01/09/2024: Après une bonne marche pour arriver au restaurant nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli et installé sur la terrasse arrière avec une vue magnifique. Nous avons très bien mangé une cuisine de qualité. Service excellent nous avons passé un agréable moment.

25/08/2024: Après une bonne marche pour accéder au village, quel plaisir de déjeuner sur la terrasse!! La vue est superbe, l’accueil très chaleureux et le repas excellent! Mention spéciale pour la croustade aux pommes, vraie madeleine de Proust pour les aveyronnais que nous sommes.

01/11/2024: Cadre splendide et atypique. Très agréable. Une halte parfaite pour se détendre et se régaler. Nous avions l'habitude d'y aller dîner et cette fois, c'était pour le déjeuner. Parfait. L'accueil toujours chaleureux. Les plats sont beaux et bons, copieux et délicieux. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

30/09/2024: We have been coming here for over twenty years. I made the reservation by telephone precisely four weeks in advance and that they asked me to confirm my name and the time wanted. Last year we booked but arrived to find the place in darkness and a barrier with a handwritten note saying that they were closed because of a sudden emergency. These things can happen to family businesses, so we had not let it put us off. This year, we were looking forward to what has always been good honest country cooking. This year the extension that houses the restaurant was derelict and apparently burned out, with the damage looking as though more than four weeks old… We were wondering what to do when an older woman came out of the house, which did not seem to have been affected by the fire. When I said (for want of better) that we had booked four weeks ago—wondering whether, or hoping that, they had set up some other arrangement—she said rather dismissively that it were impossible. I did not react to effectively being accused of lying. I am confident, and telephone records confirm, that I called the right number and that mutual understanding had been achieved. Why was a booking confidently accepted, or if the disaster were so recent why was no explanation, or indeed apology, offered? Peculiar, going on shabby.
