From the moment we arrived, we were charmed by the setting: an elegant, refined, and characterful place, enhanced by a warm and romantic atmosphere. Each dish was a true work of art, as beautiful as it was delicious. From the creative amuse-bouches to the perfectly presented plates, everything was remarkably refined. Special mention goes to the balance of flavors, the quality of the ingredients, and the chef's creativity. You can feel the mastery and passion in every detail. The service was impeccable: attentive, professional, and discreet, yet always very pleasant. We felt privileged from beginning to end. A memorable gastronomic experience that we wholeheartedly recommend. A must-visit in Tours for an exceptional experience. We will definitely be back! ✨🍽️

We loved everything: appetizer, main course, and dessert. There were so many delicious flavors. We know we booked a table a bit late, but the restaurant still kindly accommodated us, so I'm very grateful. I had a wonderful time. The servers were pleasant, kind, and respectful. I understood what it's like to work in the restaurant industry because, as a waitress myself, I completely understand their job. Plus, I managed to get my best friend to try some wines, knowing she's a picky eater. I highly recommend this restaurant. We received a warm welcome. 22/01/2026: I stumbled upon La Canca while leaving Decathlon. Intrigued by the lively atmosphere of this little food truck, I decided to give it a try and I wasn't disappointed at all. The welcome was warm and personal, the service quick, the food delicious, and the price very reasonable. I highly recommend doing as I did and giving it a go. I might even go to Decathlon more often now.

There was a great atmosphere all morning! With all her tips, there's no chance of messing up our macarons! We'll definitely be back!
