27/03/2026: Welcoming atmosphere, excellent service, and truly delicious food. A little slice of French cuisine.

05/02/2026: Overall, it was good, but when you offer a daily special, it's a real shame that the dessert isn't homemade (apple tart). Apparently, the chef no longer makes it from scratch because, according to him, the frozen version is very good... Well, why not, but it's still a bit surprising and disappointing considering the price. On the other hand, the service was very good and the place was pleasant.

13/07/2026: One star, because unfortunately, zero isn't an option. I've been there twice, once with a table of 12 and once with a table of 9. The prices are reasonable and the music is nice, with a rock vibe. Unfortunately, that's about the only positive point. The service is simply catastrophic. When we arrived and asked if there was room for 9 people, the owner's response was: "If you can find it, yes. If you can't, then no." That says it all about the welcome. The tables aren't even cleared or cleaned between groups of customers. So, it's up to the customers to find a seat and get settled. Then, you have to go to the bar to order, pay, and carry your own drinks to your table... up to that point, why not? However, after three rounds of drinks costing around €60 each, the owner refused to lend us a simple tray to carry the glasses. A truly unbelievable lack of common sense and consideration. The most absurd incident was the phone cable. I asked if he had a spare cable to help out a friend: a curt "no." Jokingly, I told my friend to go ask herself. Miraculously, he replied that he did have a cable... but that his was already charging his phone. So, he did have a cable; he simply didn't want to help. And what about the restrooms... deplorable hygiene, clearly not up to the standards of an establishment open to the public. In short: an unpleasant owner, nonexistent service, no attention paid to customers, and questionable cleanliness. The prices don't compensate for such a mediocre experience. Thankfully, in Versailles, there are bars where you're greeted with at least a modicum of respect. I will never set foot in that place again.

13/07/2026: The atmosphere is pleasant and the location is a real plus: right in the city center, a stone's throw from the Palace of Versailles. The prices are reasonable and in line with the average for establishments in the area. However, several things marred our experience. The bartender's welcome was lukewarm, with a clear lack of smiles and friendliness. The drink selection was also very limited: of the four beers advertised on tap, only one was available. The bar doesn't offer table service, which isn't a problem in itself. However, with nearly €200 worth of drinks, we were surprised that we were refused a simple tray to carry our orders to our table. We also noticed some inconsistency in the service: a friend was told there were no chargers available, while another person in our group received one a few moments later. This gives the impression of unequal treatment. Finally, the tables were rarely cleared, which didn't improve comfort, and the toilet door locking system seemed impractical and rather confusing. It's a shame, because the place has potential thanks to its atmosphere and location. With a warmer welcome and slightly more attentive service, the experience would be significantly better.

17/06/2026: It is a very nice place, very quiet. Only problem is no evening meals with not much around and no kettle in the room. Staff are friendly.

18/05/2026: The staff are pleasant and welcoming, it's true... but that's where it ends! The hallway is very noisy when it rains, even when you're in your room 🤨😡. As for the rest, the renovation was done with low-quality materials and without any thought. There are no USB ports or electrical outlets at table height 😮😮😮 and they don't stay on the wall! No chairs. The faucets are unsuitable for the sinks and are badly damaged; it's impossible to drain the water... The toilet is a joke!!! (toilet paper) Shower... the shower column is in the wrong place, and the floor is slippery!!!!!! The radiator is dirty. The garden is gone 🤷‍♂️. Like other reviews, the breakfast is good! But don't be in a hurry and beg (at reception) for renovations. The same goes for the heating 🥶🥶🥶. Best Western group urgently needs to review this!!!!!!!!

02/08/2026: The disappointment of the day. The service was far too slow, the servers were disoriented and running around aimlessly, inefficiently. Melvin lacks training and is left to his own devices. The setting is actually quite nice, but the food was unconvincing. We had driven too far to leave without dessert; we were completely stuffed, about to burst, and the other diners' faces said it all. It's clear I won't be back. I came, I saw, and I don't recommend it. The slice of black pudding cut into four pieces was ridiculous, which is fitting, since it wasn't good. The small bowl of rice for four—we asked for more, and it never arrived. What an experience! The singer was awful; sometimes she shouted instead of singing. The repertoire could have been decent if she had sung more quietly. And I won't even mention the servers arguing in front of the customers... There's too much to say, so I'll stop there. Sometimes the food makes up for the wait, but that wasn't the case here.

26/07/2026: We were treated like royalty, we feasted on delicious Caribbean dishes and wonderful island cocktails. And to top it all off, we had the pleasure of meeting Babette.

27/07/2026: The decor is dated (some might like that) but spacious, with a lovely terrace. The starters were good, and we only ordered two different main courses: both were very average. The only dessert we tried was French toast, which was a complete failure—hard and not at all moist. Not enough to make us want to go back!

19/07/2026: The Caesar salad was low quality. It was just lettuce, chicken, croutons, and industrial mayonnaise.

05/08/2026: We ate lunch there with my mother and were not disappointed at all, it was delicious, thank you!

10/11/2025: Very disappointed, a disaster. The meat was dry, very little meat, and there was a lot of salad. It tasted like reheated food. What a shame.

03/11/2025: We had a very good experience at this restaurant where the service was impeccable and the food excellent and beautifully presented. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Perhaps just one small point for improvement: the ambiance could benefit from softer lighting and some oriental music to create a truly immersive experience.

05/07/2026: As the neighbor across the street from your golf course, I have to endure your excessive noise every weekend. At 1:30 a.m., we can clearly hear your playlists and karaoke sessions; you'll understand that it's unbearable. Given your upscale positioning, please be considerate of your immediate neighbors (the Seine is not a sound barrier).

06/06/2026: My child is enrolled in the golf school and enjoys their lessons. The setting is pleasant, and the instructors are patient, attentive, and skilled at teaching. The staff we encountered were also friendly. However, I noticed that some people don't always respond to greetings. I don't know why, but it can sometimes give a feeling of unwelcomingness. It's a shame, as it contrasts with the overall quality of the place. Overall, a positive experience for children learning golf.

29/06/2026: I don't know how they manage to get a good rating? I had a burger where the meat was of very poor quality (the cheapest option). Since this establishment was taken over, it's been terrible. The new owners clearly don't care about food! And the price is far too high. Honestly, after several attempts, I can tell you to avoid it...

23/06/2026: Cute bistro, the food is great. A bit busy between 12pm and 1pm, but from 1pm onwards it's fantastic 👌

24/05/2026: I ate there today at 12:30 PM. The chicken couscous was not up to par at all. The service was friendly nonetheless. I strongly advise against it. My partner ordered a lamb shank. We had serious doubts about its freshness and were very disappointed.

14/02/2026: The service was a bit slow. The meal was a bad experience: the portion size was ridiculous. They advertised a duck breast, but you barely got half a piece… for the price, it's clearly outrageous. We won't be going back.

03/05/2026: The ventilation in the room didn't work—it was stuffy. Of course, we opened the window, and it was great that it was there and could be opened. But the broken ventilation spoiled the impression of the beautiful bathroom.

26/07/2026: Do not eat here! We ordered two pizza's and a plate of fries. The pizza's are not fresh! They are just frozen pizza's from the supermarket that are defrosted and then sold for 13,00 -14,50 euros per pizza. The fries were oke. If you order mayonaise, you pay 2,00 euros extra which is expensive. It's close to the palace of Versailles, so it's in a touristic place and you can expect expensive prices but the food is absolutely terrible.

03/07/2026: A delicious tartare, an okay pizza, the service is quite slow -- but if you just wave them and ask for a menu, and then wave them and point to what you want to order, they're good. The food is tasty, the service is tolerable, can recommend for a quick snack before or after visiting Versailles.

29/03/2026: We were disappointed with the quality of the food. Everything was very basic and lacked flavor. The service really needs improvement. We had to constantly ask for bread (even though the concept is tapas and cheese/chacut platters), the waitress kept sighing and making comments, and she kept coming back to tell us that we were out of certain dishes we had ordered. Honestly, I don't think I would recommend this place.
