Bref, un bel endroit où tout est réuni pour passer un agréable moment. Une adresse qui mérite le détour et d'où on sort pleinement satisfait.

Thank you for delighting us with quality well beyond its price. Seasonal dishes, varied, colorful, fresh herbs, tasty vegetables, a home-smoked haddock, a stew of deer hunted in Ariège (once is not customary) with the flavors of my grandmother's game in sauce... For dessert, a Basque cake, pure marvel, the best from here on the Basque coast (legacy of chef Arrambide **) Thanks, mila esker! 15/12/2024: The cuisine is good and the welcome correct, however, the quantities of beef bourguignon are very limited, adding 2 or 3 more pieces would not be superfluous.

The icing on the cake is the 1/4 hour queue to pay and the 2nd cashier (right cash register) is really unfriendly and unpleasant. He should watch his language and be more respectful of the customer. 27/09/2024: Nous avons bien mangé, les associations gustatives sont intéressantes sans être d’une originalité folle. Par contre, l’ensemble est … beaucoup trop cher ! Le concept fait qu’il n’y a pas d’entrée et de plats, mais seulement un choix « salé » et un choix « sucré ». L’idée est intéressante, pourquoi pas après tout, mais on se retrouve avec finalement que des entrées vu les quantités dans l’assiette. Avec les prestations salées aux environs de 20/25 euros l’assiette, et les desserts à 10/15 euros, si on prend une bouteille, la note devient vite … salée. J’ai personnellement payé 75 euros pour 2 entrées, un dessert et une demi bouteille de vin, ça ne les valait pas. Et je me permettrai une critique spécial pour la crème à la vanille en dessert : une simple crème, bonne mais sans originalité, d’une épaisseur inférieure au cm dans un petit bol, pour 12 euros. Cela a fait sourire l’ensemble de la table … Pour conclure, à la moitié du tarif demandé ce restaurant serait très bien, là non. Je préfère choisir un étoilé, ou je payerai à peu près le même prix pour une prestation tout de même bien supérieure …

25/09/2024: This restaurant is simple, but it benefits from a friendly welcome, a very good selection of meats and in particular a unique “breast bar”. The daily menu, rosette, fried Toulouse sausage, sheep cheese and dessert was very correct, served quickly for less than €20. A good option for lunch.

21/09/2024: We went to this restaurant last night to celebrate our 2nd anniversary. A first for us, and what a wonderful moment! We took the “Le Gourmand” menu, what surprises! Exquisite flavors and very careful presentation. We had the opportunity to taste swordfish, a delight. For the earthy side we had lamb... I admit I panicked when I heard the title of the dish, because I really hate lamb in all its forms and there was a big surprise when I found it. to die for, a marvel! What can we say about the Roquefort ice cream... a gem! A memorable moment for us, the staff are adorable and very professional, we will come back for sure! Well done to the chef and well done to you gentlemen in the dining room.
