He was quick and helpful, explaining our choices very well. His positive energy made us smile. He's such a lovely person, and we can't wait to come back! The quality was exceptional, the presentation beautiful, and the flavors abundant. Our starter, a simple leek vinaigrette, was so delicate and unforgettable. And thankfully, the main course and dessert were equally impressive; this culinary experience was truly amazing. A huge thank you to the chef and his entire team.

The appetizers were sumptuous, from the hot dog with asparagus to the pâté en croûte. The service was impeccable, very professional, and friendly. The main courses were as delicious as they were beautiful and generous; everything was meticulously prepared, from the flavors to the presentation. We couldn't resist the desserts, which were just as good as the preceding courses. We will definitely be back! Thank you.

22/01/2026: I stumbled upon La Canca while leaving Decathlon. Intrigued by the lively atmosphere of this little food truck, I decided to give it a try and I wasn't disappointed at all. The welcome was warm and personal, the service quick, the food delicious, and the price very reasonable. I highly recommend doing as I did and giving it a go. I might even go to Decathlon more often now.
