02/05/2026: I had lunch today with my friend, and the staff was absolutely lovely. The service was quick, and the quality was excellent. A special mention goes to the lady who greeted us at the end to pay and who kept checking on us throughout the meal. I think she's the manager, but she was incredibly kind! 18/04/2026: A truly medieval atmosphere awaits at this fantastic family meal in a beautiful, spacious vaulted cellar. We quickly got into the spirit of things as soon as we donned the provided costumes. We chatted with our table neighbors, called out to the waiter without restraint (recommended by the staff for total immersion!), and found ourselves enjoying the delightfully childlike pleasure of eating with our fingers and wiping our mouths on the tablecloth! In short, we forgot the traditional codes of etiquette imposed by French decorum and happily had a great time. The entertainment was top-notch and impressed us with the undeniable talent of the street performers, some of whom had circus training. The staff was pleasant, and contrary to what I had expected from other themed restaurants I'd tried, the food was very good: lentil soup, excellent hot pâté en croûte, chicken with heritage vegetables, a slice of Brie, and poached pear (wine and hippocras were unlimited). In short, three hours of fun, high-quality entertainment with humor, and simple but truly delicious food. All this at a very reasonable price. We will definitely be back with several of our friends.

13/04/2026: Truly, a wonderful evening in an ancient vaulted space, a large 12th-century hall with a convivial atmosphere; around us, entertainers full of humor: actors, musicians, circus performers, jugglers, etc. An authentic and funny show in a medieval setting. The menu: with medieval titles, very tasty. Attentive and top-notch service.

03/05/2026: In a tastefully decorated space, the La Fabrique building evokes its industrial origins, but with functional elements and an efficient design. The surprise culinary journey we embarked on was not only a delightful discovery but also a delight for the taste buds. Everything was composed with taste and precision. A skillful blend of interwoven European and Asian flavors. And for good reason... But I'll let the Chef tell you about it. Nothing is superfluous, nothing is out of place. Everything fits together deliciously with each bite. If we hadn't had a view of the kitchen, we might have wondered if the preparations and plating were done with pipettes, beakers, and laboratory scales... A marvel of precision and impeccable presentation. All accomplished at record speed. The perfectly paced timing made for a successful evening. I'll conclude by commending the professionalism of the entire team and their unwavering kindness throughout the entire service. I won't be posting any photos of the place or the food intentionally, to leave the surprise for those planning to have lunch or dinner there. I would definitely go back and highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates fine cuisine, whether French, European, or international. Bravo!

13/04/2026: Spa, restaurant, room, and brunch: EVERYTHING was very enjoyable. We had a wonderful time at Domaine de Bellevue, which I highly recommend for all the services offered. Furthermore, the staff are very friendly and pleasant.

12/04/2026: As long-time guests, we were once again warmly welcomed at Domaine de Bellevue. It feels like home: the atmosphere is welcoming and the chef's dishes are delicious. To delight us, our dinner was enhanced with numerous culinary surprises, allowing us to discover a menu as generous as Jonathan, the chef. It was also a pleasure to see Sandrine again at breakfast, always so kind and attentive. We would like to thank Jonathan and his entire team for their warm welcome and expertise.

12/04/2026: We celebrated a birthday on April 4th with a seven-course tasting menu (five wine pairings). Each dish showcased a masterful exploration of textures and flavors, which was a hit with everyone at the table. The professionalism and attentiveness of the Chef and the service team were outstanding throughout the day. We also appreciated having a private dining room, which was perfect for our group of 11. We highly recommend this restaurant!

10/04/2026: Very disappointed. I had to pay €2 extra for half a duck breast, which was nothing special. I chose a pavlova for dessert... It was actually just a meringue with a scoop of red fruit ice cream on top and whipped cream on the side. It had been a long time since I'd been here. I'm changing the very positive review I posted two years ago.

25/03/2026: Very attentive and friendly service... quick but not rushed. It's popular and laid-back, just the way we like it. The food: excellent value for money, with meat dishes better than in many Parisian brasseries! The dining room is large, a bit noisy, and feels a bit like a company cafeteria despite the obvious efforts at decorating... Admittedly, it's not worth coming all the way from Paris for the meal! But if you're passing through, don't miss this place... Easy parking and electric vehicle charging nearby.

The owner's welcome was exceptionally warm; he was always attentive and eager to please each of our guests, from the cocktail hour until the end of the evening. The upstairs room, both inviting and cozy, offers a beautiful view of the garden, making the setting truly delightful. The meal was exquisite from start to finish. 07/04/2026: A rather generous brunch. Set menu. Pleasant service. It's a shame the pretzels were so simple and made from a single slice. To fully enjoy the setting, it's best to go when the lovely terrace is open.
