29/05/2024: +ve Amazing place the music, dancing and atmosphere is super.
-ve We were in the vip area, and we paid a lot. However, unnecessary cheating in our bill, they add 100 euro charge for the power bank that they put on the table and we didn't ask for, it was a shame, I was there many times this is the 1st time, I was scamed.
14/05/2024: Probably the most disrespectful experience of my life. Showed up on 3/31/2024 and were met with a horrible experience, including:
1. Having the staff stand behind the bar and almost refuse to serve us, despite being open
2. Pretending to not speak English (you are a bartender at Folie Douce…)
3. Refusing to get the shot ski when requested because it is “too far away”
4. Cheering us out of the establishment when we left
Made a lot to effort to make it to the bar and was disgusted with the treatment. What a joke.
UPDATE: Email to their team was ignored entirely, took no responsability for the poor treatment of me and my friends.

26/02/2026: 22 euros for a twisted pastry, a Savoy cross, a hot chocolate, and a cheese baguette to eat in.
The food isn't anything special. Dry pastries and viennoiseries, and a hefty markup (apparently based on how much you think you're eating?) if you ask to eat in. The service is very sloppy, rushed, and unfriendly.
Tip for future customers: Don't order in, they double the prices. Avoid it!!!

21/05/2024: It's just a nice restaurant. Service is good and the owner is also friendly. Pizzas are absolutely fine. They are also often collected. The only downside I found was the hunk of meat. Well cooked, still pink on the inside, but I really expected something different for a sirloin steak.

17/06/2026: A warm and welcoming experience awaited us at this establishment. Thank you to the family management and the entire team. The menus and breakfasts were superb, and the rooms were incredibly comfortable. We will gladly and enthusiastically return to try other menus. We had so many wonderful encounters at your hotel. 16/05/2026: We spent a wonderful few days here at the Grand M Hotel.
The welcome was excellent from beginning to end. Everything is beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The food is delicious, and every detail is taken care of with great attention.
The staff is truly lovely: warm, attentive, kind, and always available. Thanks to the entire team, we had an absolutely wonderful and unforgettable stay.
A huge thank you for these wonderful moments.

01/09/2024: Un conseil, si vous voulez vous en tirer pour plus de 25 € à 4 personnes pour un jus de fruit -bon c'est vrai-, 2 Pulco avec du sucre rebaptisés "citronnade maison" et une eau minérale maison style sodstream, alors précipitez-vous dans cet établissement.
Le touriste est attendu avec impatience.
Dans le cas contraire, fuyez.
Seul la vue peut sauver cet établissement. Elle a donc un prix élevé.

17/03/2026: Absolutely fantastic stay! The hotel was spotless, with a superb team: from the management to all the staff, everyone was incredibly kind.
The restaurant's decor is very well done, in a mountain chalet style that immediately sets the mood.
Special mention for the half-board option: the meals were simply exceptional! We discovered all the Savoyard specialties throughout the week. Luckily, there was skiing to compensate for the calories… and the little salad was always there to accompany them 😉
A major plus: ski-in/ski-out access; the hotel is ideally located at the foot of the slopes and lifts. We'll definitely be back!

Nous avons tout de même été très bien accueilli. Le personnel est très agréable, la cuisine est bonne. Nous avons été deux fois dans cet endroit et avons apprécié.
Très bon rapport qualité prix.
