Bravo to the chef for this discovery and this delicious dinner. Each dish was a true delight. The team is incredible, attentive, and caring throughout the meal. A special mention goes to the sommelier, Maria de Jesus, who is simply exceptional, professional, efficient, and offers excellent advice.
My only regret is that I live too far from Fontainebleau.

Luxury cabins on stilts at the end of a pontoon overlooking the lake.
Shower, bed, bean-to-cup coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, huge ceiling fan, Nordic bath.
Peaceful, except for the noise of the neighbors—I'm talking about the ducks, geese, swans, and coypu that inhabit the marsh.

05/07/2026: Pleasant setting, beautiful dining room, lovely terrace. The owner is friendly. A varied menu, quality dishes in generous portions that offer something out of the ordinary while remaining true to traditional cuisine. This is my third visit to the establishment, and I've never been disappointed.

11/07/2026: Located on a pedestrian street, this restaurant offers outdoor seating. The service is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. The portions are generous and delicious. I also appreciated the presentation of the desserts on a mobile display, allowing you to see them before ordering. The staff is pleasant, welcoming, and always smiling. A highly recommended restaurant!

The sandwiches have been the same since I was a teenager, so for about 25 years. (Obelisk/Bebelisk etc.) It was THE place to go after movies or during long lunch breaks at school. The portions are generous without being exorbitant, and the waitress/owner is always so friendly and accommodating. In short, thank you for being there all this time ;)
27/06/2026: So happy to have been able to return to this place I loved so much during my teenage years. Nothing has changed in 20 years: the quality of the service, the taste of the burgers, and the friendliness of the waitress.
Everything is still as authentic as ever, so a big thank you for what you do.

We always buy our pastries here because we've never been disappointed by the quality and freshness of their products.
Their chocolate croissants are to die for.
03/08/2026: It's a really great bakery, their turnovers are excellent, but I saw a new saleswoman who served the person before me, taking cakes without gloves and putting her fingers in her mouth. That's why I didn't buy any pastries that day; I didn't want to be served by her. The manager should keep an eye on things, otherwise the other bakeries are superb.

14/07/2026: I'm giving my opinion: the equestrian center almost burned down. It's not very safe for the horses or the people who work there. Admittedly, it's not their fault, but the center should be better protected. My horse is there; he managed to escape, but I recommend it. It's very good and very professional.
