26/12/2025: I'm absolutely delighted with this lemon Yule log. Its flavor is exquisite, the texture perfectly moist, and the flavors are beautifully balanced. It looks stunning on my Christmas table! What's more, the saleswoman is incredibly charming, despite the Christmas rush. I'm going to try other flavors, but I already highly recommend the lemon version, and this lovely shop with its wide selection!

12/02/2026: The worst restaurant in Saint-Gaudens!! Frozen food at exorbitant prices, mediocre quality... an inedible flank steak, and deplorable service. I don't even understand how it attracts customers, and the reviews are completely false!! Shameful, and we'll never go back. Complaint also sent. Because for an establishment like this, you expect the bare minimum... that friendliness is optional, and that good food should be a given!! But oh well, not for you... what a shame.

11/02/2026: No tissues in the room. The hot water is scalding hot and then only lukewarm. No heating in the bathroom. A bit noisy at times when people are in the hallways. Noisy upstairs when someone walks by; it creaks. The bed is comfortable. The parking is convenient, but it's a shame it's not free.

29/11/2025: We went to this bar/restaurant where we sometimes go for sangria. It was very crowded. A young waitress was carrying a tray that tipped over, and a glass of red wine fell on my clothes, shoes, bag, and even my daughter. The owner's only reaction was to say, "Who says you didn't bump into her?" even though we had no contact whatsoever. She knows that perfectly well. No apology! Aside from the damage caused, what I find appalling is the manager's bad faith and reaction. The young woman seemed sorry and offered me some paper napkins. In short, a place where customer service doesn't seem to be the norm. Avoid it!

23/10/2025: I ate this evening, I asked the question about the lamb shank if it was really confit, and if it was homemade, the waitress at my place certified that yes, I was first served a duck confit, she served my friend with whom I was there She took my dish back, the shank was hard and cold inside so it was frozen not confit at all, very disappointed to have paid the high price for this product. On the other hand the ice creams are excellent. This is not false advertising for ice creams. I knew the brand very well.

01/10/2024: Great finding in Toulouse, serving local specialties like the famed cassoulet. The ambiance is classic chic and service attentive. They have a good wine list with focus on the local appellations. The quality of the food is the main attraction here though.

02/02/2026: I wanted to get a drink at the Florida in Toulouse, but Laurence didn't take my order and didn't even notice. Her colleague started getting unpleasant when I said they hadn't taken my order, saying, "Okay, we get it." Are we at the circus or a café?

26/08/2025: It's honestly terrible not to be able to give 0 stars. If the man behind the bar on Saturday mornings is the boss, I feel sorry for his employees. It must be awful to work in such an environment! Having to pay cash for anything less than the ten euros charged (by the restaurant) is one thing, but getting kicked out afterward when you wanted to add a drink to pay more than ten euros is another. This man behind the bar is odious, only serves if asked (it's clearly not instinctive to do good work), and allows himself to throw change on the table, thinking he's who knows what. When I read some of the other reviews, I tell myself that we were ultimately lucky. It goes without saying that I absolutely do not recommend this establishment, at least not this "waiter." One question remains: why do you do this job if you don't like it?

26/08/2025: We're looking for a quiet drink on a Saturday morning. We have a Perrier and two cokes, total: €9.50. The owner says he only accepts cards from €10, it's a 50 cent nitpick, but I understand. We say, well, add a Perrier, we'll drink it at some point. The response is "no, I've already entered the bill, go and withdraw it, it's not far." What a joke, having to go and withdraw it from the bank 200m away for 50 cents. When we come back and have paid the €9.50, the owner asks us if we want him to serve us at the table. Well, yes, we'd just have to come and get it too... So he comes back with the order and more or less throws the change (50 cent coins) in our faces with a haughty smile. Lamentable, we should have left.

29/12/2025: A truly unpleasant experience with a sour waiter/owner. It was my first time at this place with my girlfriend. It will be the last. I asked if they offered plant-based milk (I'm lactose intolerant) for the hot chocolate, only to be met with a disdainful response: "Oh no, I don't make hippie drinks here. We only serve real milk. If you want your stuff, go see the hippies further down the road." A simple "No, I don't have any" would have sufficed. I strongly advise against going there.

08/02/2026: I've been coming here since I was a teenager, and the service is always fantastic. Special mention to the tall, bald gentleman! His good humor, smile, and laughter are always much appreciated. Thank you for these wonderful moments ❤️ We ordered more than we could eat, but we were able to get some leftovers to take home… yum! 😋 My mom and I will be back; it's our little moment of sweetness 🌸☀️

27/11/2024: Stop by today for a salad and a coke I open my salad, impossible to eat it Completely burnt salad...all wilted...disgusting...you can see that it's frozen from the day before that you're being served...11.00 for a coke and a salad...disgusted...I don't will come back more.

14/11/2024: When working in a business it is important to emphasize kindness, a smile, sympathy and welcome. Unfortunately a blonde lady with a strong accent, recently hired, does not have these qualities. Very unpleasant person bordering on aggressive when she served me and what's more we had the impression of disturbing her whereas when I entered the bakery she didn't seem to be very busy….Regular customer I thank her very much young apprentice for her welcome, her kindness and her professionalism.

27/12/2023: Teníamos reserva a las 13:30h y nos tuvieron esperando 45min en la calle porque decían no tener espacio. La comunicación nefasta, la camarera muy borde y únicamente nos respondía en francés pese a indicarle que entendías poco y que preferías otro idioma (ej. inglés). Es algo que nos llamó la atención pues en Toulouse todo el mundo es muy amable y hace por ayudarte. En este local todo lo contrario. A parte de la espera y el mal trato, la comida la sirvieron tarde y la carne quemada. Este sitio no lo recomendaríamos ni volveríamos. Hay sitios mucho mejores en Toulouse y con personal más amable.

19/02/2026: I've been going to this café once a week for the past six years. The staff is very attentive. I recommend it for lunch; it's great for an afternoon snack. Unfortunately, they're often very busy on Saturday afternoons, so I suggest going during the week. Great atmosphere and a view of the Basilica!

14/02/2026: My girlfriend and I arrived on Valentine's Day for coffee. We'd been intrigued by this place for a while, so we decided to go in. Upon entering, you're not greeted with a menu, not even a hello, not even a smile. You just sit down and that's it. This last part is important because that's all we did in this café. Indeed, after a 25-minute wait, there was no sign of life from the waiter, even though he acknowledged our presence. I can understand it was a busy day, the place was full, and the waiters aren't robots, I mean. Nevertheless, they should at least serve people in order of arrival and not serve several groups of people who arrived 20 minutes later before us. Fortunately, Toulouse is full of much more welcoming cafés.

25/01/2026: I sat inside for the first time. The atmosphere was warm and the people were very friendly. There were many different types of beer, and one was perfect for me. I was glad I went :)

26/11/2025: The owner's behavior was completely inappropriate; she treated me as if I were her employee, not her customer. Furthermore, she cancelled my reservation at the last minute, forcing me to book a more expensive room on arrival.

16/11/2025: We went there for a show. Superb evening, perfect welcome, excellent charcuterie and cheese platters.

31/10/2025: Attention, this is an exceptional restaurant! A three-course meal (starter, main, and dessert) for €18, all homemade and of high quality. Some of the varied dishes are original, reflecting the chef's diverse and talented experience around the world. Keep it up!

26/09/2025: I will only be able to appreciate this place once I have tried it..... Please update your opening days and hours, at least on the internet because Thursday evening we found the doors closed, which is a shame.
