09/01/2026: While passing through Nevers, I discovered this charming restaurant with its delicious and inventive cuisine, elegant presentation, impeccable service, and reasonable prices (they even offer a set menu on a chalkboard in the evening, something increasingly rare in restaurants for dinner). In short, a highly recommended address that truly does justice to French gastronomy!

18/01/2026: This hotel is France at its finest: authentic, old, charming, and incredibly romantic. From the very first moment, we felt welcome thanks to the warm and personal welcome. The bed was fantastic, and the room was equipped with a kettle with tea and coffee, a nice bonus. The restaurant was an absolute surprise: we had a truly excellent meal. When I forgot my toothbrush, the extremely friendly host immediately arranged a new one and extra toiletries. Such thoughtfulness and hospitality are rare.

Passing through for a quad ride. We stopped here for lunch.
And we had a blast.
A huge thank you to the young woman who served us, who was truly beyond lovely! She deserved a lot of credit, because the restaurant was packed, as was our large table of 11 outside with other people.
Thanks also to the owner (I think, who welcomed us with great affection and for taking our order). A huge shout-out to the cook, too, who was alone to satisfy all the customers!

There were 8 of us for a birthday, next to a table of 30 screaming people, without any feeling of embarrassment... we couldn't hear each other speak...
Too bad this room was not privatized for them..
