15/02/2026: Without a doubt, one of the best restaurants in Lyon. The decor is incredible, the atmosphere chic and intimate, even the restrooms are magnificent with their own unique style. The food is impeccable; the raspberry dessert was excellent. The staff is very friendly; it's flawless.

02/03/2026: I discovered this restaurant. Its concept of "open-faced sandwiches" at affordable prices is original—except for the oysters: only 4 plus a small glass of white wine for 10 euros... But everything else is varied, with generous portions, and the waitress is welcoming and friendly with a smile! Well located on the peninsula. I recommend it for a lunch or dinner break—original and very pleasant, almost like stepping out of a tourist trap!

28/02/2026: Nice atmosphere. Good value for money. Could be a bit cleaner. Cobwebs were hanging overhead. Don't look up. Lol. The food was a bit too exposed for my liking. Friendly, cheerful, and smiling staff.

01/03/2026: Top weekend, great room, very good breakfast, even though there was a power outage the person who was there was great at satisfying the customers, the drinks arrived piping hot, it was the lady who had all the drinks prepared, I would return without hesitation.

26/02/2026: I stayed at this hotel for work; when I travel, I tend to look for practical places. This hotel was a huge and very pleasant surprise! Secluded and quiet, with a spacious room and thoughtful touches. I had dinner there for a great price and thoroughly enjoyed it; the daily menu was very inspired and truly delightful! I also greatly appreciated the warm welcome and the evident good atmosphere among the staff. I highly recommend it, and if I need to stay in Vourles again, I know exactly where I'll go!

29/12/2023: Très déçus. On attendait beaucoup de ce resto. Nous n'avons pas apprécié nos plats qui ne sont pas en phase avec les prix. Le dessert la "sphère au chocolat" n'a rien de spécial (un peu trop sucré). Nous ne reviendrons pas. Trop cher pour ce que c'est. Point positif : le service et le cadre.

13/12/2025: I went here with my girlfriend a week ago, and the experience was delightful. The restaurant is really authentic, everything is homemade, the waiter is kind, and the chef/owner is really welcoming. If I come back to Lyon, I'll come back for sure!

The service was seamless and professional, and we particularly appreciated the attention they gave us, especially the fact that they let us taste all the canapés during the cocktail hour—a detail that made all the difference! 08/12/2025: Jungle is a nice and cozy bar with a warm interior and generally pleasant, relaxed vibe. The service was polite, friendly, and attentive, we felt well looked after throughout our visit. That said, the very strong smell of curry completely dominated the space during our visit. It honestly felt more like sitting in a takeaway restaurant than in a bar, which distracted a lot from the drinks and the overall atmosphere. If the food aromas had been less intense, the experience would have been much better. Overall, it is a comfortable spot with good service, but because of that overpowering smell, it is personally not a place I would rush back to.

21/03/2026: Warning! The Bianca Suite listing clearly states 2 bedrooms and 2 beds, but I only learned after booking that access to the second bedroom costs extra (€45). Customer service was cold and inflexible, refusing to acknowledge the problem or offer any compensation, despite the inaccurate listing! Otherwise, the place is lovely.

21/03/2026: Very nice location. The directions were very clear and easy to follow. The only downside: a horrible sewage smell upon entering the room, which persisted until the morning of our departure, and a dirty bedspread. The breakfast price was exorbitant! At that price, we're used to an all-you-can-eat buffet. It's a shame because without these minor inconveniences, the rating would have been perfect.
