18/04/2024: Very upscale cuisine at extremely fair prices. Friendly and charming hosts who are very helpful (translation into German, wine advice…). Be sure to accept a wine recommendation per course! This is followed by fine wines, extremely exciting explanations and everything at very fair prices. We haven't eaten and drunk so well for a long time. Thank you beaucoup!

21/05/2024: An address where you shouldn’t hesitate to stop! On the way back, my mother-in-law and I wanted to eat, we said: “Let’s go to Colmar”. Once arrived, we explored the city while looking for a restaurant. When our eyes fell on the front of the restaurant “L’arpège”, our curiosity took over to take a closer look. The exterior courtyard is magnificent, the interior being complete, we had lunch on the terrace which is a real little cocoon. The setting takes you on a journey as do the dishes. We had the daily menu: starter, main course, dessert (choice between a vegetarian menu or a fish menu). The quality and quantity are exquisite, you can see the cook is passionate about his job. He puts his whole heart into his cooking. The servers are friendly and very helpful, if you have any doubts about the composition of a dish: call Grégoire, he knows everything about the dishes 😉

08/06/2024: Food: 4.5/5 Service: 4.5/5 Sommelier: 1/5 Great experience overall, but the sommelier here was by far the worst one I have experienced at a restaurant. His pairing recommendations were OK, but he made 0 effort to explain any tasting notes, or why he made the pairing. We were not able to taste the wines before he poured them - he would just come over and sloppily pour wine into the glass.

06/06/2024: We wanted a change of scenery, that’s the case. warm welcome, very nice decor the dish menu is small but it’s enough the products are fresh you can feel the vanilla duck is a pure delight only downside for me is the menu on the tablet but I understand the concept since the dishes change

18/05/2024: Wonderful dinner on Little Venice. There is no more wonderful setting than that of the Boatmen. Please note: it is not possible to make reservations in this restaurant, so we advise you to arrive a little before opening in order to sit there. The team is very warm and friendly. The most important: the meal. Nothing to say except delicious! We recommend the spaetzle gratin, the chocolate cake and the tarte tatin. A delight!

04/04/2024: Magnificent evening within the establishment. Great culinary discoveries, impeccable service and welcome. No stress and we were able to enjoy the evening and the meal. Both the dinner (beef and fish and chips) and the dessert (blueberry tart and homemade verrine) were tasty, I can only recommend this welcoming place.
