I had dinner at this restaurant last night and everything was absolutely perfect: an intimate setting, exceptional ingredients, impeccable presentation, and simply delicious flavors. Each dish was a discovery and a true delight. Beyond the culinary experience, I want to extend a huge thank you to the owners. They helped me prepare a little surprise for the person I was inviting that evening, and without their kindness and dedication, none of this would have been possible. 27/01/2026: This was such a fun experience! The performers were great and they made jokes, played music, did some tumbling and at the end put on a spectacular fire dancing show. The food was unbelievably good. We asked when booking if they could accommodate a milk allergy and they were very accommodating. I really enjoyed every dish and never felt left out of the meal. The entire show is in French and while only some of my party understood french we still had a marvelous time. The food, music, costumes etc made it wonderful time

25/01/2026: By chance, during our stroll in Provins, we came across the attractive storefront of this restaurant. The daily specials board looked enticing, so we went in. It had the atmosphere of a wine shop, with all its bottles on display. We enjoyed a delicious meal. Everything was perfect, from the appetizer to the dessert. I highly recommend it.

The beef from dinner last night is still in my mind, one of the best dishes I’ve had in a hotel. Amazing service, friendly staff. I really didn’t expect to have such a good early weekend Valentine. Everything was perfect (the welcome, the meal, the table decorations, the service, the atmosphere...). All the guests were delighted and surprised to discover this magnificent place. 29/11/2025: I had a wonderful time at this restaurant. From the moment I arrived, the welcome was warm and the service truly attentive. The dishes were delicious. You can tell everything is homemade with high-quality ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the foie gras; it was cooked to perfection, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. A real gem! The atmosphere is pleasant and friendly, and you feel comfortable from beginning to end. I highly recommend it and will gladly return! A special touch is Chef Kevin, who circulates among the tables during the meal.

I booked a rather late Valentine's Day table, and despite this, the staff were kind enough to find us a table for two. The initial phone call was already very pleasant and professional, which promised a lovely evening. Upon arrival, we were greeted with smiles and attentive service. The service was impeccable throughout the meal: present without being intrusive, and attentive to every detail. From start to finish, the meal was a true delight. From the amuse-bouche to dessert, each dish was carefully prepared, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The meat was particularly tender and cooked to perfection. The set menu offered for the occasion provided excellent value for money, making the experience even more enjoyable. We had a magnificent evening in a pleasant and welcoming setting. A huge thank you to the entire team at Auberge des Sources for their warm welcome, professionalism, and the quality of the food. We will definitely return and highly recommend this establishment.
