17/08/2025: We spent about 100 euros between the two of us. We weren't invited by friends, so we're still quite far from the prices in terms of quality and welcome. Let me explain: two beef fillets for 36 euros each and two desserts for 15 euros each. Nothing too gourmet. Yes, it was good, but too expensive for the service. I'm being honest, but as you'll see in the photo, it's a bit messy, far from a gourmet restaurant for the same price.

14/08/2025: A wonderful discovery thanks to a gift certificate! We chose the four-course menu and everything was delicious, from the amuse-bouche to the dessert. The place is calm and pleasant. Special mention to the service: Sandra and the young waiter were lovely, attentive, and very professional. We highly recommend it and can't wait to discover the new location!

08/02/2026: Excellent cocktails made by a passionate bartender who's always exploring new flavors and using a variety of techniques to achieve them. I loved this place. Plus, there's an outdoor area that must be fantastic in the warmer months (I was there in winter). I highly recommend it.

15/01/2026: The reopening of the museum showcases the splendid collection even more! But why is the statue "Model Removing Her Garment" (by Roger de la Fresnaye) displayed so close to the wall? Its most beautiful feature (her back) is difficult to see... darn. Luckily, I didn't come just for that.

25/01/2026: So, my opinion is average, but it could improve. I've eaten there twice now, and the food was practically cold. It's certainly busy, but if it's packed every lunchtime, you need the staff to handle it. Last time, we had to ask the waiter if he'd forgotten us... It's a restaurant in a busy area, so everyone has a busy schedule. On the other hand, the food is good quality, and the service is pleasant when you see it. I hope we'll go back, and I hope to have a different opinion next time.

27/01/2026: The meal and wine were excellent. The chef came to see us, which I really appreciated. However, the waiter was frankly not very welcoming. He certainly lacked the skills and qualities of a good waiter that day: a smile, pleasant service, and attentiveness. He seemed extremely rushed, even though he was clearly struggling: both dining rooms were full, and he was the only one serving.

08/02/2026: The restaurant is too bright, with cold, white lighting. This unwelcoming atmosphere discourages us from lingering, not even for dessert. The tables near the entrance don't help matters, with the cold air rushing in every time someone passes by. The dishes are decent, though, and the meat is good quality. The staff is energetic and efficient. This is understandable, given the cinema right across the street and customers rushing to catch a show. This place is ideal for a quick bite in the evening, but avoid it if you're planning a romantic dinner. In short, it's a chain restaurant where they work like an assembly line.

13/11/2025: Very nice hotel, I've been going there for 5 years, maybe even years, and I've never been disappointed. Very secure hotel, gate closed every night, conveniently located near Toulouse. I highly recommend it. Very friendly staff.

28/01/2026: Excellent food. Lunch prices are reasonable, and with the €23 set menu (starter and main), I was able to try lasagna with pork cheek and a vegetarian lentil dish. Everything was delicious, with surprisingly balanced flavors. The staff is very attentive and professional, and the atmosphere is relaxed (at least at lunchtime; I haven't tried it in the evening). The back room where we were seated was a bit noisy, though. In short, an excellent experience at this restaurant, which I hadn't been to before. I highly recommend it.

18/01/2026: Even though I know the owners very well, having worked for them as a childminder for five years, I want to remain completely objective. As a thank you, they had the lovely idea of ​​inviting me and my whole family (seven people in total) to lunch at their restaurant, La Table de Laurent, in Ramonville. When you have mastocytosis/SAMA, the word "restaurant" is often on the blacklist. Right after "all-you-can-eat buffet" and right before "we'll see when we get there." Generally, you avoid them. A lot. Just to be safe. And then, sometimes, life reminds us that there are still some slightly crazy people out there… but in the best possible way. They knew exactly what they were getting into: mastocytosis, a food avoidance list, allergies, multiple restrictions, and on top of that, two vegetarian children at the table. Quite a challenge, to say the least. And yet, instead of running away, they enthusiastically embraced the challenge. The result: a completely bespoke menu, safe, thoughtful, and above all… delicious. A smooth chestnut and butternut squash soup, a quinoa and winter vegetable dish as beautiful as it was tasty, and carefully prepared homemade desserts. Nothing was left to chance, except perhaps our astonishment at such attention to detail. We were welcomed like royalty, with genuine kindness and exceptional attentiveness. The chefs went to extraordinary lengths to ensure everything ran smoothly, with exemplary professionalism and a true understanding of the illness. The kind of place where you don't feel "complicated," but simply a guest. Challenge met with flying colors. Restaurateurs and chefs, an outstanding waitress, all humane, passionate, and clearly unlike any other. I really wanted to share this experience here, because moments like these are truly uplifting. Yes, mastocytosis complicates life, but no, it doesn't always prevent you from sharing an excellent meal surrounded by wonderful people. A huge thank you to the entire team at La Table de Laurent – ​​Ramonville for your warm welcome, generosity, and kindness. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to everyone in the area, and especially to those who, like us, live with significant dietary restrictions. It just goes to show that even for us, eating out isn't always a taboo subject.
