13/11/2024: Recently came, disappointed with this restaurant, very basic cuisine, salads mediocre very bland coq au vin, liquid sauce, sticky rice. This restaurant was much better in previous years. Bring your down jacket.

23/04/2024: Went for lunch in la Fruitière. Had to send the baby pork back not once, but twice (!) because it was undercooked, even still bloody. Instead of starting the dish from scratch, the meat got grilled until burned black . No problem with the staff, who were very friendly. But the manager on shift did a poor job, didn’t even come out to apologise or offer a coffee for the inconvenience. With prices at this level I expect more. I can only conclude that it happens more often if you can’t be bothered to make an effort as a restaurant manager. We spent the 2 days before enjoying the apres ski at la folie douce and I was looking forward to the lunch. It’s a shame it didn’t go as planned. *reply to the reply below: as far as I know pork should never be bloody. I’ve eten plenty of farm raised pork, and it’s never bloody. Proofed my point though: instead of accepting the food was far from ok, we get some kind of explanation as if I don’t know what I’m talking about.

21/04/2024: I found this place completely unusual, so yes it is April, but this experience traumatized me. I forgot to say hello in this message because sociability and politeness were not there. In addition to all this unacceptable scene, the 20 centiliter Corona was 8 euros including tax, it's a steal. My female friend had a cookie, very dry, without flavor or joy, for the price of 6 euros excluding tax, always served without a smile. PS: I found myself off-piste, because Waze didn't even pick up these pitiful tracks. Sincerely

03/12/2024: Passing through the neighborhood with family, without reservations, we tried our luck at Bistrot Vignon. A really good idea: very nice atmosphere (with a super dynamic waiter Florent), and EXCELLENT cuisine! We will come back to it as soon as the opportunity arises.. ;-)

18/11/2024: We have already come to this hotel for a stopover on our trip to the south of France. Good welcome, 24-hour reception, spacious and very clean triple room, price €106. We don't have breakfast prices, but I think it's 10€. Free private parking. The only shame: the swimming pool was not clean and the water was a little cloudy, we didn't swim.

02/11/2024: A masquerade! This is the appropriate term for our experience... The unique availability of the sector led us to opt for this hotel. A last minute telephone reservation, 20 minutes from arriving, atypical where building confidence will not be required when we are told that we will not be able to dine obviously for an obscure reason. Never mind. When we arrived. A hotel... Empty. Greeted by a young person then the person spoke on the phone. Finally we can have dinner. But you have to think quickly before the boss leaves. Once again, the presentation of the reheated dish "concept" and its devaluation by employees scares us. The chef's intervention will be more reassuring... Dishes from France's best worker chefs served in jars. Tired of our day we opt for this solution. The absence of a permanent smile from the person serving will leave you with the feeling of being the only two annoying people to have disturbed the tranquility of the place... How sad not to highlight this cuisine! We will even hear a third person on the phone denigrating the concept to a potential customer. Train your staff! Top starter (cumin hummus) “Dishes reheated” in a bain-marie, we were told... The eerie silence of the room will be interrupted by the ringing of the microwave! Twice obviously, then a 3rd when I sent my dish back, cold to the core. We won't eat bread... it's hard to know if it was from the day before, the day before or defrosted... I will order a coffee alone to finish the meal. As the waiter brought me a cup of espresso I allowed myself to remind him that I wanted a long one and I was told that "here they are like that" then I cut it short when he told me that he could do it again. I swallow... Head for the note I pay for room and board, etc. We return to our room and when it's time to shower.... Just a towel. My wife comes out to ask for it and we give it to her. But above all the waitress told him that they forgot to count us 2 drinks. The other person will punctuate by saying not to count them and to offer them. It's starting to do a lot! Next morning shower... I open the sliding door in the other direction... You should do it too... Bedroom 5... Mold is proliferating there. I won't talk about the window curtain... Nor the "damp" smell from the hallway and the bedroom entrance Breakfast. Last straight line before leaving! Come on... The same bread. We'll live with it. But at 12 balls per head we should have gone to McDonald's! At least the welcome was smiling and the chat pleasant... We put the key down then, greeting the hostess, we leave. Loading our vehicle, the hostess comes out and asks us for the two drinks from the day before... Fucking g.... As I am honest I paid the 17 euros for a spritz (which there was none. Then in fact "ah is it on the menu? Ah well okay" and a beer. (Those who we were offered) 176 euros for one night and deplorable service I will remember for a long time. It is certain that I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT Only the very good beef parmentier alone earns you the minimum star. Nothing else. A sketch... Really...

28/08/2024: Quelle déception. Très mal accueillis. Plus de forfait pour l'amabilité et le sourire. Nous étions pourtant fidèles clients. Terminé !!!!

19/01/2025: Very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. We had a fondue bourguignonne for two at €29/person. We were served a small bowl each of meat, two potatoes and two large salad leaves with fried onions. When I asked for more meat (thinking they were serving a little at a time), the waitress told me it was extra for an extra bowl. The quantities are not at all suitable for an adult, man or woman. I don't recommend it given the price and quantity.

18/08/2024: Catastrophic! One star for the waiter, however, at €22 for a burger, we say we're in for a treat. To summarize, uncooked frozen fries, burger not at all presentable and tasteless, certainly poor quality products. Worse than McDonald's to flee.

18/08/2024: Got terrible service. The people speaking English in front of us were given a table without a reservation. I asked for a table and the service staff said no. The French people behind us without a reservation were seated. I double checked and again and they said no. We walked back past (after having an excellent meal elsewhere) and the same server recognised us and pulled the door shut in my face. I have travelled extensively and never had such rude and obnoxious service. Put a dampener on our whole trip and totally ruined my impression of French service. Would not recommend. Negative 5 stars for terrible and non-welcoming service…

31/08/2024: I went to eat on a Sunday lunchtime while I was doing the ViaRhona. The unique menu at 18€50 on Sunday was really good, plentiful and not expensive, the service efficient and the waitress smiling and friendly. I recommend this brasserie restaurant. Couldn't take a photo of all the dishes my phone was charging inside. Photo only of the entrance but everything was good
