02/05/2026: We came to eat as a group of seven, including a person with a disability. We were very well received and ordered the €20 set menu, which was excellent—successful and generous portions. The waiter was very pleasant and smiling. I highly recommend this restaurant; it's of very high quality.

29/04/2026: A very nice place, nothing to complain about regarding the service. We came here for our wedding on April 29, 2023, and returned today, April 29, 2025. It was more than perfect from the appetizer to the dessert. Highly recommended. It's the best restaurant, top-notch.

01/06/2026: Nice, but you can only pay for purchases under €10 in cash; credit cards are not accepted. The ATM is right next door. This solution bothers me a bit! Goodbye to a simple coffee on the terrace 😏😏

24/05/2026: The welcome is warm. Regarding the food, the bread should be cut just before serving; eating the lunchtime bread is unthinkable. Similarly, the cheese course, with its crust cut several days ago and left in the fridge, is clearly past its prime. The ice cream is very cheap... It's a shame.

22/06/2026: A very pleasant surprise! I've been meaning to go for years. The €32 set menu was excellent value for money; everything from the starter to the dessert was delicious, and the service was impeccably professional. A great place, I'll be back! 👍👍👍

31/05/2026: Place is Tour de France-proof, toilet isn't 🚴😂 🚗On the way south, stopped at Decetia in Decize for a drink. This year, the Tour de France is passing through here for two days, so the town is gearing up for an invasion of cyclists, supporters, and good times. ✅The place itself is top-notch: friendly, cozy, and exactly what you're looking for during a stopover. The drink tasted excellent and the atmosphere was relaxed. 👉🏻Just that toilet… I’ve seen bigger water bottles in the peloton. 😅 You step inside and suddenly understand how a sardine feels. If the Tour riders stop here, I hope they take turns going. In short: a great spot for a break, a drink, and a smile. For the toilet, I do recommend a good turning circle and some steering skills. 🚴🍻⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐**.**

06/02/2026: Wonderful hosts. Food was very good and the hospitality second to none. Well worth a visit to explore Burgundy from. Thank you to Petra and Berry for welcoming us into their restaurant. Look forward to seeing you again when we next visit.

30/05/2026: I'm not criticizing the food or the hotel, which I don't know. But this establishment has sunk pretty low by accepting a company that regularly offers "free" meals on the condition of attending a two-hour brainwashing session to force customers to buy products at ten times their actual price.

27/06/2026: Arrived at 3:10 pm on a Saturday and greeted with a smile, enjoyed an excellent and generously portioned plate of caramel pork accompanied by delicious homemade lentils and rice. A pleasant experience and I would definitely return.

29/04/2026: I had reserved a table on the terrace that morning, but when we arrived for lunch... there was no table, so we ended up sitting in the blazing sun. Anyway, moving on to the food, there was a mistake with the wine 🍷, but the waitress only told us when the bill came... the starter was very good, marinated salmon 👍 followed by mussels (I think we had the last of the pot), practically all empty shells, the mussels were in the broth. Dessert was perfect. When I went to pay, I asked if we could stay on the terrace for a bit to chat, and the woman said no because it might attract other people who would come for a drink, which isn't the case in the afternoon 🤔. A bit frustrating! It used to be better. We paid €70 for two.

24/04/2026: Pleasant setting and warm welcome, the food is good but the quantity is a little small considering the price, which makes the menu expensive in the end for €30/person.

16/05/2026: Very good value for money. We were surprised how good the food was. The owner really tries his best. A minor downside: removing spider heads a bit more often, and we thought there were a bit too many flies; otherwise, it would be worth 5 stars!

02/05/2026: The service was good, the place is nice, but the food... it's really not great. The gravlax salmon is edible, but frankly, nothing special. The chicken on the Caesar salad wasn't crispy and was cold; it tasted frozen. The beef tartare was really bad. I don't usually like to waste food; I finish it even if I don't like it, but honestly... the meat wasn't good, it seemed poor quality, and the spices weren't any better. I even questioned the freshness of the product.

14/09/2025: Very friendly welcome. The rooms are a little sparsely decorated but big and clean and super comfortable and the modern bathroom has a lovely shower. The WiFi signal is good. Essentially a comfy no frills place to stay at a reasonable price. Breakfast offered at €9 although I didn’t try it. Free parking outside the hotel. Recommended!

08/09/2025: We (two people on a motorcycle trip) spent one night at this hotel. The very friendly hostess looked after us wonderfully! The rooms are simple, but they were perfect for our needs. The evening menu was also really excellent. The motorcycles can be parked in a garage.
