21/02/2026: During our stay in Saumur, we booked a table at Keating and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from starter to dessert; it was still quite expensive, but the pleasure was there in every bite.

29/03/2026: A fantastic find! This crêperie is simply amazing. The crêpes are delicious and generously filled. The service is warm and attentive, with a friendly team that immediately puts you at ease. The atmosphere is convivial, perfect for spending quality time with friends, family, or even a romantic dinner for two. Special mention goes to the flambéed crêpes, which are a real treat! This is definitely a place to remember; I'll be back without hesitation. I recommend it 100%!

11/03/2026: A 45-minute wait for an appetizer that I ordered and which was served at the same time as my friend's main course. All the neighboring tables, and those that arrived later, received their appetizers AND main courses before we were even served. After the appetizer, I was told that the kitchen was closed and that I could only have cheese or dessert. I had mentioned upon arrival that I wouldn't be ordering wine because I was very, very hungry and wanted to eat something before having a drink. I specified to the waitress when ordering that I planned to have a main course after the two appetizers. No one came to tell me that the kitchen was about to close. I thank the restaurant and its staff for this incredible evening that I won't soon forget. Absolutely no consideration for the customer, no gesture of goodwill... I've never seen anything like it! Even the customer at the next table was laughing because it seemed like a joke! (I wish it had been.)

21/02/2026: It had been (far too) long since I'd been back to La Reine de Sicile, and what a joy it was to rediscover this restaurant we've been frequenting for years. The quality of the food is remarkable! Each dish reveals true artistry, perfectly balanced flavors, and a perfect harmony of pairings…and their wine is pure nectar! A true delight for the palate, refined yet generous. The setting also deserves special mention: elegant, warm, and stunningly beautiful. The tables, superb pieces crafted by a local cabinetmaker, lend a soul and a sense of authenticity. The decor is meticulously designed, with taste and harmony. As for the service, it reflects the ambiance: attentive, discreet, refined, and exquisitely delicate. A truly exceptional service, the kind you rarely find. A truly pampering experience, a timeless moment where you feel privileged…and where you savor every moment as much as every bite. A valuable address, to be (re)discovered without hesitation.

21/02/2026: Fantastic find! The owners are very friendly and welcoming, and the waitress is just as lovely. The food is absolutely amazing! We ate very well; in short, it wasn't "good" 😉😉 but if we come back to Saumur, we know where to go 😋 Don't change a thing!!!!

23/03/2026: Fantastic karaoke night on a Friday, excellent atmosphere. The food was plentiful and delicious (slow-cooked BBQ pork belly) with perfect value for money, as was the service (very friendly waitress).

26/02/2026: Good restaurant, the dishes are visually appealing and very tasty. But the major drawback is the dining room: too small, tables crammed together, difficult to move around in, and very noisy. The waitress was very pleasant!

14/03/2026: We had an excellent lunch! My husband ordered the cognac foie gras as an entree, I ordered the bone marrow - both were exceptional. Followed by the duck breast in a sublime sauce. For dessert, the crème brûlée, browned perfectly, was rich and creamy. The staff are always welcoming, and as locals, we especially appreciate the fact that they are open on Sundays.

10/03/2026: Excellent brasserie, open on a Monday no less, as many in the area are closed. We received a warm welcome, the daily special was very good, the prices more than reasonable, the service very friendly and pleasant, and pets are welcome – a real plus! ➕️ ➕️ ➕️ We were very happy with our experience.
