30/08/2024: The catering part is correct and the staff are friendly. On the other hand, the children's play area, what can I say... extremely dirty, dusty playground. The sticky floor is desirable, there is no supervision in the games and as parents are not allowed to go into the play area and they only have very low visibility. Complicated to manage the bickering or other mood swings of children who remain children with surprising reactions. I pass the children delivered to even those who do not respect the instructions such as the ban on going up the slide upside down and that staff and parents say nothing... Besides that, 3 girls behind the bar on their phones or chatting among themselves and laughing about the bickering rather than intervening, it becomes their role when we prevent the parents from intervening...

28/07/2024: Very good value for money for a stopover or a short stay. Clean rooms and full breakfast. The icing on the cake: restaurant open every evening, very practical for no longer having to drive after a day in the car, and we ate very well there.

Reception of the room catastrophic smell of mold in the room. The bathroom door doesn't close!!! Ashamed. The spider web breakfast that decorates the shelves of a filing cabinet that hasn't moved for years. Decent breakfast. I do not recommend this hotel. The staff and exceed by the outfit of the hotel. Notice to shareholders: renewed your rooms. The hotel does not deserve such a high rating.

03/09/2024: The boss was not there on September 2. It felt like that... no hello, no welcome. We asked a saleswoman for a card, it bothered her. They were overwhelmed. We ended up not being able to order so we left.... with nothing. It's disastrous.

20/08/2024: We hadden ons op het terras geïnstalleerd (zodat de kinderen konden spelen op het voorliggende pleintje). De serveuses waren heel vriendelijk en de gebakjes in de toog zagen er allemaal superlekker uit! We hebben genoten van onze lekkere chocomelk en gebakjes. We vroegen of ze ons nog goede restaurants in de buurt konden aanraden en we kregen een lijstje mee met hun tips. 👍

16/08/2024: Incompetent servers! No server comes to take the order. Forced to go to the bar while other customers are served at the table. Once at the bar, refuses to serve a half, forced to have a pint. 0.40 cents to go to the toilet. Ask a waiter for a waffle. He says he's coming back to take the order. Server missing. Waitress at the bar sitting with her hands in her pockets. You can remove the words “best après-ski party on Town” from your glasses

25/06/2024: I liked it a lot, I came here for 3 New Year's Eve. And they have a closed raclette menu that is absolutely crazy, you get enough food for 3 days. And the quality is 10, especially the meat that you can make yourself, on the hot stone.
