13/06/2026: We had two smoothies for 12€ and they tasted like chemicals. The 'fresh smoothie' came from a carton box and was poured in some sort of smoothie machine. It tasted horrible, exactly like plastic. I wouldn't be surprised if there wasn't a single vitamin in it 😂

29/05/2026: May 29, 2026, 3:58 PM Heatwave, 37 degrees Celsius outside. The waitress: Have you decided? Us: Not yet, we're looking at the menu. Could you bring us a bottle of water and three glasses while we choose? The waitress: Oh no, sorry, I'll be finished in two minutes. I'll take everyone's order at once or nothing at all, but I don't have time. Two minutes later, she left the restaurant without taking our order and without water, of course. Luckily, the next waiter she left behind was more pleasant and smiling; no complaints about him. I just want to highlight the unprofessionalism of this young woman, who was clearly in a hurry to finish her shift.

26/03/2026: As a big fan of specialty coffee, I was in Bordeaux last weekend and took the opportunity to check out this place, but it was a disappointing experience. On paper, it all looked promising: a very attractive menu with coffees and teas that seemed to be of high quality. You could tell there was real potential and an interesting selection. Unfortunately, several things spoiled the experience. First, the place itself gave a rather cluttered impression, especially with boxes visible at the back of the shop. For an establishment that offers drinks at relatively high prices (around €9 for 400 ml of tea), you expect a more refined setting. Second, and this is the most important point for me: the coffee served didn't meet the standards of specialty coffee. I ordered a double espresso, which should normally be around 36 ml, and I ended up with a much fuller cup, closer to a lungo. This gives the impression that the basics aren't being followed. Finally, the menu lacks essential information: no details on the aromas or profiles of the coffees offered. Yet, this is precisely what makes specialty coffee and the tasting experience so appealing. In short, this is a place that could be excellent given its selection, but as it stands, it doesn't live up to its promise.

14/03/2026: I absolutely do not recommend this cafe. We waited 1 hour and 10 minutes just for two coffees, without the slightest gesture of goodwill or apology from the servers, who seemed completely indifferent to our wait.

23/07/2026: I arrived for dinner about an hour before closing time. Despite the late hour, the waiter was very welcoming and friendly. I was craving mussels and fries, and even though the kitchen was closing, he took the time to find some for me. The service was then quick. I had also requested a carafe of water with ice, which I received without any problem. Two minor issues, however: I wasn't able to have dessert in the end, as the staff brought us the bill, informing us that the restaurant was closing and I wouldn't be able to get the ice cream I wanted. Also, a customer was smoking at the next table, which was a bit distracting during the meal. Despite these few points, I was particularly impressed by the waiter's kindness and professionalism; he did everything he could to ensure our satisfaction until the very end. Thank you!

22/07/2026: Decent. On a pleasant terrace opposite the train station. The service was a bit rough, with staff who seemed exhausted. But it was ultimately efficient. I had a Niçoise salad and a draft beer in 25 minutes for €18.50. The salad was quite good.

09/06/2026: A very lively and energetic place! The concert on Mondays had a great atmosphere. The happy hour was very interesting and a really enjoyable time. I highly recommend it!

31/05/2026: This bar, where I used to spend my evenings several years ago, has changed drastically... a disastrous experience with the staff, from the waiters to the bouncers, who act like they're in charge of law enforcement even when they're not. A blatant lack of respect, both in words and actions, and questionable business practices... This is the first time I've experienced anything like this in an establishment, and it will definitely be the last. Absolutely shameful.

20/07/2026: Our experience was frankly disappointing. There were five of us, and from the very first moment, the service was terrible: scant, listless, and with a constant feeling that serving customers was a chore. To top it all off, a good portion of the menu items weren't available. You couldn't tell if you were reading a menu or a catalog of things that couldn't be ordered that day. The only fault we accept is that we sat down at the first restaurant we found. Lesson learned. The rest is the responsibility of an establishment that should pay much more attention to customer service and offer what it advertises on its menu. We certainly won't be returning, and we can't recommend a place where both the service and the food are sorely lacking.

04/06/2026: Excellent café, a wonderful, old-fashioned bistro, very chic, welcoming, with chocolate and whipped cream, and a smile guaranteed. So go there! Just steps from tram lines C and E, Camille Godard stop, and close to the Bordeaux Nord clinic.

27/05/2026: Avoid at all costs! I've been a neighbor for over 10 years, and once, on a holiday evening, I was rushing to grab a Red Bull. I still had my scooter helmet in my hand and was perhaps a little hurried. And there was absolutely no friendliness and not a hint of respect—more contempt than anything else. I took a Red Bull from the fridge and handed it to him to ring up the payment. He told me it was €4. I was immediately stunned and asked him why such a price when they were €3 in the grocery store next door and €1.50 in the shop next door. He then showed me a receipt as if I had consumed it there, at the restaurant, as proof that it was €4—blatant robbery!

10/03/2026: I ordered on Uber Eats and imagine my surprise when I found gnats nestled between the sushi. I wrote to Uber Eats and they refunded my order, but I still threw up my guts. It makes you wonder about the restaurant's hygiene.

10/07/2026: I'm giving it two stars just because of one bartender. The others wouldn't even serve me a glass of water, even though we drank quite a lot. There's just one nice bartender; you'll recognize him when you see him. That's why I'm giving it two stars and not one.

22/06/2026: Don't expect a gourmet restaurant, but the place is very nice. For the food, we ordered pizza and Caesar salad, and the portions were perfectly adequate. The taste was also very satisfying. The service is counter-service; you order at the counter and pick up your food when it's ready, and the staff was very pleasant. The atmosphere isn't fancy, but it's a unique space that fully embraces the street art/relaxed vibe. You'll either love it or hate it, but it's definitely intentional.
