24/03/2026: I stumbled upon this brasserie completely by chance and was delighted by my discovery. A warm welcome, simple yet high-quality cuisine, and impeccable service. This lunch with colleagues gave us a real boost for the rest of the day. Don't hesitate to go in!

15/01/2026: I discovered this pizzeria two years ago, and despite trying other places, none have surpassed it! The owner is lovely and always welcoming. The menu is varied, the pizzas are delicious, prepared with care and quality ingredients. You can taste the passion in every bite. A must-visit for all lovers of good pizza!

11/04/2026: We arrived around 2:00 PM thinking we wouldn't be able to eat, and we were pleasantly surprised to find it's one of the few restaurants in France with extended hours.
We also loved that they have a menu in Spanish, a very reasonably priced set menu of gallets, and the gallets are delicious. The service is excellent, and the place is very welcoming. Definitely a place to add to our list of favorites in Bordeaux.
09/04/2026: A place that, as its name suggests, isn't a crepe shop.
The service was quick and very friendly, and the food was good.
It's centrally located and reasonably priced. However, if you order alcohol, the price increases significantly.
The tables are a bit cramped.
They speak several languages and have a menu in Spanish, which makes ordering easier.

15/03/2026: It's a really lovely restaurant, the staff are wonderful.
The only slight drawback is that the shrimp and avocado salad with sesame dressing doesn't have quite enough shrimp; otherwise, the dressing is excellent, and I highly recommend this warm and welcoming place.

After having lunch at this restaurant several times this week, I can confidently attest to the quality of the food and service.
The waitress is charming, and the chef puts a modern twist on simple, hearty dishes without compromising the quality of the ingredients.
If I were from Bordeaux, I'd make it my regular spot!
Highly recommended.

16/04/2026: Large plate, with sausage, cheese and pate, with French bread. Bread and Sausage were both excellent, pate was plain, tinned variety. The cheese was surprisingly from England, brie? Service was very good and friendly, lovely location facing the historic gate.

The golden hash browns looked nice, but the taste left much to be desired: they were nowhere near as good as the hash browns I've had before… They lacked seasoning and flavor…🫤
The drinks were good (orange juice and coffee), but the rest needs improvement, as the quality and quantity weren't there for the price.
However, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming ☺️
