11/09/2024: Nous avons mal mangé, ce n’était pas appétissant, en plus c’est cher. Très très décevant, nous ne recommandons pas cet endroit.

05/09/2024: piège à touristes ...mais la vue est belle !!! Pourquoi faire toutes ces formules, il vaudrait mieux se limiter à une vraie carte digne d'une vraie cuiine tarnaise

27/11/2024: FEMME ENCEINTE, FUYEZ! aucune prise en compte des évictions alimentaires de la femme enceinte! Et repas à payer malgré tout! Le canard est sec, l'effiloché ressemble à des dés de canard grillés Les plats sont froids Aucune carte de boisson Le cinamon roll n'est pas fait maison, ce qui fait douter de ce qu'on nous annonce .... Bien que raisonnable en prix, ni le service et encore moins la cuisine ne suivent Le concept est sympa mais ne semble pas aboutit et pas maîtrisé du tout

10/09/2024: Superb place right in the center. There is a family spirit and a lot of calm there. The rooms are spacious and the view of the park is very pleasant. The welcome and service are focused on customer well-being. Our little dog was accepted which is very important to us. The meals are refined and full of pleasant surprises. 09/09/2024: Great unforgettable evening for my mother-in-law's birthday. Our waitress took great care with perfect knowledge of the menu, small candle and music for dessert. From the aperitif to the dessert everything was excellent.

01/12/2023: Cadre agréable, nous avons choisi une salade composée de qualité avec gésiers, 1 beau morceau de foie gras, magret + cuisse de canard... Plat unique, consistant et très bon...il manquait juste un peu plus de vinaigrette dans la salade mais à demander...

08/07/2024: Highly recommended! They were super friendly and helpful! Although the rooms are old, everything is very clean. They have a very nice playground and swimming pool. Very nice views behind the hotel!

22/09/2024: We went to discover this restaurant with 3 people thinking that it was a gourmet restaurant recommended by the Michelin guide. The setting is nice as is the room but the rest is not up to par: the wines by the glass the level of the wines being low, the vacuum was not made, the 2 Gaillac wines tasted were stale. On the menu at €58, the appetizers: shortbreads are not of the day, the starters: the perfect egg with a very spicy pepper soup is ordinary, the main course: the duck cooked at low temperature is good but the accompaniment of 3 dauphine potatoes is a little tight, a vegetable would have been welcome. As the fish on the menu was not delivered, we were offered prawns…. Dessert: the ice cream machine being broken, no ice cream for desserts...instead a fine chocolate tart, good but tiny. The other strawberry dessert is served with sugar-free cream... Frankly disappointed, we then tested the reserve in Albi which for an equal price is clearly above all points of view.

19/08/2024: Well located in the city center, pleasant terrace. Efficient and polite service. I chose a pretty good plate of tapas: octopus and new potatoes; my companion had fries, excellent. We returned there another evening. I hesitated between the vegetarian plate and a dish with fish and vegetables. I chose the dish by asking the waitress in advance about the quantity since I have little appetite. The plate was huge, I inevitably left half of it; the sea bream was good, the vegetables not varied enough (carrots and eggplant) extremely salty and peppery and too oily. Industrial ice creams with basic flavors.

06/08/2024: Passing through Gaillac for the wine festival, I wanted to have a coffee at 7 p.m. it was not possible so I had a half and the bartender apologized with a smile to make me change my mind but To my surprise it was a very good choice! I recommend 👍
