25/01/2026: Tonight I ate tripe for the first time… I certainly chose the right place to try it! It was excellent, just like the rest of the meal. The rack of lamb was fabulous, and the dessert… I couldn't get enough! I highly recommend the Percheron ice cream sundae with Calvados; I'll be dreaming about it for a long time to come. The hotel is very comfortable, and the welcome was very warm. Thanks again to the team 🙏🏽
