I was just as satisfied with the food and service as before. The price is admittedly high, but the quality of the ingredients is undeniable. A restaurant to treat yourself to from time to time; I highly recommend it for lovers of good food!

11/10/2026: A truly wonderful moment!!! A fantastic team!!!! Especially since we hadn't booked!!! Our day got off to a bad start; my sister's plane landed in Toulouse, not Tarbes. Our dad, who's 94, wanted to come back one day, and he did. The time spent with him will be etched in our memories forever!!! The smiles, the attentiveness, the wonder, and the delicacy, beauty, and refinement of each dish were all there!!! Thank you, thank you. Be proud of your team and the chef, and see you soon!

18/10/2026: An exceptional discovery on Saturday evening! A magnificent team and extraordinary cuisine, full of subtlety and the flavors of Gers. A wonderful culinary experience after some truly beautiful shows at the Circa festival… Auch is a magnificent and very welcoming city. Lil from Nissan-lez-Enserune and the Compagnie des Hommes Sensibles, Nicolas from Sarzeau and Pascal from Vierzon… not forgetting Sardine from Nissan. We can't wait to come back!

15/10/2026: A very good experience in this small restaurant where you won't leave hungry. Truly Gers-style, with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended. I'm not giving it 5 stars just to be a bit of a pain 😂

11/10/2026: We've been coming every October in our campervan since 2023. We love relaxing for an afternoon, visiting the park. The deer put on a wonderful show for us! 😁 Then we enjoyed an evening at the restaurant with delicious dishes made from farm-fresh produce. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a fireplace, furniture, tables, chairs, dishes, and decor reminiscent of our grandmothers' homes. The family who run the farm are very pleasant and welcoming. We loved the demonstration of the fire-making process by one of the sons at the end of the meal; he shared his passion for the craft with us. We had a peaceful night, occasionally hearing the deer bellow in the distance, and woke up surrounded by nature with a view of the animals. I recommend it 20,000 percent! We'll be back next year. 08/10/2026: An unexpected find on the road to the Landes region! A visit with our child to the park was truly wonderful, especially with the animals. The aperitif with charcuterie was delicious. We'll definitely be back for a meal!
