05/05/2026: A very good hotel, just a 5-minute walk from the pedestrian areas, which are very nice to see. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable, although the soundproofing and the price are a bit high. The restaurant offers good service with a smile, but the prices are too high, even though the food is good.

01/07/2026: Air-conditioned dining room, fast and friendly service. The daily menu offers excellent value for money. Very good!

09/05/2026: A good time, but the cheese platter was communal. Like, the same cheese platter passed from table to table 🤗 COVID seems so far away. Friendly welcome, excellent tarts, and I'm probably being too fussy, but still, there are basic hygiene standards.

23/06/2026: Fantastic place! The service was superb and the chef was simply perfect! We had the ribeye steak and frogs' legs and we weren't disappointed! We highly recommend it!

25/05/2026: A wonderful discovery. On Whit Monday, we were able to book despite the crowds due to the flea market. The welcome was perfect. An unusual place with cool decor and various paintings, all created by our hostess. Lunch was a delight: fresh produce, flavorful sausage, chicken thighs with chanterelles bathed in an excellent light sauce... Homemade dessert, a strawberry coulis to die for with whipped cream and ice cream... The chef in the kitchen is doing a fantastic job and is very friendly... An address to remember. Be sure to book. Very reasonable prices for fresh, local products 👍

15/07/2026: I'm only talking about the restaurant: We were very disappointed! There were four of us, and we received terrible service. We ordered a beef fillet, which was served with four lettuce leaves and a small portion of new potatoes. We only received one small piece, while the neighboring tables received two. We weren't given steak knives, while the other diners were! I had to leave half of my steak (it was full of gristle and inedible). We weren't given glasses because we drank from our aperitif glasses! We had to ask for bread. In short, we left without ordering dessert or coffee. All this for a hefty bill of €110 without wine. You can understand that after our experience, we cannot recommend this place!

01/08/2026: It's urgent to correct this terrible 3.6 average rating, which no longer reflects the establishment at all since its (recent) change of ownership. Yes, the food is excellent, the servers are friendly and efficient, and you're served quickly even on busy days (Saturday market). Customer satisfaction is a constant priority: it's the lowest-rated place in Le Chambon, yet paradoxically, you can book with complete confidence. Since the change of ownership, the reviews are no longer representative at all!

11/06/2026: I got some pizzas from the new vending machine in Blavozy (Laprade industrial park). Pleasantly surprised by the quality (compared to others). Generous toppings and excellent crust—you can tell the craftsmanship is there. Keep up the good work! The best part is they're currently 50% off! 🙂

01/07/2026: Due to exceptional health reasons, we had to cancel our stay at this hotel, which was scheduled for August 2026. We notified the hotel three months in advance, requesting a refund, at least partial, or to reschedule for August 2027. Of the ten hotel/guesthouse nights we had booked in the area, this was the only hotel that categorically refused to understand my health situation and offer a solution. Therefore, in such circumstances, expect people to coldly apply their terms and conditions, with absolutely no understanding for their customers. Unexpected life events have no place in their principles.

21/03/2026: Venue available for a meeting. Always very convenient with its parking. Accessible for people with reduced mobility. I recommend it.
