Professionalism, services and above all incredible product quality and refinement of the cuisine.

Very fine cuisine with the right balance.
Pleasant professional service. Quality tableware.
The only slight downside was that the room was noisy (we were outside)

12/12/2024: A smiling and friendly dining room team but an uncontrolled kitchen (one first dish returned because it was overcooked and the second rare, hearty and hard on the outside), and a cloud of fat in the room throughout the meal.
10/12/2024: Charming little restaurant. However, the service was very long, 25 minutes of waiting before taking the order and the waitress was not very pleasant. Good duck leg but very minimal side dish with only three slices of carrot and three small pieces of potato. Damage.

The food is good and plentiful, the staff attentive and very efficient.
The terrace in the sun is pleasant
A breath of fresh air in sometimes busy days!

01/12/2024: A few steps from the Saint-Sernin basilica, this café is a real treat. The chai latte is a marvel. The baristas are very warm. An ideal place to take a break and enjoy a moment of calm in the heart of Toulouse. This will become an address that I go to regularly.
I also recommend the matcha brownie! Very good!

30/09/2024: As soon as the door was pushed open, the waitress ran away and left us alone, only to be told by the waiter after a certain time, you had a reservation (it wasn't 1 p.m. there were empty tables) sorry we is full...in short they didn't get our "money".
.....oops and now they want me to delete our review! But of course if it's not the waitress it's perhaps the "boss" bravo it's even worse. We had confirmation from our hosts that this was not where we should go.
to the wise, hello. Period!

25/09/2024: The experience in this bar/restaurant is very clearly ruined by the manager who is very unpleasant. The tone is not appropriate, the words even less so, there were 10 of us and we were all shocked by his way of treating customers.
Too bad, the other servers are friendly, the drinks affordable and the food quite good.
22/09/2024: Popular local address. We like to go there whenever the opportunity presents itself. Ideal for a quick lunch, a happy hour or to come and enjoy good things! The pizzas are delicious, the beers, cocktails & wines varied, not to mention the “nibbles” & platters to share or not 🤭

On c’est gelé pendant tout le repas .
Le personnel est même habillé en polaire.
Alors si vous y allez couvrez vous très chaudement 😉
12/12/2023: Excellent restaurant. La cuisson du magret de canard, servi avec sa sauce au poivre était parfaite. La purée aux truffes, un régal.
Je conseille fortement le Paris - Toulouse, un Paris-Brest revisiste à la violette
Très belle cave également.

21/09/2024: Tapas horribles. Les frites inmageables ( ramenées aux comptoir). Les ribs pas assez cuits. Le poulet croustillant trop cuit. Le houmous tartiné à l'avance et croûté.
Le mesclun dégueulasse avec une vinaigrette en option.
Nous prevenons La serveuse au comptoir au moment de régler que ce n'est pas acceptable : " c'est pas moi qui fait la cuisine"...
La bière ok. La canette de Sprite chaude ( non réfrigérée) dans un verre chaud et 2 glaçons...
En clair: À fuir
Service minable.

22/06/2024: Staying with Friends we went to one of the best kept local secrets in a small local shopping precinct.
The lunch menu had more than enough choice for all of us. The presentation of the food was excellent with flavours to match.
The welcoming, warm, and friendly atmosphere encouraged you to stay and explore the wine and spirit delights which are in the shop.
If you visit the area it’s another gem to search out.
