15/04/2026: I rarely use Google to leave reviews, but La Verrerie restaurant never disappoints me, whether for personal or business meals. It's always excellent value for money, in a superb setting right in the city center. I always go there with complete confidence because their vegetarian dishes are fantastic, thank you!

09/04/2026: We had a lovely stay here while searching for our wedding venue. The setting is truly beautiful – the views over the verrerie are stunning, and the grounds are peaceful and spacious. The outdoor areas are a real highlight, with a large pool, gazebo, and unique bamboo trees that add a special charm to the property. We also had dinner on-site, which was excellent. The chef adapts the menu seasonally, and the food felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The dining space is lovely, especially the outdoor terrace. Breakfast was equally enjoyable, with a generous buffet and a great mix of options, including hot items like freshly cooked eggs. There are 14 bedrooms on site, which are simple but comfortable and perfectly adequate for a short stay. That said, the rooms would really benefit from some updating and attention to detail. For example, many rooms have a shower separated only by a curtain rather than a proper door, and ours could have used a bit of paint touch-up and a deeper clean. Overall, it’s a beautiful venue with a lot of potential. With some refurbishment and modernisation of the rooms, it would be truly exceptional.

02/09/2026: A very welcoming restaurant with a friendly atmosphere and quick service. I started with razor clams in parsley sauce, followed by braised beef cheek which was excellent, and finished with profiteroles for dessert. Everything was delicious, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal! I highly recommend this restaurant 👌

14/07/2026: Excellent stopover. Hearty and delicious dishes made with fresh, local, and homemade ingredients: a truly excellent andouillette sausage, gourmet burgers, and duck hearts! Dogs welcome on the terrace. Shaded terrace. Easy parking. Highly recommended!

05/04/2026: A great little restaurant in the heart of this charming village (which I'd already discovered thanks to its famous trail!). We received a very warm welcome with our twins. The staff were friendly and the salad was a generous portion 😊 Easy parking right next door for the campervan! I highly recommend it!

25/04/2026: We didn't try the food, but we won a voucher and were refused service (the voucher was only valid for collection, this wasn't stated on it!). And it's not very customer-friendly because, in addition to pizzas, we could have ordered drinks, desserts, children's menus, etc., with the voucher... and if we had been satisfied, you would have gained new customers... in short, this doesn't even make us want to try it again... what a shame...

16/09/2026: Regulars at Belin, but increasingly disappointed! Disappointments with the pastries. Even just by looking at them, and as for the taste, you're not eating Belin. A few days ago, a very dry and frankly not good pain au chocolat; this morning, a dry and tasteless madeleine, so much so that we couldn't finish it. Expensive for what it is. There are places that now have significantly better quality products for less. So, we'll be finding other places to enjoy our little treats. What a shame. It's worth noting that this has also been observed at Lapérouse for the morning coffee.

02/08/2026: We've been ordering cakes from Belin for years. I decided to leave a review because for my mother's birthday, we placed an order with a raspberry macaron on Monday, July 27th. On the morning of July 28th, they called to inform us that they didn't have any raspberries. That evening, when we came to pick up our order, what a surprise when the salesperson told us they had done everything they could to find raspberries for our cake! It's very professional and very kind. I recommend them; the cakes are always as delicious as they are beautiful.

05/07/2026: The place looks pleasant and the decor is rather warm. That's the only noteworthy thing about this establishment. When we arrived, the employees were eating and seemed bothered by our presence. They told us the restaurant had closed at 3:00 PM. However, the sign at the entrance stated that it was open from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We ordered two teas and a coffee, which were simply undrinkable. Not to mention the fact that the place was not clean at all. Furthermore, we had ample opportunity to hear the manager bellowing his displeasure at customers who had supposedly left without paying. That said, not going to this establishment is the best way to save your money. Go and have a good time in a proper restaurant!

We had the opportunity to organize training sessions there for IA Pro Academy, and the setting is absolutely ideal: pleasant, calm, professional, and perfectly suited for hosting productive work sessions. The staff is fantastic—available, welcoming, and highly professional. Everything runs smoothly, is well-organized, and offers excellent service. Special mention also goes to the catering: the food is delicious, making the experience even more enjoyable during a training day. I highly recommend this venue for its setting, the warm welcome, and the overall quality of the service.
