09/04/2026: Such disrespect is rare. There were four of us, and we literally abandoned our order as soon as it was taken by an insolent and disrespectful waiter. The entire staff has changed.

31/03/2026: I don't know if it's changed owners recently, but it's not as friendly as it used to be. The welcome was cold, and the merguez sausages were barely cooked and the fries were too pale. At €8.50 for the set menu, it's expensive for just two merguez sausages. I don't recommend it. Sorry.

30/03/2026: Coming as a group will be a complete disaster, despite booking several weeks in advance. The staff is incapable of managing a service for 20 to 30 people, even though it was planned. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes to serve drinks, and not even a pitcher of water while we waited. We left without eating. The manager's explanations were deplorable, and there wasn't a word of apology or any attempt at self-reflection. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

29/03/2026: The 2.7 rating is too harsh. The establishment is a bit dated, some seats are uncomfortable and not very clean, but the service was adequate and what I had was very good.

21/04/2026: While traveling for a few days in Bordeaux and the surrounding area, my friends and I went to Terminus twice. The first time was on the terrace in the early afternoon. We had a delicious meal there, by the way. The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. The second time was the following morning for breakfast, which was also delicious and plentiful. A special thank you to our favorite waiter, Bruno. His service and advice were impeccable. His sense of humor was also very present and we really enjoyed it. 22/03/2026: I am a loyal customer of your tobacco shop, which I frequent. I often come here and sometimes spend 50 to 60 euros, and other times more modest amounts (10, 20 euros, etc.). On my last visit, I arrived around 2:00 PM and stayed until about 3:30 PM. During that time, I spent approximately 20 euros. However, an employee (an elderly woman) rather abruptly asked me to leave my seat to free it up for another customer. Yet, my table was completely empty, and there was no one waiting at that time. I find this behavior not only unjustified but also disrespectful to a regular customer who contributes to your establishment's revenue. I would like to emphasize that I remained calm and respectful throughout the entire incident. I would be grateful if you would take this situation into consideration and ensure that this type of behavior does not recur in the future. Thank you in advance for your attention.

10/02/2026: Honestly, it was the most disgusting burger I've ever eaten in my life. Why does a beef burger smell like fish?! Inedible. Seeing the other reviews, I realize I'm not the only one who had this problem. The owner's responses, who clearly has a slight problem with self-reflection, are just ludicrous, and I'm almost looking forward to being insulted myself in return.
