09/12/2025: I absolutely do not recommend this establishment. The food, the service, the cleanliness—everything leaves much to be desired. It's expensive for what you get. The meat served was on a children's menu. And honestly, I've never said this before, but it really wasn't good. The meat was overcooked, the fries were mediocre, and the dessert was frozen. I was served a soda as an aperitif, but without a glass. They didn't even offer us a carafe of water with our meal. The service was incredibly slow, even though the restaurant was practically empty (only three tables). For a Courtesy restaurant, I expected much better. I am very disappointed and strongly advise against going there.

02/12/2025: Extremely expensive for the food. The quality is mediocre and the staff incompetent. We told the waiter the dish wasn't good—dry meat and way overcooked—and he replied that they were sorry but didn't know their stuff and just reheated it. Avoid at all costs!

15/09/2024: Coffee stop on the way back. Nice staff. Good coffee. Pleasant terrace this Saturday, with a view of the bride and groom going to the town hall

22/08/2024: We could choose to eat inside or outside. Came later to ask if we were okay with the place. We had a large piece of meat, well cooked. Fries were very tasty and crispy. Could have had some vegetables or lettuce with it. What is a pity is that they have a weekend menu on which our dishes were more expensive than if we had eaten on Friday, for example, which is a bit of a shame because it costs nothing extra to please your guests with good food.

19/08/2024: The restaurant did not meet our expectations. After reading the reviews and seeing some pictures of dishes, we had some high expectations, also after several champagne houses we visited told us it was a good choice of restaurant. Unfortunately the weather was not good so we good not sit outside on the terrace. The interior of the restaurant is not special and a little dark according to us. Their was a choice of 2 menus or à la carte. In the most expensive menu there was an additional price requested of 2 euros for the fois gras. We found that exaggerated given the price of the menu and the choice of only 2 starters including one with additional price. Each menu had choice of 2 starters, 2 mains and several desserts. Our group took the 2 different menus. We got some very tasty appetizers with our aperitive. Despite this restaurant is in the champagne region, the price for a bottle of champagne was very high, especially because we knew the original price of most bottles. Also wine was quite expensive compared to our experience with other restaurants even in the region. The starters were the best part of the menu, with nice presentation and delicious taste. The main dish was good but not so nicely presented on the plate. The portions are big but main dish came too quickly after starter, same for dessert. We finished 3 courses and aperitive in less then 1,5 hour and that while the restaurant was full. Dessert was not good, we took profiteroles. The entire profiterole came from freezer so you could not cut it. The chocolate sauce came from a bottle and was not home made. The dessert was poor quality, tasteless and too heavy. We did not drink coffee anymore. Atmosphere in the restaurant was okay, service not. The people who served us were not really friendly, dressed like they would go to a music festival and when some of us took cheese for dessert, no explanation was given about the cheese (not even the name of the cheese). Getting the attention of the waiters was also very difficult. When we were walking home (we stayed nearby), we were thinking that we paid more then expected, so we checked the bill when we got home. We were charged 50 euro too much so a few of us returned to the restaurant. When walking in they immediately said "we charged you too much" ... euhm, if they new it why did they not mention anything before or tried to catch us on the street? Maybe because we were tourists? We were given money back but not the correct amount, difference of 4 euros or so but we did take the discussion further anymore. Although the portions were good and quality of food was okay, we expected more and we were not happy about the service. We probably will look for a different restaurant next time.

16/08/2024: I can only recommend this address! A warm welcome and setting in which you can enjoy delicious dishes. The menu is regularly updated and always manages to surprise your taste buds.
