The cuisine is inventive and absolutely delicious, the owners are charming, and the setting is very pleasant. We ate in the garden as it was a beautiful Saturday lunchtime. The owner kindly offered to show us around this 300-year-old former coaching inn. We truly had a wonderful time in Fort-Mardi!

27/01/2026: This was such a fun experience! The performers were great and they made jokes, played music, did some tumbling and at the end put on a spectacular fire dancing show. The food was unbelievably good. We asked when booking if they could accommodate a milk allergy and they were very accommodating. I really enjoyed every dish and never felt left out of the meal. The entire show is in French and while only some of my party understood french we still had a marvelous time. The food, music, costumes etc made it wonderful time

The restaurant is good, but a special mention goes to pastry chef Seif, whose passion and dedication are evident in his creations. Thank you for everything.

11/03/2026: Another fantastic time spent at the Domaine de Bellevue spa! A huge thank you especially to Justine, the massage therapist who took care of me. She is so warm and gentle, and before the massage, she takes the time to chat about our preferences, any sensitive areas, or points to be aware of. It immediately puts you at ease. Her massage is very precise; everything is perfectly symmetrical (nothing is missed, haha!). She also manages to identify and relieve minor tensions without us even having to say a word, which is truly wonderful. In short, a perfect moment of relaxation. Thank you again!

14/03/2026: For my first visit, I appreciated the smooth service and the quality of the dishes, simple yet well-executed. It's a promising restaurant. However, I regret the initial impression given by the waitress sitting outside smoking. This detail contrasts sharply with the quality of the work in the kitchen and dining room, and for me, it's quite a deal-breaker if it becomes a recurring issue. It's a shame, because the rest of the experience was very good.

13/03/2026: Fantastic welcome! I had booked after the show at the Majestic at 10 pm and we left at 10:35 pm. Despite the time and the few remaining customers, they greeted us with a smile and the food was still excellent! Well done for the warm welcome and the smiles!
