30/08/2026: I booked a table at this restaurant for our 3-year anniversary thanks to the reviews I read... and I wasn't disappointed! 😉 The staff was wonderful, decorating our table with rose petals. 🌹 Our dessert, accompanied by a candle, was a truly touching touch. 🎂 Thank you to the two waitresses and the owner for their kindness and good cheer. The food was excellent; the concept of ordering generous portions of appetizers allowed us to try almost everything. The small, intimate terrace was perfect, as we hate crowds. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

24/08/2026: We had the pleasure of discovering the eight-course tasting menu, an absolutely wonderful experience that lived up to our expectations. The restaurant richly deserves its Michelin star. Chef Kunihisa Goto demonstrates remarkable creativity, imagining flavor combinations that are as surprising as they are harmonious. His cuisine, a fusion of French and Japanese influences, achieves a particularly precise and subtle balance. Each dish offered unexpected pairings, executed with remarkable finesse and precision. I was captivated by every single dish, without exception, both the savory and sweet options. Among the creations that particularly impressed us, the yellowtail with binchotan charcoal and tempura shiso, the delicate triptych of Japanese bread, foie gras, and unagi (Japanese egg), and the onsen egg with peas, bottarga, and Vin Jaune stand out for their incredible execution. And above all, don't miss the smoked lobster with rosemary: a true revelation, delicate, profound, and exceptionally original. A culinary experience difficult to describe, so unique and perfectly balanced are the flavors. The restaurant's elegance is also reflected in the service: impeccable, attentive, warm, and always smiling. A truly wonderful discovery and a gastronomic experience we recommend without hesitation.

24/08/2026: Simply exceptional. An initiation into travel in eight courses, with a perfect food and wine pairing. Everything flows seamlessly, like a superb melody, without a single false note. The service is exceptionally refined and attentive, which is extremely appreciated. Chef Goto even takes the time to come to the dining room after service. Truly excellence at every level, and for us, an exceptional and memorable evening.

05/07/2026: Pleasant setting, beautiful dining room, lovely terrace. The owner is friendly. A varied menu, quality dishes in generous portions that offer something out of the ordinary while remaining true to traditional cuisine. This is my third visit to the establishment, and I've never been disappointed.

23/08/2026: Disappointing experience from start to finish—rude service, bland food, and hygiene issues. My experience at Le Tendance was deeply disappointing and fell far short of basic expectations. Upon entering without a reservation, I was directed to an indoor table when I politely asked if an outdoor table might be available. The host met my request with a dismissive and abrupt, "I can give you this if you like, if you don't like...it's too bad" To make matters worse, I overheard multiple groups who walked in after me without reservations being warmly accommodated and seated outside. Given that this has happened multiple times and the walk-in guests seated outside were exclusively white, it is hard to view this arbitrary treatment as a mere coincidence. Once finally seated inside, it took an unacceptable amount of time for anyone to come take my order—the delay was so long that I seriously considered getting up and leaving. To add to the atmosphere of questionable standards, I actually witnessed a waiter at a nearby table lift the bun off a woman's burger with his bare hand right in front of her just to check which one was medium and which was well-done. When my own food finally arrived, it went from bad to worse. I started with the onion soup, which was an absolute disaster. It tasted entirely like plain, unseasoned boiled water, and even after heavily loading it with salt, it still tasted like nothing. I couldn't bring myself to eat it and left the bowl completely full, but the same host cleared it away without even a basic inquiry as to why it went untouched. Consequently, I had to fill up on the very stale bread basket. Things didn't improve with the main course. The chicken filet tasted genuinely like hospital food—completely dry, cold, smothered in a watery forestière sauce, and served with mashed potatoes that tasted unmistakably like instant powder mixed with water. The accompanying peas, beans, and carrots tasted like cheap, low-quality frozen vegetables. To make it remotely palatable, I ended up finishing off whatever was left of the salt shaker on the dish. To top it all off, basic cleanliness was severely lacking throughout the meal. The salt and pepper shakers, which I had to specifically ask for, were filthy, and the water bottle provided to the table was equally dirty, forcing me to avoid drinking from it entirely. A completely unsatisfactory visit from start to finish, and I will not be returning.
