousse au chocolate for €9 was also to die for and the espresso for €1.5 was also very good. The restaurant was recommended to us by the travel guide and we can pass on this recommendation.

12/09/2024: The Auberge located at an altitude of 1100 m is a true hidden gem in the heart of Balagne. Perched between two valleys, it offers a breathtaking view of Île Rousse on one side and the majestic Corsican mountains on the other. As soon as we arrived, we were transported into a warm and welcoming Alpine chalet atmosphere. The cuisine is typically Corsican and entirely homemade, which makes each dish even tastier. The bread, wine and desserts are simply excellent. It is an unmissable address for anyone visiting the region. I highly recommend stopping here to enjoy an authentic dining experience in an idyllic setting. A great discovery in Balagne!

01/10/2024: Cuisine de qualité Endroit sympathique Service moyen avec un personnel à la limite du respect ( probablement le fait d’être des touristes). Malgré l’interdiction légale de fumer , le restaurant autorise cela sur terrasse fermée ce qui a gâché notre dernier repas en Corse Il serait plus judicieux d’installer les fumeurs en bord de terrasse Heureusement cet établissement ne représente en rien l’accueil des Corses

03/07/2025: I just spent 3 days in Magnolia Calvi. The location is perfect, near to everything very central and convenient. Unfortunately few event were really annoying; To start, one morning while we were still in bed, the housekeeper tried to enter the room without knocking. We shouted “no”, but she came in anyway—and then proceeded to speak to us standing at the door, while we were still lying in bed. It felt like a complete lack of privacy and respect. The next day, after the cleaning service came through, we returned to find our blanket thrown on the floor, and the towels hadn’t even been replaced. That was honestly quite shocking and unacceptable for any hotel. The reception is almost All the time empty, we tried to call few times, but no one ever answered. And also, if you have big luggage’s, no one will help you carry it, which in my opinion is the basic service any hotel should provide.

30/06/2025: We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel. The welcome was warm and the owners were very kind. Dogs are welcome.

22/09/2024: Cadre magnifique et un très bon accueil. concernant la restauration il n'y a rien à dire tout était parfait de l'entrée jusqu'au dessert. Accès au restaurant est un peu difficile. Je reviendrais avec joie.

15/09/2024: Nous sommes passés par hasard, sans connaître la réputation. Qu'est ce qu'on a bien fait! Le cadre et la vue sur la mer et les montagnes sont incroyables. Le personnel est jeune, dynamique et professionnel. Nous nous sommes régalés, le hamburger au filet de bœuf (du beurre) et foie gras, une tuerie! Le tajine au poisson etait une dinguerie aussi et que dire du fiandole!!! Nous y retournerons cette semaine❤️❤️❤️

22/10/2025: Excellent hotel with parking in the heart of Corte. Very warm welcome, clean and very comfortable room, close to amenities, excellent breakfast. I recommend it 100%; I will return to this hotel the next time I visit Corte.
