22/09/2024: No experience. Within an hour of our order we had 2 glasses of wine and nothing else. We left. Luckily we had reservations! It looked very good though on the tables next to it...

21/09/2024: Very mixed about this restaurant... the food is good but the portions may need to be reviewed for the foie gras starter (which in my opinion is more akin to an appetizer quantity). I order a tomato salad as a starter, it comes with a burrata stuffed with pesto, however mine did not contain any, it was only when I asked the waiter that I was told that there was no has more pesto in the kitchen (something I can totally understand but I would have preferred to be told about it rather than see if I would notice) Additional downside regarding the prices of drinks, the mojito without alcohol is sold at the same price as the one with alcohol, but this is not indicated anywhere on the menu. There is only the normal mojito on the menu but if you request it it is possible to make one without alcohol (which generally costs less) I leave a little disappointed with my experience, too bad

21/05/2024: We spent a magical week in this magnificent place. Everything was perfect. The lovely staff always available, attentive…. Evenings by the fireplace, an extraordinary buffet, Italian restaurant…. A delight. We feel unique there, what a joy to find such a warm establishment. Many thanks again to the entire Airelles team, our stay is unforgettable, we can’t wait to come back 😍

01/04/2024: When I came in March, I tried to find out about brunch, without success. Neither the airside bellboy nor the telephone reception!! I had to travel to get more information. Incredible for a palace!!!

23/01/2025: A must-see restaurant in Val d’Isère, accessible by pedestrian or ski, beautiful view… Beautiful place, quality service! And exceptional cuisine!

19/01/2025: Very disappointed by the evolution of this restaurant. Example: Cow dung (very good chocolate mousse) has been reduced by half! Not the price though. This is probably the last time I'll be here. Here is the photo from 2022. I will test in March 2025! We will see the difference!

26/08/2024: The service is very friendly. The rooms are fitter rooms. Not recommended for a stay of several days. It is very noisy due to traffic noise

24/08/2024: Very recent small apartments, well equipped and isolated. High speed WiFi. A kitchen area but not really anything to cook with. Just an electric oven and a microwave. But the restaurant is right next door with pizza or takeaway possible. Very calm overall, relaxation and rest assured

16/12/2024: Beautiful terrace in the sun in front of the mountains. Expensive for what was offered. Correct quantities but average palate pleasure.

08/08/2024: Magnificent panorama, we ate very well in an idyllic setting, ideal after a good hike. Very friendly welcome and good value for money.

19/03/2024: It is clearly written restaurant on the map but those looking for a service go your way, it is a self-service restaurant. The wait is long at the checkout and the already ready meals arrive cold. Lack of organization.

27/12/2024: Très bel accueil, gentillesse et sourire. Merci nous avons passé un très bon moment. Les galettes sont copieuses. Le cuistot a offert une crepe à notre fille car il a jugé que la première proposée était un peu trop cuite. Première fois que l'on voit ça !! Et nous n'avions rien demandé. Si ça ce n'est pas la marque d'un gage de qualité et de volonté de satisfaire les clients ... Merci et bonne continuation

01/09/2024: Un conseil, si vous voulez vous en tirer pour plus de 25 € à 4 personnes pour un jus de fruit -bon c'est vrai-, 2 Pulco avec du sucre rebaptisés "citronnade maison" et une eau minérale maison style sodstream, alors précipitez-vous dans cet établissement. Le touriste est attendu avec impatience. Dans le cas contraire, fuyez. Seul la vue peut sauver cet établissement. Elle a donc un prix élevé.

14/12/2024: Simply came to have a butter and sugar crepe for 4.5 euros, I'll let you judge the result in the photo. This is not surprising when we see the perfect mastery of the food hygiene rules of this establishment: butter in the open air, the same for the pancake batter and the chocolate. I went to tell them that this seemed problematic in relation to food hygiene, I was told that they were up to standard and that they could not put the lid back on between two customers in the middle of a "rush" (1 customer every 15 minutes at 3 p.m.)

09/12/2024: I am very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered a galette and the quality was really poor: the dish lacked flavor, and the ingredients seemed not very fresh. The presentation also left something to be desired. In addition, the service was not attentive and not commercial. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this establishment in Chambéry.

05/04/2024: Cuisine immonde et chère !!! Sur terrasse magnifique ensoleillée et personnel aimable. Toilettes impeccables. Bronzette terrasse très plaisante.

28/03/2024: Nous sommes venus à 6 pour un petit repas sur les pistes et avions été très satisfait les années passer par la prestation générale. Ce coup ci nous avons manger en terrasse du restaurant. Nous avons pris des croziflettes et tartiflette ( 38€ ) un peu chère mais qualitatif et bien présenté le prix ce justifie par le lieu cela me convient. Mes parents ont pris un suprême de volaille bien réussi mais dans les mêmes gammes de prix. Par contre le menu enfant a 22€ nous en avons été très mécontent voir photo 10 frites et peu être 80 grammes de steak haché pour ce prix nous avons trouver cela pas au niveaux qualité /prix/lieu De plus 10€ la bouteille de 750 ml de badoit idem nous trouvons cela un peu chère Malheureusement nous n’y retournerons pas car d’autre restaurant d’altitude dans la station offre un meilleur rapport Après c’est juste mon avis

01/08/2024: Very poor organization, even outside school holidays, you wait 1/2 hour just to serve you a starter and a dessert, imagine if you asked for a hot dish..... More expensive and not very filling

03/07/2024: The photo speaks for itself. I am going to share with you our very bad experience in this “altitude self”. After a long morning of skiing, we decided to stop off to eat at La Bergerie for its more than ideal location in the Valfréjus ski area. When we arrived, we got into the VERY long queue for the cafeteria. Understandable during peak hours. But after a real 30 minutes of waiting, we hadn't moved a single meter and no one was served. There was simply no one to cash in, the kitchen was a mess. After an hour we have our tray. I took a photo of the plate of steak and fries that was served to me. What scandal?? Where are the quantities?? The steak is poorly cooked, and has no taste, the unfortunate 3/4 fries are not salty... The asking price is outrageous. We came out 1h30 later, we were hungry. I usually do self-catering in other stations, we don't come to have extremely high quality cuisine, but we should at least put in the quantities.

24/08/2024: Arriving at the restaurant, we were surprised to see most of the options on the menu not available -> crossed out & paper stuck on top. We had a tartiflette as well as a grilled piece of beef. The tartiflette was accompanied by two half sausages cut lengthwise (where did the remaining half sausages go? Reheated?) as well as green salad. Limited quantity... The piece of beef was alone on the plate with (fresh?) fries. The dishes were nothing more, not worthy of a restaurant, the value for money is not what one would expect. The staff is very friendly and smiling. I regret not having chosen the bistro opposite..

24/08/2024: Pleasant restaurant, the staff are welcoming and pleasant, the Swiss fondue was very very good, just slightly too liquid I would say, but taste levels nothing to complain about. Small downside on the cold meats served with it, not great and in very small quantities.
