I hope you'll resolve all these unpleasant problems. Thank you. I noticed on July 7th that the toilet handle was still broken. This is incredible.

05/07/2025: Company fresh and homemade bread but pastries It's not homemade and it's frozen because the dough is white and it's the chemicals used that do that. Unlike their bread which is yellow dough and without chemicals.

12/12/2025: Quite disappointed with this restaurant. The aperitif and main course service was very quick. Dessert took much longer. One dish was missing when they were served. The quality of the food was disappointing. The burger was bland, the fries had an unremarkable texture, and the dessert was unremarkable. Furthermore, it was also very noisy.

26/09/2024: Popped in here while it was pouring with rain and we were waiting for a restaurant to open. Had a drink, the staff were lovely and spoke English when our French wasn’t quite good enough! We also ordered one of their charcuterie boards which was amazing!

29/09/2024: We stayed for a weekend with the family in a magnificent setting, my regrets were a lack of care in cleaning the rooms, small downside: no towels available and shower at the entrance to the swimming pool, lack of towel dryer in the rooms

29/09/2024: Very comfortable room and facilities. The room is very spacious and does not feel oppressive. The sofa bed for the extra bed for the child is also very large and comfortable. Pet friendly, there is a fee, but sleeping mats and food bowls for pets will be provided. Please pay attention to the spa pool hours. There are not many hours for children to go there. It is recommended to stay for more than two nights to enjoy the hotel's spa facilities. The breakfast buffet bar is very good, the oysters and smoked salmon are very fresh and delicious, and there are many kinds of bread. It's a pity that the variety of hot food and cheese is limited.

03/07/2025: "The Chef who has two left arms??? Seriously, at no time did I see him use his right arm while the room was packed. I'm willing to be tolerant, but unfortunately we came on a Thursday when there was couscous, and unfortunately, a starter/main course for less than 15 euros didn't work with a burger. In short, 25.40 euros for a poor burger with disgusting industrial sauce and an all-you-can-eat starter, also industrial, plus a beer, all that to wait for an hour and a half. Seriously, reconsider...." The text I just posted is a follow-up to a Facebook post, but they banned me immediately. Seriously, go to Barnabé's, which is nearby, and I'm not from the area at all. I have no interest in trashing a restaurant, just warning future customers. I just usually eat at the Brasserie Luce in Ste Luce sur Loire which is on the opposite side, at least you will know what it is like to be well received and to eat well.

06/12/2024: One-on-one with my partner, the meal is good and our waitress (luckily we didn't have the other one) charming. The next table looks like a family birthday meal, a waiter approaches a teenager and tells him to stop drawing (there is a toddler in this family) and eat, severe cold.

06/12/2024: Good address. We ate fish and chips. Impeccable service and very pleasant staff. The fries were not homemade and that's a shame for this type of restaurant. The children's fish and chips are a little tight (more breading than fish). The fish was however very good but a shade below what we tested in England and Ireland. This remains a very good address with an immediate view of the Loire.

08/09/2024: Not a nice evening. You will notice the reviews go from 5 stars to 2, we hit the 2 night. Good luck. There's something odd going on here, I had the feeling staff were trying to mess with each other at the guest expense. Very strange.

17/09/2024: Been there for a business event. The environment is warm and welcoming, the good is good, but the service was not that fast and a little bit confused.

14/09/2024: Restaurant with a very pretty patio in the heart of Nantes. Cozy atmosphere ideal for a couple's dinner. The service is impeccable, careful and fast. The very attractive menu. I opted for the menu at 27€ EPD. The perfect egg and very good zucchini. Just a taste of too little, the egg was a little overcooked for me. Then “sea risotto with almond milk and grilled octopus”. The octopus was excellent, very well cooked and seasoned. On the other hand, I was expecting a more complete risotto. The title should therefore rather be “grilled octopus and risotto”. Risotto too spicy for me. As for today's dessert, "nectarine tart" is good but the bitter orange compote takes over and does not leave the scent and sweet taste expected of the nectarine. In any case, care is taken in the presentation of the plates, the products are fresh and the desire to do well is evident. We will come back to try other dishes regardless.

04/07/2025: Terrible disappointment. We came to enjoy a seafood platter... after checking by phone that the offer was still valid. We were sad to discover upon tasting that half the seafood had been frozen. The other half was tasteless. Only the oysters were passable. The carafe of wine was lukewarm... After delicately and discreetly pointing out the quality issue, the bill was still very high, without any real goodwill gesture. What a shame!

01/07/2025: The terrace is very pleasant, the menu offers excellent value for money. The service is fast and attentive.

23/09/2024: Visited twice for both lunch and dinner, very good size potions at a reasonable price. Great location and probably the busiest restaurant in NB.

12/09/2024: One of the many addresses of the chain, here outdoor service exclusively, in case of gray and windy weather, not very pleasant otherwise young, friendly, dynamic team and the "crepe of the moment" always lives up to the announcement (!) fresh products prices were reasonable. Recommended for a snack on the go at any time.
