15/02/2026: Authentic crêperie, lovely decor, cleanliness. Great service. The buckwheat galettes are excellent, made with fresh ingredients. Sweet crêpes: delicious. Good cider.

05/02/2026: It's a shame there aren't more options; duck breast, for example, with Fourne d'Ambert cheese and pears would be nice instead of ham. Bresaola would be a good change.

17/02/2026: Invited by my mom on a lovely, cool, sunny day in Fontainebleau, we received a very warm welcome. The menu appealed to us. The raising of the bell for the smoking of the sand carrot mille-feuille was a delightful spectacle. The crispy chicken was as appetizing as it was delicious. And to finish, a light and refreshing touch with a pavlova. A very pleasant time spent at this establishment with its charming staff. We'll definitely be back! ☺️

11/12/2025: 1 star (and even then, Google doesn't give it zero) - We knew this restaurant very well… before. But last night, for my daughter's birthday, we had such a surprising culinary experience that we almost wondered if we were on a hidden camera show. First, the service. - The waiters seemed to be in "trial run" mode: not fully settled in, not quite operational. - The aperitifs? They trickled in. They even managed the feat of serving everyone… except the birthday girl. Her glass waited patiently on the bar. What an atmosphere… - The dishes. The meat: cold. The vegetables: decent but underwhelming. And then my wife's dish… how to put it… I'm used to eating spicy food. I'm even an easy customer in that regard. But this was a level of pepper that should be classified as a category B weapon. I tasted his sauce: my taste buds were numb for 30 minutes! Honestly surreal!!! -As for the atmosphere: It was cold in the dining room, and the noise level was like a school cafeteria. Nothing like the team and quality we used to know. You wonder if there's an evil twin in place of the owner! -In short: Very long, very cold, very peppery, very disappointing. I don't recommend it…

17/02/2026: We had a wonderful meal! 🤌 We had the roasted Camembert as a starter and the hand-cut sausage with aligot as a main course. Everything was excellent, and the music playing during our meal was very well chosen too. 👏🏻 We were just passing through, but we'll definitely be back if we're ever in the area again. 😋

I ordered a vanilla fruit number cake and received a heavy, cloying white chocolate puff pastry cake with macarons, which was nothing like what I ordered. I initially tried contacting you by message, but received no response. I then went to your store to discuss the matter calmly, and instead of acknowledging the problem, you accused me of lying and refused to offer any solution.
