22/04/2026: Exceptional view, but the quality of service was not up to the standard; the waiters had stained shirts, and the waitress at the bar had to fix her hair. It's a real shame because the decor is superb.

12/05/2026: I came in here for a bowl of water to locate the leak due to a flat bicycle tire. Even though it was well past closing time for lunch, I was allowed to wait in the restaurant and order a delicious ice cream. My husband was also able to enjoy a drink after the tire was patched. They made no effort at all to stay open longer for us, and the ice cream was delicious with the extra cookies. If we are ever in the area again, we would love to come back for dinner. Many thanks for the hospitality!
09/05/2026: We spent an evening and a night at this hotel with a couple of friends.
A quality hotel.
The welcome was excellent.
The evening meal was superb, served in a beautiful room with panoramic views of the bay. Breakfast was very good.
The rooms were very clean, spacious, and had comfortable beds.
We had a view of the bay with Mont Saint-Michel in the distance. Kudos to the very pleasant staff and the owners for this lovely establishment.

18/04/2026: It's a real shame, given the bar's friendly atmosphere, but tonight I was refused entry by the bouncers (even though I was sober) who then threw me to the ground when I said I needed to use the restroom… This bar is not recommended; the staff are violent and unhelpful… very little inclusivity for people with disabilities, avoid it.

08/05/2026: The hotel is a bit outdated. The room was comfortable, but not spotlessly clean.
There was a very strong cooking smell coming from the kitchen in the hotel, and unfortunately, in our room as well.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were able to park for free in front of the hotel.
It is located right in the center of Dol de Bretagne.

The food is as delicious as ever.
The service is always impeccable.
2024: A pleasant stay in a cozy and comfortable hotel located in a charming little town steeped in history. The food is excellent; the varied and flavorful dishes are served with care and a smile.

12/12/2025: Nice atmosphere and great setting, but almost no non-alcoholic drinks menu, apart from 2 or 3 sodas or sparkling water... it's a real shame, especially since most other bars make the effort to offer alternatives!
