25/03/2026: I've been to Paris many times, but this was the best restaurant I've ever been to.

24/03/2026: Simply the best restaurant in the area. And by far the best price/quality in Paris. You probably won't believe what you'll get fornthe price particularly at lunch time with the incredible set menu. I have been going to 975 since their opening back in the 17th arrondisement, and they are constantly delivering an exceptional gastonomic food, for a fraction of price of even a brasserie. An absolute must go. No kidding! Toujours aussi bon !!! J'adore 🥰 Always so good !!! Love it 🥰

17/10/2025: It was with a thirst for food and a craving for summer sweetness that I stopped at Café Mirabelle last June. Accompanied by a friend, we took the time to enjoy a snack just the way we like it: two creamy hot chocolates and two contrasting desserts, one with rhubarb, the other with caramel. It was a wonderful surprise: bold flavors, carefully crafted textures, and the comforting feeling of a place where everything is designed for the simple pleasure of the moment. The colorful and cheerful dishes add a touch of light to the experience, a real ray of sunshine, even indoors. A beautiful summer afternoon, full of indulgence and conversation, the kind we'd love to experience more often.

You immediately feel their connection, their passion, and the attention they put into every detail. Their energy and kindness give this restaurant a special soul. The service is impeccable, attentive without ever being intrusive. You immediately feel at ease, as if you were expected. The food is pure bliss. Flavorful, elegant, and perfectly executed cuisine. The flavors are just right, the portions generous, and every bite makes you want to linger. A special shout-out to Maria and Gilles. 26/02/2026: We get a insider tip to visit this restaurant. The owners welcomed us arms open wide with a big smile. The cute restaurant has an original french flair and we get a nice table asap. We arrived at noon and enjoyed the food and especially the desert. I highly recommend the visit!!

Hooray for food; hooray for wine; hooray for L'Esquisse, which offered us a delicious and original lunch. Special mention for the Pho broth with the ravioli, infused with foie gras; it was absolutely divine. Once again, I thank my wife, thanks to whom I had a wonderful time.
