05/02/2026: A wonderful discovery: "Au Pêcher Mignon" (The Cute Peach) A "participatory" concept where you set your own cutlery and serve yourself drinks. The savory crepes are simply excellent and very original (in the best sense of the word). The desserts are equally impressive, especially the divine verrines. A super relaxed yet very professional welcome... and all this at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this spot on the town square in Florac. September 8, 2025

31/01/2026: I can't comment on the hotel, as we didn't stay overnight, only ate at the restaurant. It definitely deserves 6 stars :) Excellent service, excellent food, very pleasant setting. This is the second time we've been there to celebrate our birthdays and we will definitely be back. A big thank you to the whole team for your warm welcome and kindness.

27/12/2025: We went to eat at this restaurant as a family. Our 8-year-old daughter ate a piece of very dry country ham. The stringy edge of the ham almost literally choked her! We were seated on the terrace, and luckily we were able to intervene and help her cough up the length of string that was already well down her esophagus. The worst part is that, seeing the situation, the waiters didn't even notice what was happening, quickly going back inside the restaurant without even acknowledging our daughter's distress. She was traumatized, watching herself choking.

08/02/2026: Absolutely magnificent setting, in a charming traditional stone hut. The restaurant is spacious, very cozy, and truly delightful; you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The service was impeccable: well-paced, no waiting, everything flowed naturally, just the right amount of service. As for the food, simple ingredients were showcased beautifully. The dishes were both delicious and satisfying! And all this at a very reasonable price, especially considering the exceptional setting. The staff were very friendly, making for a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Thank you to the entire team, everything was perfect!

07/12/2025: Good restaurant, but a bit pricey. Nothing like the Auberge du Lac where we usually eat. But the Buron was the only one open. Well done!

15/10/2025: Reservation for lunch! We discovered a lovely shop in a medieval village to visit! The dining room is surrounded by jars, bags of biscuits and other things! Chestnuts, honey, jams, Pouget soups, all the local products of the area are gathered there, including lemonades, wine and craft beers! For lunch: meat pie or trout, crumble and other tasty sweet dishes! Everything was delicate and delicious! Bravo!

11/10/2025: We were given a very warm welcome upon our arrival. A delicious local menu followed by a complimentary appetizer... a very pleasant experience with a little background music and a chat with the owner. A small establishment in the old town of Mende, which requires a reservation in advance. A must-see address. Everything was excellent. See you next time on your next visit to Mende.

18/10/2025: A quick lunch at the end of the service. And despite that, an excellent, very generous gourmet salad, and the waitress, alone, was brilliant and very kind. I recommend it; it has a magnificent terrace overlooking the Tarn.

30/09/2025: Hiking around the Causse Méjean in a group, we spent the night in Alex's hotel restaurant on the banks of the Tarn. In the guesthouse we ate the unmissable Aligo sausage in the evening. We received a perfect welcome from Alex and we are returning with great pleasure.

19/11/2025: A very pleasant little restaurant. Excellent cuisine featuring local produce. Refined flavors. The service is very friendly and attentive. The restaurant isn't very large, so reservations are recommended.

15/11/2025: A lovely little restaurant, a great find, a super friendly and welcoming atmosphere, excellent food, and impeccable service. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu. Kudos to the chef and his staff, who deserve to be well-known; I highly recommend it.

14/12/2025: We stopped at this bar/restaurant during the off-season. A single person was handling everything from serving and bartending to cooking, and despite serving nearly twenty guests, it was all done efficiently and with a smile. We ordered the set menu, which was an excellent stuffed veal roll with porcini mushroom sauce, served with fries, green beans, and salad. Dessert was a delicious tiramisu. The house red wine and coffee were both good. A very pleasant stop that I highly recommend.
