23/03/2024: But where to start ? Everything is so perfect and I have been in the profession for 35 years. The staff is as professional as I have ever seen when it awakens the taste buds it is just impressive..no fat but only local products. We first start by asking you your allergies your tastes your preferences..
We had the tasting menu, all accompanied by a very good champagne.
We found our restaurant, we will come often given the choice

11/03/2024: Very good restaurant, the decor is warm, the seats comfortable and the welcome pleasant. There were 2 vegetarian dishes on the menu and they were very good. (But it's better to call beforehand to find out if there are any, this is not the case all the time...) I will come back without hesitation, we had a great time!
06/03/2024: We had a plate of ham to share then some mussels au gratin. It was excellent. All accompanied by a glass of local Irouleguy wine.

We used to come to this restaurant from time to time.
On our last visit, we were very disappointed. So we gave it another chance and unfortunately the dishes were once again very mediocre.
Starter: Perfect egg with foie gras…
the egg was bathed in juice, with very rare pieces of shredded foie gras and bits of fat, as bacon...

Quality chocolates! and the icing on the cake, a very pretty tea room that you absolutely must try to taste their homemade hot chocolate in their famous “mustache cup”😉

03/03/2024: The food was decent but they need to have more vegetarian dishes, they couldn’t make a vegetarian plate because they had no vegetables left, and it wasn’t the end of service. The bar is nice but food was disappointing.

03/03/2024: Good little African restaurant. Good atmosphere, the boss is really super nice. The cocktail of the day was delicious. The chili was perfect for me (newbies beware!! Real chili paste!). I would have just liked a slightly larger menu to have more choice (only 3 dishes on the menu the evening I went) to be able to discover things a little more typical (even if the chicken yassa was good)
22/02/2024: I loved introducing my partner to this address. Baï is very kind and his cooking is delicious (special mention for the maffé!).
