21/08/2026: My wife and I went to this brasserie and I won't be going back. The owner is a real pain, constantly hovering over his employees, especially a student making her debut in front of everyone—it's absurd. As for the meal, it was nothing special, which is a real shame.

09/09/2026: First off, the staff decides you order your drinks at the same time as your meal! Unbelievable! I wanted a drink first and to look at the menu in peace. Hygiene was a nightmare: dirty tablecloth, greasy and unappetizing menu items, and the service should be the same as the starter. The salmon appetizer was swimming in oil, and the lemon slice, meant to improve the mediocre flavor, was so thin it was unusable. Things improved after that; the main course was very good, the dessert too, and the staff made a much better impression than when we first arrived.

09/03/2026: This is the first time I've been disappointed by this restaurant. I went one evening with my children. The buffets were almost empty, and the food didn't look fresh at all. It's a shame. There are fewer and fewer cafeterias these days, but I can understand why.

14/08/2026: Horrible, disgusting 🤮 Avoid at all costs! The fries are frozen solid. I didn't order ice cream with fries, and they serve us spoiled food, treating us like Dobermans! Run away!!!

03/09/2026: It's 10:00 AM… almost no space available for breakfast on the terrace as the tables are set for lunch. Inside (almost empty), we sit down at a table for four, where we usually sit almost every Saturday. The unpleasant waiter tells us to sit at a table for two, otherwise he'll move us if four people arrive! The inside is empty with plenty of other seats… we don't understand his reaction… we decide to leave, and the waiter replies, "Too bad for you!" I'm a shopkeeper in Angers, and I don't understand this attitude… Linda Loiseau

30/08/2026: I got sick during the night after eating at this restaurant, and again during the day for two days after eating tagliatelle carbonara. Was the cream fresh or had it gone bad due to the heat? The toilet floor was dirty.

21/05/2026: Hello, we left the highway to eat nearby and support local businesses. We stopped at a restaurant. Did we just catch them on a bad day? We ordered crudités, fish and chips for two, and fruit salad. The crudités included grated carrots that looked like they hadn't been grated that day. The fish was swimming in oil, as if it had been soaking in a bath. The so-called homemade fries were okay, but we could definitely tell they had been recooked. And the fruit salad was inedible. I pointed out when paying that the fruit salad had gone bad, but there was no compensation. I must admit I was very disappointed because you have a good rating, and generally, when a restaurant has a good rating, you're rarely disappointed. I hope this was just a minor slip-up that day... 20/05/2026: The room overlooks the main road, so there are two options: close the windows (it's manageable but very hot) or leave them open and then you'll be bombarded by passing trucks at night. And above all, the bathroom is tiny and the toilet is, to say the least, not very clean.

31/08/2026: Keep walking and go to the Ferdinand restaurant across the street. You'll be better off in terms of cleanliness, friendliness, flavor, and respect. And the prices are exorbitant too, especially for drinks. Plus, the portions are small. There aren't enough appetizers, and what's there are are mass-produced and swimming in sauce in a corner.

25/07/2026: The atmosphere is bad when you go there, I don't know, there's no music, it's silent, you feel like you're bothering the person who's taking your money, and well, the people who frequent this bar/tobacconist, we won't go into it, but you don't feel safe.
