A bit ordinary cuisine, not dishonorable but a bit limited if you really want to eat well.
01/04/2024: Excellent homemade food with a personal touch at reasonable prices. The kidneys with Spätzle/Knepfle and mustard sauce are highly recommended.

Beyond the cuisine which always delights us, the service is really great, offer to decant our wine, change of our glasses to appreciate it, and magnificent candle on the flame dessert of our daughter who chose this table for her 18th birthday, a table where we celebrated almost all her birthdays. Proust’s madeleine satisfied her again yesterday.

08/08/2023: To flee. Lunch with my daughter and my mom. We told the waitress that we didn't have much time, she told us there was no problem. After a lot of waiting, my mom received a chopped steak that was not cooked as she asked. I received a cesar salad (if you can call it that) with too much green salad, 4 half cherry tomatoes and some wilted carrots. A shame.
Dirty place, glasses and cutlery ditto. Never again ! At the end we expressed our dissatisfaction, they gave us 10% off a Cesar salad that I didn't eat because it was such a shame. Price of the salad in the photo 17.90 euros.

27/03/2024: When I arrived with my friend, the employees welcomed us in an unpleasant manner. It was 10:45 p.m., I can understand the fact that there was fatigue. We did not take it into account. However, at 11 p.m., they turned off the lights and turned on the air conditioning. At 11:25 p.m., one of them told us that the restaurant was closing. We were surprised because it said 1:30 a.m. on the door, the sign and the advertising board. I couldn't finish my meal. When I asked to take the rest, she nonchalantly handed me the container and I had to make do. We chose this McDonald's because the schedule suited us best. I won't go there again, I'll go to Burger King.

06/04/2024: 4 nights in this lovely hotel. Clean rooms, great bathroom. The food was good and the staff was very flexible. Ideal place to visit Colmar, go hiking, or experience the wine culture of this area.

04/04/2024: Two menus, 1 6-course vegetable menu, 1 10-course menu. A discovery with every bite for my wife and me.
The detailed presentation of each dish, accompanied by a perfectly matched wine, made the experience unique and delicious.
Thank you to the staff and congratulations to the chef and his team.
Looking forward to coming back next season to discover new dishes!

05/04/2024: I think we shouldn't have to do the same job all our lives like some people in this store do. You have to change jobs to see something else, we are not machines and then stop working very early to make way for others (a sort of turnover otherwise we can talk about dictatorship at work). Otherwise, when it comes to sorting waste, there's no point pretending (yellow is recyclable but in Cora it's the world upside down).
