03/12/2025: A really warm welcome and very professional service. A cozy hotel that has retained all its character, a type of accommodation that is sadly disappearing, replaced by identical hotels on the outskirts of town.
We will definitely return.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and friendliness.
The ingredients are of impeccable quality, beautifully presented on every plate. The presentation is meticulous, down to the smallest detail; you can feel the dedication to quality and the attention given to each customer.
A place I wholeheartedly recommend, both for its ambiance and the excellence of its cuisine!

22/05/2026: The staff were extremely unpleasant. Politeness is clearly not in their vocabulary. At the prices they charge these days, a smile and a decent appetite wouldn't be out of place. The tables weren't even cleaned.

Once again, McDonald's let me down. I paid for the whole meal, got soggy fries, a lukewarm burger, and zero toys.
That's not a Happy Meal, that's a Sad Meal.

The prices are very reasonable, I highly recommend this establishment.

27/05/2026: Excellent classic French brasserie in a beautiful riverside location. Elegant but relaxed atmosphere, very good food, professional service, and great value for the quality. Feels authentic rather than touristy, with strong execution of French classics and a true Toulouse vibe.
27/05/2026: Very dog friendly, dogs allowed inside and outside and well looked after. Friendly staff as well. We ordered from the "set menu" available every evening , portions were a bit small but food was nice. Profiteroles were amazing!

Review of a meal eaten in August, as the hotel is closed in winter.
A very pleasant surprise.
Impeccable service.
Quality menus and dishes, a welcome change from the other restaurants in town, which too often resemble fast food.
Thank you for this wonderful experience.
