01/07/2026: We had a delightfully dining experience at Sphère. As soon as our trip to France was booked, I began researching restaurants. Drawn by its stellar reviews, I decided to reserve a table. The tasting menu is thoughtfully conceived and beautifully paced. The chef demonstrates remarkable creativity, combining ingredients with a confident, precise touch-each pairing felt harmonious and intentional. A particular highlight was the duck course, which was truly exceptional. The duck was cooked to perfection, its richness expertly balanced by the accompanying elements, all sourced with evident care. I was thoroughly impressed. I was happy that the kitchen offers a considered children's menu. My son ordered the steak, which was prepared with the same care as the main courses; he was delighted. We did request a second portion, as the serving was modest for his appetite, but it was a worthwhile addition for a dish of such quality. It stands as a far more compelling option than the typical children's menu found elsewhere. I will return on my next visit to Paris.

18/06/2026: Service was subpar for the price point with drinks being left unrefreshed. Poor pacing of the individual courses on the tasting menu. Inconsistent portion size and cook across the protiens between my wife and I and some very rare duck. The amouse bouche was also rather flat and flavourless.

07/04/2026: Pure bliss on a plate. Perhaps that's the name this restaurant should have. Everything is delicious, and the chef is capable of transporting you to dishes you could never have imagined. The service is impeccable, and the atmosphere is cozy. We entrusted them with the buffet for our wedding, as well as the restaurant the following day. Not a single flaw; everything was PERFECT! Thank you to the entire team!

12/06/2026: We went to the after-work event organized by this restaurant last night and had a wonderful evening. The food was a very elegant and delicious tapas menu. Razor clams with a very inventive peanut sauce, stracciatella and summer truffle bruschetta, hummus presented on a rice paper that was as elegant as it was tasty, watermelon sushi (a superb trompe l'oeil presented in a very creative way), chicken yakitori with a sauce that disappeared from the plate very quickly. And a canelé with a rum syringe, perfectly browned... In short, a delight from beginning to end. The service was very welcoming and attentive. Special mention to Eugenie and Margaux who were very attentive to the needs of our one-year-old daughter. A high chair was available, which is always very nice. A thousand thanks! As for the decor, it's very comfortable and beautiful. I hesitate to say elegant again, as that would be the third time I've written it in my review. We will gladly return. 02/08/2026: Yes and no Weekday dinner for 5 people Yes: Nice menu and wine list Location Very spacious exterior with many different nooks and crannies Musical ambiance Food okay Good meats No: Chaotic service Multiple mistakes with the dishes and a long wait to get them back on track 45 minutes to get a bottle of wine, practically for dessert! Charcuterie board served with half a sausage... not sliced Bottle of water ordered and never arrived No attention to detail (no bread, no water...) Also note that the restaurant only opens at 7:30 pm and the gates are literally closed until opening time, leaving customers on the street. In this case, the gates were finally opened at 7:40 pm. It's a shame, good concept and decent food but the customer approach leaves much to be desired which gives a disappointing experience and a bitter taste for the customer.

20/07/2026: One year ago: A perfect evening, a warm welcome, delicious food, charming service, and the chef's visit at the end of service was a very nice and much-appreciated touch. A truly lovely evening. Highly recommended and we'll definitely be back on our next trip to Toulouse. Third visit later... Still not disappointed, still just as good... We'll be back again and again and again!

21/07/2026: A discovery whose address I will treasure! I went for dinner, the setting is magnificent, you immediately feel like you're on vacation. Everything was perfect: the dishes were delicious and generous, and the staff were absolutely lovely. I'll be back to try other dishes on the menu; everything looked good.
