They refuse reservations on the pretext that they only have superior rooms left, without even offering me an offer... Good luck to them!

25/02/2026: I understand why this is the neighborhood's go-to spot; the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, like hanging out with friends. The buffet is simple but has everything you need, and the daily special is hearty and delicious. All that's missing is some nice weather to enjoy the sheltered back terrace. I'll gladly come back.

12/01/2026: Avoid this place! I found a long hair in my plate, and my child vomited everything up that evening when we got home. Disappointed. We waited an hour to be served, which is outrageous. Plus, they looked unhappy.

20/02/2026: We were at the Poussin Rouge restaurant on February 20th, celebrating my daughter Émilie's birthday with my three granddaughters. We were greeted by the owner as soon as we arrived. He was very friendly and welcoming, and a young woman and man took care of us. They were always smiling and professional, and the place was very classy. As for the food, it was a real treat; we thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you for wishing Émilie a happy birthday! We will gladly return. Nantes isn't that far from Tours! 👏👏👏

19/02/2026: Dinner for two last night...what can I say...it was excellent! I'm thinking of the waiter (Eric, I believe). His friendliness alone would make us want to come back. Add to that a delicious meal, and you know you'll definitely be back! (The fish was slightly too salty for my taste, but to each their own.)

13/12/2025: Reservation made a month ago for 10 people for December 13th at 8pm. It's December 13th, I'm standing in front of the restaurant and it's closed, and nobody told us... shameful!!

18/09/2025: Unfortunately, the office didn't open until 4 p.m. in September, and the pool closed on September 15th, even though it was still 28 to 30 degrees Celsius. Because we didn't feel like waiting an hour and a half and were also annoyed by the pool closing, we moved to Camping Bon Port in Lunel.

25/12/2025: We were surprised that cappuccino is not available in the morning nor any bread or pastries. It was very disappointing but this disappointment was saved by the proper and correct explanation of the lady who served us. In the experience you can see how verbal and body language work well when dealing with a frustrated customer. I appreciate the thorough explanation of this lady. Our order was also served on time. Obviously a great location to have coffee!

31/01/2026: Absolutely fantastic! 5 stars for the food and 5 stars for the service! I ordered a takeaway burger and it was ready in 30 minutes. The staff were super friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. The pulled pork cooked on oyster mushrooms... Amazing! I highly recommend it.

03/01/2026: It doesn't even deserve one star, unfortunately... I ordered the pizza from the vending machine... €12 for the goat cheese and honey pizza... The crust was very thin, with practically no toppings... The picture speaks for itself... It's a shame, the idea was nice... The burger pizza was slightly better, but still, €25 for two pizzas is expensive... An experience I won't repeat. Avoid at all costs...

31/10/2025: Superb cuisine, homemade and seasonal. Fred always has a smile and a welcoming spirit. This restaurant, nestled in the heart of the SNUC, is a real gem. You can also organize parties there and enjoy the large terrace.
