30/03/2026: A truly wonderful restaurant in Toulouse. The food is superb, featuring local dishes as well as some delightful surprises from far and wide. The service staff is excellent. We had a fantastic evening, chatting about food, sharing experiences, and enjoying the delicious dishes. I highly recommend it.

29/03/2026: Passionate, top-notch front-of-house staff provide personalized, attentive service. Marie Petit serves one of the best Toulousain cassoulets in town, established in 1874. The True Cassoulet of Colombier with Goose Confit Preceded by Foie Gras Platters and Crayfish Ravioli with Asparagus and Shellfish Sauce. Completed with an Apple Croustade Flambéed with Armagnac and Cheese Platters. Always sounds better in French 😉 Check it out.

12/04/2026: We had a very pleasant time at this restaurant. The entrance is somewhat hidden in a courtyard, and the door opens onto a lobby; you have to go downstairs to discover the restaurant and its magnificent vaulted dining room, a typical Toulouse brick structure. Good value for money with the €48 set menu including starter, main course, and dessert. The cuisine is well-prepared, a little original, the portions are decent, and the service is friendly and well-paced (not too fast and not too slow). If you have a birthday, let them know, and you'll get a little surprise with dessert.

10/04/2026: The setting is very pleasant, with an honorable mention for the pianist who provides the desired ambiance. However, while the food is good, it's not exceptional for the price. Furthermore, the wait was particularly long, even though only four out of about twenty tables were occupied. As for the service, the waiter was a bit of a clown; I imagine that's the style of the establishment, but his remarks and humor were unpleasant, bordering on offensive. In short, we thought we were going to a semi-gastronomic restaurant and ended up in a rather conventional one.

21/03/2026: Valyuta is absolutely right! We were playing your pool table and a dwarf popped out from under the table, grabbed my bangala, and drove me crazy! You say we can play with several people, but actually we can't play with several of several, but we can't play with several of several. I want an immediate refund for the scratch-off tickets!

24/01/2026: In Toulouse, in the Minimes district, if you're looking for a family-run restaurant serving good French cuisine at a very reasonable price—tasty, beautifully presented, and prepared by a friendly chef—don't hesitate to book ahead to guarantee a table 😊 Especially since you'll be greeted with a warm smile and the service will be cheerful.

30/03/2026: Disappointing food compared to the weekdays. For example, the salad was straight from the bag and wilted. Not up to the standard of this establishment.

28/03/2026: The food is ok but the service is not very friendly. For some reason the waiter refused to serve us with herb teas pretending they had none. While we were paying we discovered a full set of herb teas by the counter. Weird and disturbing

28/03/2026: This is our fifth visit, but what a disaster! We ordered an aperitif and placed our order. The aperitif arrived (without any amuse-bouches, but whatever!) and, just a few minutes later, the starters... No time to even enjoy the aperitif. For our starters, three of us ordered salmon gravlax. It had no flavor, a texture more soft than firm, accompanied by a limp, flat, flat, and lifeless bread, and a tiny mixed salad that was utterly depressing, presented without any aesthetic appeal. Then, the duck breast that was served to some of us must have been cooked over a very high heat, too quickly, with all its fat too thick, making it tough to chew, hard to the bite, and unpleasant to eat. The mashed potatoes that accompanied the meat were topped with small pieces of "cold" vegetables... The small grilled farmed sea bass I was served also came with the same garnish as the duck breasts (a lack of imagination and an inappropriate garnish): mashed potatoes and vegetables that were also "cold"... To be clear, there weren't many people, so the kitchen staff weren't overwhelmed. The waiter asked us twice if we wanted wine... No! As for the desserts, two very basic ice cream sundaes. The ice cream must have been kept in a freezer at too low a temperature because it was too hard and too dense. Finally, and to top it all off, when I went to pay the bill, the waitress told me (after I asked for Fork's 20% discount) that I wasn't entitled to it because she couldn't "find" me! She also said she couldn't even find my reservation. In short, I hadn't made a reservation (even though at the entrance, we were seated after checking the reservation... go figure!). Finally, after much hesitation, she gave me the 20% discount and—just so you know—she'll "find" me later. No comment! Note: The setting by the pool is lovely in the summer, but that's not enough!

21/02/2026: Disappointed with my visit; I've had better experiences elsewhere. The duck breast tasted like it had been cooked overcooked, and the service seemed to be provided by trainees or apprentices. We ordered beer because they didn't have half-bottles of wine, and a glass of wine was €7, the most expensive I've seen, even compared to other restaurants. In short, I do not recommend this establishment.

05/04/2026: I went there for a birthday celebration; there were many of us. The wait was more than reasonable, the food was really good and reasonably priced. The atmosphere is great, offering a simple yet welcoming setting. One small comment: one waiter was a little too familiar with us despite our young age, which was a shame. Otherwise, I recommend it.
