12/08/2024: On two occasions we went to the annex to enjoy a drink, it must be said that this restaurant is well located Unfortunately, the first time we waited at least 30 minutes for someone to come and take our order, the table remained full of ashes, not a little clean In low season with an empty restaurant it seems exaggerated to me. Let's go through it a second time, give them the benefit of the doubt. Well, I couldn't tell you, the waiter passed around our table ten times and stirred the air without serving us or taking our order. We don't go back there anymore, we have to change jobs at this level

Prise de commande rapide, ainsi que le service . Nous avons bien aimé le plat du jour poulet tres bonne sauce ,ouree, legumes suivi du dessert du jour gros chou a lachantilly. 05/05/2024: I don't mind that we're in Val d'Isère, but even at the Refuge de Solaise the cafes are cheaper... we shouldn't take people for idiots either. €4.50 for a long course... and again I was charged more: €21 for two long courses, a simple chocolate, and an espresso. I don't mind paying, but it would still have to be justified. We're talking about Café Richard here...

01/08/2024: Très cher pour ce qui est dans l'assiette. Les kirs n'étaient pas bons et nous ne sommes pas sûrs du tout d'avoir mangé le cochon annoncé. Le pain était par contre délicieux et les serveurs très agréables.

25/07/2024: Service rapide (trop peut-être car je me suis senti obligé de vite terminer), l'assiette de mon amie a été débarrassé alors que je n'avais pas terminé. Le serveur venait souvent donc si l'on voulait qqch c'était bien mais on sent qu'il y a des habitués et les tables sont assez rapprochées donc quand les serveurs viennent 25 fois discuter avec eux, on ne s'entend plus parler entre nous. C'est dommage car le plat était très bon et copieux avec un cadre magnifique et aéré car vue sur le lac.

06/04/2024: We went there in February and came back in March. A magical moment every time. Whether in the sun, enjoying the magnificent view to the rhythm of the DJ, or in bad weather to appreciate the warm and cocooning decor. The whipped chocolate (very generous in whipped cream) is one of the best in the resort, and the homemade mulled wine, of which we were able to have part of the recipe, is truly delicious. For the dishes, the homemade Thai dish that I eat every time we pass by is really very good and a change from the classic Savoyard dishes. The homemade chocolate mousse or the homemade fruit salad for dessert are among my favorites too. The highlight of this place which has become essential to our stays in La Plagne, the quality of service that you cannot find anywhere else. Of course it is a self-service restaurant, but the staff is welcoming, attentive, always ready to help you carry your tray or find/clear a table for you to sit there. I highly recommend this place which we will eagerly revisit. See you next year L’Arpette!

22/08/2024: We came to eat at the restaurant during a visit to Chambery. The servers were pleasant and professional. The food was good but following an electrical problem in the kitchen several main dishes on the menu could not be ordered. We are offered “American” sandwiches to overcome the problem. We accept by understanding the situation but the problem comes with the bill to pay…. 15.5€ for an American sandwich I find this absurd especially since this sandwich was not displayed on the menu and therefore the price was decided when paying!! It was certainly good but I have never paid so much for an American sandwich, especially since we no longer had much choice on the menu given the problems in the kitchen.... I do not recommend this restaurant at all because the managers are not very commercial….

28/03/2024: We arrive half and hour before our reservation time, they gave us a very nice table. We had a very nice lunch and drinks. The staff was friendly! If you like a nice lunch in the slopes this is the place !
