29/09/2024: We came for a few days on family vacation and discovered this restaurant, very welcoming with a peaceful and green outdoor space. Excellent cuisine and I weigh my words carefully, the quality and taste are essential. Fast service with finesse with an announcement and details of each dish. The manager and remarkable professionalism my only regret is not living next to this marvel of taste.

07/09/2024: DELICIOUS as beautiful as it is good in a magnificent setting from the salmon platter to the baba you will not be disappointed...for the price of a fried hamburger.....

The regional products are of the highest quality, the flavors are astonishing but clearly identifiable, the bread is to die for (especially the seaweed croissant), the service is top notch... we had an excellent evening

17/08/2024: Nous avons choisi le Café de Maria pour notre anniversaire de mariage Nous connaissions déjà l'établissement du temps des précédents propriétaires. L'établissement a été repris et nous avons eu envie de connaître le nouveau restaurant Accueil parfait Excellente cuisine avec des plats très bien présentés Pour les plats, les ingrédients sont une production locale et cela se voit au goût du poisson et des légumes. Quat aux desserts, quel délice. Comme nous étions 3 à table, chacun a pris un dessert différent. Comme vin nous avons pris un rosé excellent lui aussi Nous avons passé un excellent moment et comptons bien revenir.

25/09/2024: Belle présentation des plats , la gastronomie est au rendez vous mes papilles se sont régalées. Les serveurs sont arrangeants et très agréables. Très bon restaurant.

15/09/2024: Une très bonne adresse sur Vannes. Cuisine de très bonne qualité et raffinée, les plats sont copieux et très bien présentés. Les travaux dans les salles les rendent chaleureuses et modernes.

24/08/2024: Plats goutus et accueil très sympa et chaleureux ! Nous avons passé une très belle soirée. Le patron sait nous mettre à l'aise tout de suite. On recommande !

11/09/2024: Déjeuner exquis dans un cadre prestigieux. Accueil souriant, professionnel de Sarah et Carine. Les assiettes étaient présentées avec goût. Une œuvre d'art ! La lotte était succulente et la cuisson était parfaite. Une touche d'originalité : Une glace/mousse (?) au riz cantonnais : Surprenante mais néanmoins délicieuse. En dessert, le parfait glacé chocolat caramel a vraiment enchanté nos papilles exigeantes.

28/07/2024: Petit moment suspendu dans un tres joli cadre où on se laisse porter par l'accueil plein d energie et d'attention de Sarah et Carine puis par la cuisine inventive et délicieuse du chef. Nos papilles ont été enchantées de ce voyage gastronomique. A très vite.

22/09/2024: An excellent address in Vannes where we return regularly; warm welcome from the owner and the adorable waitress; creative cuisine without bling-bling, fresh and quality products; delicious wine. In short, we will come back to taste this east wind which reminds us of the beautiful Alsace

18/09/2024: We had lunch this afternoon in this establishment. There were six of us and one dog. The meal and service were quality. In particular, the sea sauerkraut was a “turie”. The Chef and his team advise you on the dishes and wines that accompany the dishes you ordered. This Restaurant is to be recommended to your family and friends. You will not be disappointed. Congratulations again and thank you for this good time in good company. Ah, I forgot, the value for money is completely correct and reasonable.

30/08/2024: Super Hotel, ideally located on the heights of Carnac, we enjoyed everything there. The staff, the comfort, the quality/price ratio and a breakfast just the way we like it. We highly recommend!!!

19/08/2024: Very quiet setting “Old” shower and leaking taps harm the silence The swimming pool is not open at 08:00… contrary to written announcements, but when we point this out a technician intervenes immediately In short, 3 stars which fade due to lack of maintenance and investment No possibility of charging your electric vehicle Damage Your response still proves the customer wrong Should I remind you of your very unfortunate oversight?

04/09/2024: Cuisine correcte mais chère et prétentieuse. Le vin au verre ne peut pas être choisi à la dégustation - risque de déception (la mienne a été forte).
