26/06/2026: We chose Gentiane for our wedding lunch (over 25 people) and everything was perfect. From the aperitifs to the coffee, the restaurant took care of everything, and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves (even the two vegetarians who were with us and had special dietary requirements). All this for a very reasonable price. Thank you again for this unforgettable experience. We hadn't been before, came thanks to word of mouth, and will definitely be back.

The restaurant is lovely, and the food was delicious and generous. It's a bit of a drive from home, but we'll be back next time we're in the area.

29/06/2026: Having been regulars at this restaurant for about fifteen years now, we hired Chef Fabrice for our wedding reception, which we ordered as a takeaway. The dishes were absolutely exceptional: the appetizers were exquisitely refined, the meats were cooked and seasoned to perfection, the new potatoes were simply divine, not to mention the Chef's signature mashed potatoes: a must-try at La Table d'Auzeville. We had never tasted better. Our guests were blown away by such exquisite taste and skill. 28/07/2026: The service and welcome were perfect; however, the quality of the food, specifically the butcher's cuts, was tasteless. The meat served with fries, salad, and an unreasonable amount of ratatouille meant that some of the plates ended up in the bin. It's a shame; more quality, less quality, would have been preferable.
