So, it led us to discover a great bar right next door 😔😔. (We've been making lemonade for 40 years!) Light attracts mosquitoes 😉

05/02/2026: I'm giving it 1/5 because it's located opposite the train station, so 1 point for being a real tourist trap. The room was gloomy, with a 1960s vibe, and a tiny bathroom where you can't even open the door all the way. The shower curtain took 20 minutes for the hot water to come on when you turned on the shower. Shower gel and shampoo were in small test sachets. The pillow was flat, very flat. By the window, there was a sign saying "Please do not leave your cigarette butts on the sill," which speaks volumes. I didn't want to open the window, even though I'm a smoker. As for breakfast, it was terrible. The breakfast room looked like a school cafeteria. The coffee was served in a coffee maker. Seriously, for €9.50, make an effort! Don't come here; stay at the Cit'Hotel Le Chêne Vert next door for the same price.

05/10/2025: It's impossible to comment on the rooms, but the service and meals are simple and perfectly cooked. Very reasonable prices, and the selection of dishes changes weekly. A restaurant that many should take inspiration from!

08/07/2025: Just incredible, superb. It's still quite expensive, but it's worth it. It's been a long time since I've eaten in such a good restaurant. Thanks to the whole team, especially the cooks.

08/07/2025: The Roquefort was almost nonexistent in the mussels, however, there was a dead fly in the sauce at the bottom of the pot. It didn't die from a Roquefort overdose!

28/02/2026: I received a very warm welcome and helpful information at reception. The pool and relaxation area are small but pleasant, and the marine rain scrub was satisfying. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

26/02/2026: Despite ongoing renovations, the hotel is very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Special mention to the Head Receptionist. The thalassotherapy center is excellent. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. I will definitely return.

12/01/2026: We received a spa pass and brunch as a gift. I was pleasantly surprised by the brunch; I was expecting a cold, English-style buffet, which isn't really my thing. I found the food very good, with a varied selection and everything served hot. The staff was excellent.

09/02/2026: Unpleasant welcome, very slow service, I do not recommend this place. If "serving," "smiling," and "being pleasant" are such a problem for you, I suggest you find another line of work. The wait for two coffees was so long that my partner asked if we had been forgotten, and the "owner" practically told him to get lost. Who do you think you are? If it's difficult to keep up with the pace while serving alone, you should simply inform customers that there will be a wait (and as customers, we would have chosen whether or not to wait), but not be so unpleasant as you were. First and last visit for us. You clearly don't understand this profession. This review isn't disrespectful; it's you who aren't being fair to your customers.

08/02/2026: The welcome was beyond terrible: no greeting, overwhelmed and ignoring us, disorganized, nonchalant—I quote, "I'm going to end up closing the door and turning off the light; you shouldn't open it at an angle." When you get that kind of reaction in February, you'd be better off finding another job.

04/03/2026: We came to enjoy the sun and have a quiet beer, but the person served us without a smile or even a hello, and I quote, "It doesn't amuse me much" when a colleague who joined us asked for a glass of water followed by a beer. A place to absolutely avoid if you want to have a good day.

26/02/2026: I came to eat at this small brasserie with my wife and two children. The meal was very good and the waitress was very pleasant. We had a very enjoyable time during our lunch break. We will be back for the Easter holidays. Thank you.

22/02/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant near the castle. The set menu was €39, including a starter, main course, and dessert. The cuisine is simple and highlights local produce. We made some wonderful discoveries, such as the oyster with Japanese flavors and the mimosa sorbet. The service was very friendly and pleasant. Thank you for a lovely evening!

15/02/2026: Valentine's Day menu at €150 (for 2 people), for: - A 30-minute wait for water. - A 1-hour wait for the starter, given that the menu was set and therefore no order could be placed. Clearly, they were understaffed, and it's very disappointing to pay this price for this service. No word or apology was offered by the establishment afterward. Regarding the dishes, we discovered some lovely flavors, but they didn't require much preparation (oyster and granita, Japanese fondue). The dessert was very good but presented very simply. Overall, it didn't live up to the price or our expectations. I would still like to emphasize the quality of the ingredients. In conclusion, this is by far the worst Michelin-starred restaurant we've ever visited.

01/03/2026: Good restaurant where we had an excellent cuttlefish stew with a delicious sauce and a casserole of pork cheeks (A++). A must-try on the seafront. Very pleasant service.
