18/03/2026: Excellent 3-star inn, which I highly recommend. It's in a very pleasant setting, far from the hustle and bustle of Toulouse, yet so close (30km). A complete change of scenery. The restaurant is of high quality, and the staff are very attentive. I had a wonderful night's sleep there after a long journey. The spacious room is tastefully decorated. I would gladly return on my next trip to the region. I recommend it.

28/02/2026: Clean rooms but rather small showers. Only one large towel for two people. The downside was the breakfast, which wasn't adequate for the price. We expected more choice for the price, having stayed in many hotels before. The receptionist wasn't very friendly. We were a bit disappointed compared to other Logis hotels.

30/03/2026: The meat was very good, and the charcuterie too! You could really taste the smoky flavor of the ribeye! What a shame the foie gras wasn't good at all! I think it wasn't cooked enough.

08/02/2026: We had a wonderful time. The setting is lovely, but it's the friendly service that truly makes the difference. The buffet was excellent and varied, with high-quality products that were also beautifully presented. A feast for the eyes and the taste buds!

07/11/2025: Hello, my rating is low... The location: very well situated in the lovely Maourine Park, but the surrounding area deserves better maintenance, even after storms. The atmosphere inside is very noisy... The waiter is friendly, but I wish he would look at us when he speaks to us (I understand he's alone, but...). I gave the service a 2 because the price is too high for what's served (a reheated, scalding hot mixture of mashed potatoes and smoked trout, plus a small piece of tarte tatin with an unsuitable base (tasting of cardboard) = 20 euros is expensive, too expensive). I ate everything because the portion was small. THIS IS JUST MY OPINION!

02/11/2025: We eat there from time to time, and charmed by the setting, the welcome, and the quality of the food, we were fortunate enough to celebrate our daughter's wedding there. The team was attentive and fantastic, responding to our requests with exceptional warmth. Thanks to Jean-François and his small team, the celebration was wonderful. You can eat there year-round, and the menu often changes depending on what's fresh at the market. Excellent value for money in a truly relaxing setting. What more can I say? I recommend it 1000%!

02/12/2025: Disappointed with the service and especially the welcome. When I see the previous reviews, I wonder why we had such a bad experience. But honestly, we've never had such a reception before. No communication, not even a "bon appétit." We ordered a duck breast without specifying how we wanted it cooked. My wife told the manager it wasn't cooked enough, and the response was, "That's how you eat duck breast." Unheard of! The reply was, "That's how it's eaten here, sorry." Those were the only words of the evening. In short, we won't be back.

27/10/2025: Appearances can be deceiving from the outside. The interior design too! Haha! The most important thing is what's on the plate. You can go there with your eyes closed; it's delicious and plentiful. Thank you.

22/03/2026: We've known this establishment for over 20 years. Never disappointed. Clear, perfectly executed cuisine with excellent ingredients and beautiful presentation. The announcement of the loss of the star made us wonder: What happened? And to find out, we went back last night... Well, nothing has changed... Whether it was the squid stuffed with scallop coral mousse, the pot-au-feu broth with vegetable pearls and grated truffle, the langoustine fricassee with foie gras cubes and oyster mushrooms, the seared scallop with parmesan espuma, the veal medallion with parsnip and morels, the Roquefort lollipop, the grapefruit and white chocolate mousse pre-dessert, or the chocolate and hazelnut dessert, everything was, as always, up to our expectations. No lengthy descriptions of the dishes, just understated elegance. When there's a sauce (like with langoustines, for example), you can taste it because it's not a comma or three dots on the plate that you have to search for with the tip of your knife! We deduce that the Michelin Guide will undoubtedly have to shake things up to remind everyone of its existence. So, Ô Saveurs, don't change a thing, keep delighting your customers by doing what you do best: Real cooking!

22/03/2026: I was disappointed by this place; unfortunately, only the restaurant's name has changed. I was expecting more rustic, family-style cuisine. Oh, the name! The grand buffet hasn't changed drastically compared to the old Fouquet's. As for the desserts, for a supposedly luxurious establishment, I could have found better in a more casual restaurant. The welcome and waiter were pleasant, but being seated opposite a window created a rather cold atmosphere. A shame.

07/03/2026: No reservations possible, and when you arrive at 7:00 PM on a Saturday night, it's already full! But their sales tactic is well-honed, because they'll direct you to the lounge bar downstairs called "The Samurai," which will undoubtedly empty your wallet! I won't be wasting my time there again...

17/03/2026: The food was quite good, but the service was really poor; we felt judged for every little thing we did, and no one was very welcoming.

17/03/2026: The service was atrocious. €18 for a pizza and one of the cooks was rude to us the whole time. He even made sure we didn't drink the water bottles we brought with us. Anyway, the owner must be having some issues with his wife to be so bitter.
