17/04/2026: It's always a pleasure to stop by Ange St Nazaire! The staff are friendly and welcoming, everything is delicious, and they do everything they can to make sure we're happy! On Tuesday, they were out of Ange bubbles, and they offered to make some for me since the choux pastries were in the oven! I got them an hour later, freshly baked! Well done and thank you to the whole team!

The service is efficient yet friendly, the food is really good and reasonably priced. Special mention for the homemade fries 👍🏼 I hope to come back from Nantes to introduce it to my friends!

01/02/2026: Excellent experience for my mother's birthday! We ordered takeout and everything was perfect. The dishes were delicious and generously portioned. The packaging was neat and secure; nothing had moved during transport. The quality and taste of the food were outstanding. My mother was delighted, and we all loved it. The staff were friendly and efficient when we took our order. I highly recommend this place for takeout, whether for a special occasion or an everyday meal. We will definitely be back!

29/01/2026: I'm giving this low rating because of the price of the "cheese board" for aperitifs at €16.50, consisting of a small plate with only 5 thin and small slices of cheese... a serious rip-off!
20/01/2026: Very disappointed by a simple hot chocolate. Chocolate milk. What a shame! PS: I'm revising my review in light of the owner's response. “Hot chocolate is a moment of indulgence. When a customer asks if it's really chocolatey, it means it should be real chocolate and not just a chocolate drink, so pay close attention—it's a signal, really! It should get your attention. It's not up to the customer to make the effort to get up, go to the counter, and point it out just to receive service. It's not real chocolate, accept it, perhaps for cost-saving reasons. Anyway, who are you to judge my life? It's perfectly fine, rest assured. I came to stay with you to discover this charming city, having recently moved to Nantes and planning to bring my partner and/or my daughters here. I'll come back if I want, and you're not going to stop me. Seriously, maybe you should put your ego aside. Your job isn't easy, I understand, but it's a business that should provide pleasure. A word to the wise!”

02/05/2026: It was a wonderful experience working alongside Jérôme and the other apprentices. The teamwork was fantastic. We were able to add our knowledge of cooking techniques for greater efficiency, flavor, and speed. For me, who's used to using a lot of spices in cooking, it was incredible to see how you can achieve such delicious results with so few spices! I'll definitely do it again! Thank you, Jérôme!
30/04/2026: We held our team-building event at Sapio last April. The first part was dedicated to our annual meeting. Sapio provided us with a meeting room equipped with a projector and complimentary coffee. The cooking workshop was the second part. Every employee truly enjoyed the activities offered, and everyone embraced the role of apprentice chef. Jérôme's support throughout the team-building event was excellent; a huge thank you for this experience, which helped strengthen team cohesion!

15/01/2026: Review for Le Petit Pêcheur restaurant before the change of ownership: The staff is friendly but a bit quiet (sometimes better than overly talkative people). The complimentary amuse-bouche was delicious. The presentation of the dishes was exceptional, a feast for the eyes, then a delight for the palate! The place could use a real refresh, both inside and out. Special attention could be paid to cleaning (dirty and peeling door frames, cobwebs on the entrance door...).

07/09/2025: We had lunch at L'Orée du Bois a week ago. We really enjoyed the setting. We had a table inside, which is clearly a few years old but well-maintained and in very good condition. The dining room is elegant and quiet. We had a lovely view of the terrace, which was very green and beautiful. However, the food was disappointing, especially considering the price. The amuse-bouches were pleasant, but the rest of the meal didn't live up to expectations. The main course was sea bass with beurre blanc sauce, presented in a style reminiscent of 20 or 30 years ago. The dessert consisted of figs that had absolutely no flavor. Truly none, which is surprising given that these fruits are at their peak ripeness at this time of year. The service was unfriendly, unavailable, and gave the impression of being forced to work without any enjoyment. We agreed that this beautiful setting deserved a refresh of the culinary offerings.
