13/05/2026: I think my team and I just didn't pick a good day, judging by the other reviews... We had a reservation for 9 pm and arrived 10 minutes early, which clearly displeased the waitress. My manager said hello, but the waitress apparently didn't hear, so she had to repeat "hello" four times... I didn't understand this unwarranted outburst (tone of voice). As for the food, it's good but far from exceptional. The real highlight is the terrace, which offers a pleasant escape from the urban environment. Special mention to the young waiter who took care of our table: he was very friendly, a big thank you to him! However, when we finished our coffees, we were made to understand that we had to leave the establishment. I completely understand that the team wants to go home after a long day at 10 pm, but it would have been simpler to tell us verbally. Finally, when it came time to pay, we were served by the same waitress as at the beginning... still very friendly...

The dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and made with fresh ingredients. Special mention for the quality of the cuisine and the truly masterful flavors 👌 The service was warm and attentive; you feel comfortable from beginning to end. A wonderful place in Lille, perfect for a great time. I highly recommend it!

18/04/2026: An exceptional gastronomic experience! We had lunch at Bloempot on a Thursday and were captivated from the moment we walked in. The setting, a former workshop located behind a florist, is magnificent with its raw, industrial style. The local cuisine (produce sourced within 150 km) is a true feat of creativity. We opted for the 8-course tasting menu with non-alcoholic beverage pairings: flawless from start to finish. The asparagus, the veal with its green vegetable espuma, and the original cheese preparation were simply unforgettable. A huge thank you to the team for their kindness and for precisely adapting the menu for a diabetic. The service is relaxed, warm, and very professional. A must-visit in Lille!

29/11/2025: The food was excellent: fresh ingredients, clean flavors, beautifully plated. The service, however, was unprofessional and abysmal. After the fish course, the dirty plates sat untouched for 45 minutes, until I finally bussed them myself because they smelled. I had to wander the restaurant to find the server and ask for the check, cancelling dessert. When I said I shouldn’t be charged for a dish I no longer wanted, the waiter snapped, “You chose it, you pay for it.” This place is not worth it.

25/11/2025: A well-deserved 5 stars. From the amuse-bouche to the dessert, everything was perfect. The ingredients were very fresh, local, and chosen according to what's available at the market. Not to mention the very friendly welcome and impeccable service. Excellent value for money. You absolutely must go.

25/04/2026: It seemed very nice, so we sat down. No one came to greet us. The kitchen staff were more preoccupied with setting up their own table in the sun to eat. All the other tables were in the shade. Of course, everyone had to eat... A lack of hospitality. What a shame.

30/05/2026: I'm peacefully smoking a legally purchased CBD cigarette, and I find myself with a waiter who asks me to put it out, even though everything is legal in France. If he's not happy, he can deal with Macron. Even the government says it's legal, so during Gay Pride, we need to open our minds because I only smoke legal things in this cruel world.

03/05/2026: A fantastic bistro with a limited menu, a guarantee of quality and freshness! We had lunch there for a hen party today, and the service was quick and the food delicious! The French toast and the carbonnade are to die for! A place to remember!

10/05/2026: Sometimes, you just crave a simple, tasty, and popular dish! Mussels and fries are a perfect example. Known to everyone, this dish is very popular. Unfortunately, it's quite common to be disappointed. Either by the mussels, which are sometimes cold, or by the fries, which often taste like they're from a factory. That's not the case here! We can only commend the quality of their preparation in a setting that, while admittedly rather ordinary, is served by a smiling and friendly staff. So, let's eat!
