07/09/2026: Had a delicious lunch. Quiches in various flavors (I had the fig one) with a delicious gazpacho and salad on the side. Very friendly service on a cozy little square.

11/07/2026: We dined at the restaurant on July 8 and 9, 2026. It was a fantastic experience. The menus and wines are exquisite and certainly not expensive. An excellently stocked cheese trolley, unlike anything you find anywhere else anymore. The waiter (who is also the owner) is very friendly and knowledgeable. The dining room is beautifully and stylishly decorated. It is a very cozy place to sit (and comfortable thanks to a well-functioning air conditioning). This is a place you will always want to return to. (Additionally, the village of Gourdon has a beautiful medieval center.) All in all, highly recommended!

25/05/2026: We spent one night in this charming and traditional hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, and there's a large park for relaxing. The meal in the restaurant was sublime, the service impeccable, worthy of the finest French establishments. Breakfast was exquisite, featuring high-quality products. The owner is very helpful, kind, and friendly. The owner's wife is the head chef, and she's a true professional.

30/08/2026: A warm welcome. The service is impeccable, and what can I say about the food? A true discovery with perfect pairings. What imagination! Bravo, pure artistry!

28/08/2026: Very disappointing. Absolutely does not deserve its mention in the guides. The decor is dreary, the tables are molded plastic, the cutlery and napkins are canteen-style paper, and the water bottle hasn't been cleaned in months. Welcome to the sports bar/PMU. The food is as dreary as the atmosphere and the frustratingly slow service. Two servers for 20 people, and we waited, and waited, and waited, for almost two hours for the lunch menu. The starter was a deconstructed Caesar salad, IKEA-style, with two Kalamata olives and two anchovy fillets in oil thrown in for good measure. This was followed by overcooked fish and a plum crumble worthy of a company cafeteria. To top it all off, the toilets were scented, but not with roses, and masks were mandatory. In short, there are so many great little restaurants in the Lot region for less money that I can only advise you to look elsewhere.

13/10/2026: I was starving and my kids were hangry and everything else was closed for lunch, but they took us in happily and were so sweet and welcoming. The chef and the staff treated us like family. My kids and I were so satisfied. One of our meals was the salad, roasted veggies, and supreme chicken. The accompanying sauce to the chicken was melt in your mouth good! I couldn’t help but scoop it up with the bread, which was also fantastic. I highly recommend this restaurant! Thank you for a great experience!

13/10/2026: A welcoming establishment with excellent staff, varied cuisine, and a regular rotation of daily specials throughout the week. I highly recommend trying it, and the waitress was very professional and attentive.

11/08/2026: We had a lovely time as a family celebrating the end of our vacation. The view from the terrace was magnificent, especially watching the sunset. The food was very good, and the value for money was excellent. The staff were friendly.

10/08/2026: KEEP GOING. We came for dessert as a family and were asked to come back 30 minutes later (we waited and asked again). We returned after another thirty minutes and were simply told they were overwhelmed, there were no more free tables (even though six tables for four were empty), and they wouldn't have time to serve us dessert that evening.

10/06/2026: Such a wonderful overnight stay. I wish we had more time, but will be back! The location is excellent for peace and quiet. The food was exemplary and without fault.

31/05/2026: A magnificent stay! An authentic house where we shared good humor and conviviality in an exceptional setting. Everything is thoughtfully designed: the warm welcome, the quality of the meals prepared with produce from the estate, and the attention to detail. The owners are passionate and generously share their love of the local area, gastronomy, and nature. A special mention for the sourdough bread-making workshop. An experience as enriching as it was enjoyable. The explanations are fascinating, the learning is accessible to all, and what a pleasure to leave with your own loaf and new skills! An exceptional place that we recommend without hesitation!

13/09/2025: Excellent welcome and service. The only downside was the evening restaurant, where they should have banned the use of cell phones in the dining room to make personal calls without any discretion or respect for other people. This happened twice at a table of five women who were walking.

08/07/2026: Passing through Saint Sozy after visiting the Padirac Cave, we stopped for lunch at the Grangier restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised by the regional menu. Everything was delicious: the seasonings, the flavor, the portion size, and the service was very welcoming. I highly recommend it if you're ever in the area.
