10/12/2024: Very good restaurant, an establishment with a very warm welcome and good atmosphere. I went there by chance and I was won over by the quality of the cuisine, very good meats "meat parillade" the accompaniments also and the desserts CRISPY CHOCOLATE excellent I will return there but without chance!!

26/01/2025: I have been to this establishment several times and have never had a bad experience. However, during my last visit (dating from yesterday) something happened that forced me to put a review and not come back. Indeed, this time I chose a chocolate crepe (which I had never tasted here before) and I didn't know that it was dark chocolate. It wasn't specified and I didn't ask for it either so when I received it and tasted it, I didn't like it at all. So, I left the rest of the crepe but I still paid for it before leaving without asking anything. However, without complaining or anything like that, the waiter came to ask if there had been a problem. So I replied that I simply didn't like this chocolate but that beyond that there was no problem. Except that the waiter, not at all friendly, seemed annoyed and left, stammering a few words that seemed to be unpleasant so as not to mention them...I understand that it's unpleasant to throw away food but I had already paid for it and I didn't complain. And to put the icing on the cake, the person I was accompanied by found a hair in his crepe so after a while the roles should not be reversed as if the customers had to satisfy the waiters. I still want to say that it was only the server and not the other employees at the counter. Moreover, I had already noticed at the beginning how the waiter presented a rather questionable or even simply unpleasant attitude. In fact, when I came home (I was accompanied by another person) he was not welcoming at all: no hello or polite words. It seemed more like he didn't want to work and that really had an impact on the customers. Because in fact he wasn't just unsympathetic to me. When a lady with a baby arrived and asked for a table, he seemed to be stuffed but still pointed out where she could sit. The lady, for some reason, did not immediately go to the table but when she did the young man immediately frowned and made an unpleasant expression. However, it is true that the setting of the retro-style place is rather pleasant and that the teas as well as the savory pancakes are excellent. It's really a shame that the waiter's attitude ruined my experience by complaining instead of offering service as would have been appropriate. Shame on him.

17/12/2024: So we went there for the first time with friends. But what a nice surprise. And to think it’s going to close! Too bad, we'll follow the boss in his new adventure, hoping that he keeps this fabulous dry wine "Viognier" on his menu! Thank you for the welcome and the bottle! See you soon.

20/11/2024: We have just had lunch with a Foie Gras with death trumpets and chanterelles, followed by a dish made with fresh scallops and finished with a mille-feuille. Perfect in every way and at all levels: quality, food/wine pairing, service, setting. We can't wait for us to come back and for our friends to also enjoy this extraordinary restaurant. 01/11/2024: We had lunch this afternoon at the restaurant, it was a very pleasant experience, pleasant and friendly quality service and perfect cuisine from start to finish. Tasty, refined and copious cuisine. I highly recommend it and we will happily come back.

03/09/2024: Nous avons super bien mangé dans ce restaurant. Le cadre, les plats, le service …tout était parfait pour fêter un événement. Le seule point négatif : les moustiques en terrasse mais la responsable nous a proposé un spray anti-moustiques ! Merci pour cette petite attention 🙂

06/10/2024: A great pizzeria in the small village of Portet. The welcome and service are pleasant. The pizzas are plentiful and good. And not to spoil anything, the salads come from Midi picking, the nearby organic picking 😍 And what’s more, the team likes to chat for my greatest happiness 😆 The terrace behind is very pleasant. There is a choice, the desserts are homemade. In short, if you are in the area, stop and enjoy your meal! 21/09/2024: A little disappointed, we had been recommended this restaurant but we were left hungry... The setting is pleasant, the service ok but not very friendly and the cuisine tasteless... We had the lunch menu, a quiche very basic lorraine half reheated, a slice of roast pork accompanied by "canned" peas, we are far from the fresh products advertised on the site, then an apricot crumble finally roasted apricots with a little crumble crumble . What a response!!!! It's sad for a professional. No need to be a gourmet to identify canned peas... I was very generous with the bill given the quality of this meal... It's a shame not to accept criticism, especially when it is argued. I don't drink wine but the water was pretty good 😁.

02/12/2024: Hello, very disappointed with our experience in this restaurant, the bread was stale, I had to ask the waiter for fresh bread, the fries were soft, the vegetables tasteless the only plus the fillet of trout from the region, and too bad for the homemade dessert, a delicious crème brulée but as thick as a sheet of paper, in short, apart from the very nice setting, we will not come back.
