21/12/2025: Lunch with friends was a wonderful time in a lovely setting with friendly, professional, and efficient staff who were never intrusive. The food was excellent (fish, ribeye steak, sweetbreads), and the desserts were just as delicious! We were even given a tour of the tastefully renovated premises, which include a very large reception room and a room housing a remarkable collection of antique telephones. We will definitely be back.

16/11/2025: I photographed Marine and Jeremy's wedding this year at Les Écuries de la Tour in Toulouse and I absolutely loved the venue. The room with the staircase was magnificent, and from what I understand, the owners work with several vendors to facilitate the decoration of the room, etc. I highly recommend it for your wedding!

21/01/2026: You know, I've been through some tough times in my life… this one's in my top 10, and spoiler alert, it's not 10th. I was expecting a complete dump, given its proximity to the train station. But surprisingly full, I decided to give it a try. A €16 set menu that also looked quite tempting. The dream was short-lived. We received our goat cheese tarts less than two minutes after ordering. I can tell you they weren't exactly fresh, just like the salad, which must have grown in the basement of Matabiau station. The main course was much the same: a sirloin steak more rubbery than the tires on my Peugeot 205, and the same weeds… er… sorry, salad. Honorable mention for the fries, which were actually pretty good! After the first two rounds, we weren't sure we'd make it to the third, but if we were going to be stuck in the bathroom anyway, we might as well get a proper search. And then our Viking appetites got the better of us. The result? A beautiful panna cotta with a red berry coulis made with toothpaste… mind you, no need for chewing gum to finish the meal. In short, save your immune system and walk a few extra meters to eat. You won't miss your train.

21/01/2026: A very pleasant surprise: a daily special with perfectly cooked rare sirloin steak and fries for only €10. On top of that, we were served very quickly. Simple, efficient, and excellent value for money. If you need to eat before catching a train, like I did today, I highly recommend it!

28/10/2025: Caesar salad without Caesar dressing, Emmental cheese instead of Parmesan, and very, very dry chicken. €16 for a pre-packaged salad is outrageous! €26 for a ribeye steak that was all sinew and fat, with 10 fries. First and last time. They only take advantage of people once, and then they wait for an apology.

11/02/2026: Reservation cancelled due to full booking (??). Customer service needs improvement.

27/01/2026: We came on a Thursday evening for drinks and tapas. The cocktails were excellent, and so was the Lebanese tapas! The service was pleasant, however, the "potatoes" weren't potatoes, just frozen fries, which was a shame. While the atmosphere is probably better in the summer, warmer and more inviting, the music was great.

09/11/2025: This bakery saved my breakfasts and lunches during my stay. Good value for money and a great team.

25/10/2025: A very charming hotel in an incredible location, I really liked it. The area is also incredible and very beautiful. This establishment has its own history, and I love the wood.

07/10/2025: I arrived the last day before the hotel closed last week. We were 10 customers, almost all cyclists. The hotel is located in a beautiful valley, it is really impressive. The service was good and nice, and the room was nice as well. It would merit a 5 star, but the reason I give a 4 star is the price. It was too expensive for the quality it gave. But I might come back to explore the valley.

27/01/2025: Excellent address in Toulouse... the Limoux is delicious, well garnished with soft candied fruits... the frangipane is to die for... it's a little expensive but the quality is there

21/02/2026: A wonderful discovery on the Place du Capitole for my birthday 🎂 Thank you to Adrien for his professionalism during the service. I truly enjoyed everything: the welcome, the service, the food, the wine... in short, if you want to treat yourself to a good brasserie in Toulouse with a view of the Capitole, you've come to the right place.

14/02/2026: We had a delicious bowl of homemade fries. The welcome was very warm and the servers very friendly. We'll be back soon!

16/02/2026: The place is super cozy and the brunette waitress with tattoos, who's totally awesome, is so nice!!!!!

09/02/2026: Convenient if you want to try the typical savory (or sweet) crepe. There's only one person cooking, so you have to wait a bit. Still, it's very good and worth a visit.

31/10/2025: Attention, this is an exceptional restaurant! A three-course meal (starter, main, and dessert) for €18, all homemade and of high quality. Some of the varied dishes are original, reflecting the chef's diverse and talented experience around the world. Keep it up!

26/09/2025: I will only be able to appreciate this place once I have tried it..... Please update your opening days and hours, at least on the internet because Thursday evening we found the doors closed, which is a shame.
