14/03/2024: Quite good and quite tasty (no hot dish). Quite dishonest and manipulative practice of offering cups on deposit. On the return does not return the one euro but requires quite a heavy payment to the association. It's a shame because this forcing harms the image of a rather laudable project in the first place.

On the other hand, the setting and the terrace are modest...minimalist and do not encourage you to stay... 11/08/2024: Crêperie originale dans ce qu'elle propose, nous y sommes allés deux fois et nous avons toujours apprécié. Une galette bien garnie, avec une petite salade et parfois un sorbet spécial qui va toujours bien avec le plat. Nous y sommes aussi allés avec des végétariens, on peut alors demander une modification de la galette, c'est accepté sans difficulté. Les desserts sont aussi très bien, les sorbets excellents, les crêpes de froment garnies aussi.

06/12/2024: Samedi 30 novembre, la Casa da Sylvana a refusé de nous servir à 13h15 alors que le service était annoncé jusqu’à 14h. Ce refus était motivé par le fait qu’il n’y avait pas beaucoup de clients, et qu’ils avaient décidés de fermer plus tôt. Ceci est plutôt paradoxal, on n’a pas trop travaillé ce midi, donc nous refusons des clients ! Il faut croire que cet établissement ne cherche pas à travailler. Après avoir tourné un certain temps dans Villefranche de Lauragais, nous sommes tombés par hazard sur le restaurant Le BILLOT DE LEON. Ce restaurant, qui servait jusqu’à 14h, nous a accepté à 13h45. Nous avons mangé une excellente pizza dans une cadre sympathique et servi par du personnel très accueillant qui respecte les horaires et les clients. C'est pour cela qu'il affichait presque complet. Je remercie donc la Casa da Sylvana de nous avoir fait découvrir cette enseigne, où nous irons directement la prochaine fois, et je voudrais leur donner un conseil : continuez à mépriser les clients, et vous aurez encore plus de temps libre.

23/04/2024: Ça a bien changé depuis deux mois. Avant, on déjeunait pour 16 euros, plat et dessert. Aujourd'hui, c'est 14,90 le plat. Portion un peu maigre également. Dommage.

27/07/2024: Excellent! On our way to Toulouse at lunch time I found Obolocal Top Rated and together with my friend we went to eat. Welcome from Agatha, indicating the menu which is a refrigerator with glass containers, hermetically sealed. We chose our plate/boat, he asked us if we want it cold or hot, we chose hot, bread, and drank lemonade. He offered me water for my dog, which he super kindly brought in a large crock and we headed to the table on the terrace. My friend Jackie, order two salads.... And the super fresh salad came with a stew and two other side dishes. :) The stew had a very good flavor, but nevertheless it had a lot of peppers (peppercorns). The complete dish was very well served and we ordered our jars to take home. We will return, and if it is another hot day, I will try eating in the indoor dining room. Super good job Agatha and Sofi!

04/04/2024: Mom and I went for a snack on Wednesday afternoon. Mom had a Paris Brest which was fresh and good. On the other hand, I took a Paris Brest Revisité, the choux pastry was hard and the praline almost rubbery, the cake cost €4.20. I told the lady, who listened to me, but not even a commercial gesture, she told me she would come back. Fortunately I didn't get sick... We won't come back to that...

02/04/2024: Ok bakery that mixes the world however it's difficult to find bread that isn't overcooked and yet it's not the first time I've come! In short, a really great choice of cakes, on the other hand, the price of the birthday cakes is not worth the price indicated, very honestly, it is overpriced, there are plenty of other bakeries that deserve to be known, and that are practical prices much lower than those of this bakery
