21/07/2026: An exceptional address! Walking down an alley, the enticing aromas led me to this establishment. A wonderfully well-crafted facade and menu. A small, simple, and effective menu. A delightful culinary experience, starting with a baked egg with foie gras, followed by a tournedos Rossini-style where a knife wasn't really necessary given the quality of the meat. And to finish, a truly divine apple tart. In short, an establishment that champions quality products. Respect for the ingredients is paramount. I encourage everyone to step inside this restaurant. And to top it all off, a 1981 Armagnac to aid digestion. Thank you to the team for everything. Gainsbarre 😉🙏

26/07/2026: Thank you for the great motorhome stop. The grassy area, bins, grey water disposal, and restaurant are excellent if you like homemade products. The food is perfect and plentiful, and the service is very good; they took us in at 1:30 am without warning. The staff were very kind. You're in the right place! The gourmet shop is good, and you can also visit the deer, wild boar, and other wildlife. So don't miss out! Stop by, Momo 49, near Angers.

21/07/2026: Rare are those moments when we allow ourselves a moment of pure pleasure, yet that's precisely the definition of time spent at a restaurant. It's been a long time since I've had such a wonderful experience. We were fortunate to receive a warm welcome and guidance from the chef, one of those rare, passionate employees who made this a truly magical moment. We started with a plate of homemade ham and foie gras, followed by red mullet with peppers and confit pork loin with mashed potatoes. Next came a small tasting plate of the rare sheep's cheese, and then dessert: chocolate fondant (we've never had such delicious ones!) and Armagnac baba. I highly recommend this restaurant, and if you can, ask to see the chef! 😉 See you soon!

04/08/2026: We have lunch here at least once a year. A very pleasant atmosphere, the swimming pool, the shaded terrace, the huge garden... A magical place. As for the restaurant, excellent meat at reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

22/07/2026: Last year, I discovered this restaurant and had wonderful memories of it: a very pleasant setting, truly excellent cuisine, so much so that I returned several times and recommended it to everyone I knew. Last night, I went back to celebrate my wedding anniversary. The setting is still just as charming and the food very good—the ribeye steak was perfect, the ice cream delicious. However, the service has clearly changed. From the moment we ordered, the waiter insisted heavily on selling us a bottle of wine when I simply asked for a carafe. Then, at the end of the meal, while we were enjoying our ice cream, he offered us a digestif without a menu, without any explanation, and most importantly, without mentioning that it was extra. In most restaurants, this kind of gesture is offered at the end of the evening, which naturally led us to assume that was the case here. When it came time to pay, we were told that "if the waiter doesn't say it's on the house, it's because it's not free." This approach leaves a bitter taste and spoils the end of what was otherwise a very pleasant experience. It's a shame: a place I really enjoyed, where I'd been several times and recommended to everyone I knew… but after this experience, I won't recommend it anymore and I won't be going back.

26/06/2026: An unexpected arrival on the road without a reservation, what an incredible surprise! A very warm welcome. Impeccable cuisine. Stratospheric desserts for a ridiculously low price. We are delighted. I hope it wasn't the size of my colleagues that influenced the bill, lol!
