25/09/2023: We were 2 friends who came to eat this Sunday 09/24/23 at 1:15 p.m. (Outing in Beaujolais). We were kindly told yes, and we were delighted with the welcome and service of all the staff. We had a great time for a very reasonable price, the cook came to see if it was okay, it was appreciated. We will come back, we highly recommend this inn because we had a very pleasant meal. A big thank you to everyone, we wish you good luck to the new owners of the restaurant, we will definitely be back. Florence, Genas.

24/09/2023: Lunch break during a bike ride. We were very well received. Of course we wanted to try the snails on a bed of potatoes, really delicious and much more digestible than the traditional snails in butter. The poultry supreme with real morels and the burst of andouillette with homemade fries won us over. Mention the desserts, which are also homemade: apple tart with crumble and chocolate cake just right. A very beautiful culinary experience to repeat with pleasure, despite the distance. We highly recommend. 😋👍

18/09/2024: Grosse déception !! Nous avions réservés pour six personnes le samedi soir entre 19h30 et 20 heures et une fois sur place personne, pas d'explication sur la porte d'entrée. Nous avons appeler dans la salle les portes étaient ouvertes il y avait de la lumière mais personnes pour nous répondre. Nous avons du nous rabattre sur un autre restaurant pour pouvoir diné. Bien évidement nous avons appelé le dimanche matin et la mauvaise foi des propriétaires qui nous assurent avec aplomb qu'il y avais un mot sur la porte. Au jour ou certains restaurateurs se plaignent de ne pas pouvoir joindre les deux bouts c'est pas avec mépris pour les clients que cette auberge va se faire connaitre.

17/09/2024: Les restaurateurs se plaignent des clients qui réservent... et ne viennent pas. Normal. Mais que dire d'un restaurateur qui prend votre réservation et n'est pas ouvert lorsque vous arrivez !!!! Et nous n'étions pas les seuls, d'autres personnes ont été contraintes comme nous de d'aller voir ailleurs ; très mauvaise pub, nous n'y retournerons. peut-être que la cuisine y est très bonne, mais ça nous ne le saurons jamais !

10/09/2024: Le Passe Temps was one of the best meals I had during an excellent dining trip to France. The space is modern and serene, with only a dozen or so tables for service. When you enter, you're given the option of storing your coats and bags, and a small basket to put under the table for your purse. The hospitality is warm and welcoming. The staff did not mind that we didn't speak French, and did their best to translate the menu for us. There was a mix of locals and tourists, and we didn't feel out of place. The wine list is well-priced. As for the food - each bite was truly unique, a blend of Korean and French foods. Everything was cooked to perfection while also surprising with its combination of flavors. The sauces and broths were incredible - I only wish I could remember what they were specifically. One dish had an herb that I hadn't tasted before. The waiter told me the name but I had a hard time hearing him, and he apologized! and brought another staff member over who told me it was Vietnamese coriander or 'rau ram'. I absolutely want to come back to Lyon and eat here again.

04/09/2024: In this small but very nice modern decorated restaurant we enjoyed a great 8 courses menu. The small dishes were very tasty: a great mix from the South Korean and French cuisine. If not two off the chef’s signature dishes were simular to others we would have given 5* The service was great and so was the wine advice. The two tartare dishes (tuna and meat) were excellent not to forget the excellent soup with duck foie gras.

28/09/2024: A truly subpar experience, the macaroni gratin should be avoided because it is classic and uninteresting. A decent starter and a good espresso, that’s all.

28/09/2024: Very disappointed for this second experience in the space of three years. Plain plates, even though they were stamped with the name of the brasserie, dinner upstairs in rooms that make you think you are alone. Fries on the side are not possible. You have to constantly ask several times for water and bread. On the other hand, very friendly waiters and waitresses.

25/01/2025: Your response is riddled with spelling mistakes and full of insults, which reflects a profound lack of respect and professionalism. A restaurateur should respond to reviews, even negative ones, with courtesy and maturity, rather than stooping to this level. You are only confirming the legitimacy of my initial opinion.
