18/08/2024: nous étions emballés de notre venue dans ce restaurant gastronomique ! Malheureusement les goûts n'est pas rendez vous mais le pris oui ! Nous avons fait tous les grands restaurants gastronomiques de la ville rose et celui ci est n'en a que le nom malheureusement. Même le personnel n'est pas à la hauteur . Nous n'y reviendrons pas .

06/08/2024: The food was below par. They have the window dressing of excellent service. My friend is a vegetarian and they were hostile to her; the chef came out afterwards and was rude, “ This is MY kitchen….” he ranted. I had mackerel with runny peach sauce. The appetizers had a garden of flowers on top that did not add flavor. It’s really strange he has one star. My restaurant Clay in Harlem serves better food!

13/09/2024: An unmissable place in Comminges, an inn as we like them in the old fashioned way where no fuss served in quantity and quality and what a welcome I never tire of! Thank you Jeanne 😍

27/08/2024: I was looking for a nice and not too expensive place for the 2 children (8 and 16 years old) and myself. Quick booking at 12:15 p.m., arrival at 12:25 p.m. Warm welcome from the owner, then more abruptly from the big waiter. Order placed at 12:30 p.m., dishes arrived at 1:15 p.m. even though there were only 3 tables when we arrived. In the meantime the inn fills up and we see other tables receiving their starters. So far nothing unusual except that we also see other tables arriving after us receiving their dishes... the waiter finally brings us 1 duck breast, 1 melon salad and a sweetbread. I was surprised that we didn't ask for the duck breast to be cooked, but let's move on... the orange duck breast is OK but ordinary, the melon salad is hearty. The sweetbread… mush. No hold, product certainly defrosted in the microwave given how it disintegrated. All bathed in a very average mushroom sauce. I immediately put my “all duck” in motion, I pointed out that we had taken everything a la carte off the menu. The whole duck arrives: half a medium-rare breast, half a confit, no crispy skin, no taste, as bland as possible and dry... and 2 poor fillets marked on the grill. So we're not in Sarlat but still. Having tasted my daughter's duck breast, the product is of good quality but really poorly cooked. Damage. As for the service, we really had the impression of annoying the waiter who grumbled as soon as a customer entered the room. In short, disappointed… Take back the staff boss, a hostel should be a friendly place where you feel good to eat properly.

19/09/2024: Too bad, very nice little place, too bad that we live in a society. or a boss. Or the employer feels obliged to make stupid comments. and supporters of the least effort... why run a business when you don't have contact with customers...

11/09/2024: Une expérience tout bonnement catastrophique. J'ai réservé pour un déjeuner un peu "amélioré" avec mon compagnon, dans ce lieu supposément très agréable et bon, et ce fut une belle erreur. D'une part, le cadre est assez impersonnel, très business avec une vue sur des poteaux, en gros, mais surtout au bout d'une heure, je n'avais eu que l'entrée, nous avons fini par partir et j'ai déjeuné d'un sandwich dans la rue, ce qui n'était pas exactement le plan. Mon compagnon, de son côté, a vu arriver son burger cuit à l'avance et réchauffé au four classique ou au micro-ondes, servi dans une assiette brûlante (il a été remplacé par un burger frais à notre demande).

24/07/2024: Pas de service, accueil client absent, tarif trop élevé pour le service (non) rendu. J'ai du assurer le service, passer la commande (quand le patron a bien voulu terminer sa conversation téléphonique et dire bonjour a ses amis arrivés après moi) et apporter ma commande en terrasse où nous étions installés. Même situation pour les clients de la table d'à côté.

01/08/2024: Big problem with cleanliness. No clean tables (top and side) calm day with little crowd I specify. No glasses, cutlery or carafe in suitable condition.... The toilets are in a degraded state and the exterior slide is unusable due to dirt. Meal served very limited, almost cold. Too bad the premises seem recent....

29/04/2024: The setting is very nice, the food is good but... No menu offered and above all a welcome and friendliness which are deplorable. Smiling is optional and customer service is the same.
