16/05/2026: I went there with a group of friends. We had a very good meal. The waitress, Élodie, was very helpful and friendly.

10/05/2026: Fantastic meal. We went for both lunch and dinner. Each meal, with its starter, main course, and dessert, was completely satisfying. As a diabetic, I was especially pleased with the dessert. Offering a fruit salad was a wonderful touch; it's rare to find that in restaurants these days. Thank you so much! Sara

26/05/2026: Mediocre Not bad, but mediocre. The salad was tired, with tree trunks, and the artificially sweet dressing was awful (as if making homemade dressing was complicated). The fries were frozen, which wasn't the worst part; they were edible. The salmon, yes, it was salmon tartare, was, how can I put it, inedible. It was a suspicious color (I thought it was carrots when it arrived), and it was sweetened with a cheap, artificial sauce, similar to the dressing, and sugary. All this for €19.90 a dish. Shameful. I do not recommend this sham of a restaurant.

22/05/2026: Go for it without hesitation. Be warned, the portions are generous and the food is beautiful. You'll leave feeling happy and satisfied. And the warm welcome and thoughtful touches are just as good. 😉

05/02/2026: A very nice hotel with excellent service. The welcome was warm. The restaurant was pleasant with delicious food. A minor drawback was the comfort of the bedding, which we found a little firm, but this didn't spoil our enjoyable stay.

16/05/2026: A wonderful 4-day family stay at Château de Salette with our two young grandchildren, aged 1 and 3. We booked a very comfortable suite and everything was perfect from beginning to end. The setting is superb, peaceful, and very safe for children. Our youngest was even able to ride his bike safely around the grounds, which allowed us to truly relax and unwind. A huge thank you to the entire team for their kindness and warm welcome. Special mention to Louna and Léane, who were lovely with the children, always smiling and attentive. Thanks also to Alexandrine for her professionalism, excellent wine recommendations, and the quality of service in the restaurant, where we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner each evening.

15/05/2026: It's a frustrating experience to have to pay for drinks when ordering, because the waitress assumes that people who eat on the terrace leave without paying. It's truly absurd; it's appalling that the waitress lumps everyone together. She could at least ask for the bill when she serves the drink, unless it's too much trouble for her to go back and forth to the bar to give change?

30/04/2026: A most pleasant place, the food is excellent and very reasonably priced. The owner manages the service with a master's touch. Extremely friendly and welcoming. The service was 5/5. A must-try in Lacaune.

10/03/2026: Honestly, for the price, it's a very generous portion. The only slight downside is the somewhat long wait, but that's understandable given the staff shortage.

05/05/2026: Restaurant opposite the cathedral, incredible! The food is delicious, the decor is beautiful, the prices are reasonable, and the waiter is truly professional and very kind. A must-try, and I'll definitely be back.

03/05/2026: We hesitated to have lunch at this restaurant after reading some of the reviews. The price of €19.90 for a starter, main course, and dessert convinced us, and we're so glad we did. It was delicious and homemade. We had the gizzard salad and a small toast with a block of foie gras. The duck breast strips with potatoes were succulent, and the tiramisu for dessert was excellent! Excellent value for money. We told the gentleman who served us that we were in a hurry, and we received impeccable service. In short, we highly recommend it.

18/04/2026: A very disappointing experience. When I arrived, the cashier was on a cigarette break and preferred to finish it before serving me. I then ordered a panini, which was served cold, under the pretext that the machines were taking a while to heat up. Furthermore, he remained on the phone with his girlfriend the entire time, which made the situation even more unpleasant. A serious lack of professionalism.
