14/04/2026: Great burger and paninis. I love the chicken paninis with this Arabic sauce. Lovely service from the staff of the stall and fast delivery of food. However one thing to improve is the fries. It was a bit overcooked.

The team was fantastic—friendly, smiling, and very responsive—a real pleasure!
From the menu, I chose the warm goat cheese salad, which was delicious and full of flavor. My partner also enjoyed the tomato and mozzarella tart.
It's a shame this restaurant is so far from my home (800 km).
A real treat, thank you! 👏
03/10/2025: One of my favorite places in the region, especially on a sunny day. Unique panoramic views of Roussergue and the Causse. Reserve a table on the balcony, at the front of the terrace. This old house has had the wall facing the void removed. The food is simple but good.

01/06/2026: Interesting gourmet cuisine made with good ingredients. The service was very friendly, provided by one waitress, but the waiter lacked professionalism.
The restrooms need updating; they are rather disastrous.

25/04/2026: We didn't try the food, but we won a voucher and were refused service (the voucher was only valid for collection, this wasn't stated on it!). And it's not very customer-friendly because, in addition to pizzas, we could have ordered drinks, desserts, children's menus, etc., with the voucher... and if we had been satisfied, you would have gained new customers... in short, this doesn't even make us want to try it again... what a shame...

01/05/2026: Today is the May Day fair.
It's 11:30 am, and I approached a gentleman to reserve a table for an hour later.
This guy, without even a "hello," rudely told me to "get lost" (to put it mildly...).
Honestly, change jobs if you can't stand being around people!
Luckily, there are other restaurants in Gaillac where you get a warm welcome. 🙂

05/04/2026: A great little restaurant in the heart of this charming village (which I'd already discovered thanks to its famous trail!).
We received a very warm welcome with our twins. The staff were friendly and the salad was a generous portion 😊
Easy parking right next door for the campervan!
I highly recommend it!

19/05/2026: Speaking of the Brasserie alone: very good, home-style cooking, a welcome change from the pretentiousness of many other restaurants in Albi. Whelks and prawns with aioli for starters, followed by a delicious veal sauté with olives, and a fruit mousse to finish. All for just over €20. A glass of good Gaillac wine, €4.50.
11/05/2026: Our group of eight hikers, finishing the GR trail, stopped here. Comfortable rooms, hearty and delicious food at a very reasonable price; I recommend this establishment.

We had brunch there on a Saturday and everything was excellent. A warm welcome, a very pleasant setting, a varied and generous buffet, and delicious dishes. A great place that we can't wait to return to.
31/05/2026: Endless wait (the meal lasted 4 hours in total, even though the restaurant wasn't full), decent starter although the foie gras lacked accompaniments, tasteless fish dishes, meat that wasn't tender enough, and an overly sweet dessert. The decor is outdated; only the view is magnificent. We won't be back.
