30/05/2024: Former bar from the 70s discreetly up to date, the welcome and service are impeccable. The cuisine is simple and tasty, served very quickly, we enjoyed the andouillette and the delicious homemade desserts. Good choice of wine by the glass. All for a very advantageous price, I recommend this stopover in a village full of charm. One suggestion: improve the toilets which are ok and clean, but could be greatly improved.

03/08/2024: Pour fêter notre anniversaire de mariage, nous sommes allés profitez de l'agréable terrasse de ce restaurant. Nous connaissions déjà l'établissement, mais y revenir est toujours un régal. L'accueil est très chaleureux, la serveuse aux petits soins et malgré les petits soucis d'enregistrement de notre Box.... Nous avons passé un très bon moment, les plats étaient généreux et EXCELLENTS. Merci encore pour ce merveilleux moment, nous reviendrons profitez du talent du patron, ainsi que de sa bonne humeur et....de son humour !! Par contre..... ALLEZ -Y, on vous le recommande, mais pensez à réserver !!

11/07/2024: Fantastic restaurant with set price menus, the food was exceptional, we enjoyed every course, 3 course menu for 38€ but various amuse bouche made it 7 courses and all delicious. Would 100% recommend.

08/09/2024: Nous sommes allés dans ce restaurant avec des amis qui le connaissait, tout est parfait les plats dégagent des saveurs en bouche que je ne connaissais pas . La patronne conseille les vins et ils sont excellents . Établissement incontournable. Merci au chef et son épouse.

23/07/2024: We did not eat at the restaurant so no judgment on the dishes. Simply drank a coffee at the counter, very decent. Funny feeling when you enter the bar, the local clientele looks at you from head to toe. Foreigners in the village do not go unnoticed.

18/06/2024: The air conditioning doesn't work properly and they refuse to lower below 22 degrees due to cost. They also had an issue with mosquitos in the bedroom but wouldn't even check nor use any spray. The breakfast isn't the best as the Bacon is disgusting but other things are OK. The WiFi is very slow. The car park far too tight.

02/10/2024: I'm Brazilian, I'm visiting Limoges and I went to the restaurant Les Tables du Bistrot and loved the atmosphere and the food. Everyone there is great people, the food was amazing and the waiters were super kind. Rating 5/5 I would recommend it to any Brazilian who wants to visit this city, an unmissable restaurant.

27/09/2024: We ate with 5 adults. Some had grilled red meat. She was a little harsh. Otherwise the others produce nothing to say. The character of the restaurant is original (a small stable next to it with 2 cows and a few chickens and 1 rooster which can also be seen behind a window in the restaurant). Very friendly staff.

Thanks to Benoît, Delphine and their team, we were lucky enough to be able to treat our guests from the wine of honor to the little sweets present to accompany the digestives. We therefore wanted to thank them for all their work and their professionalism but also their sense of listening, their strength of proposal, their generosity, their sympathy, their kindness but above all their frankness and their honesty. By getting to know them and discovering them as the marriage took shape, we were happy to have good people working with values ​​that are rare these days. 14/09/2024: We were here just to eat this time and it was simply fantastic! The restaurant in the hotel offers typical French cuisine at the highest level. The atmosphere is rustic and charming, you immediately feel at home. The service was extremely friendly and attentive. Every course on my menu was excellent – ​​from the aperitif to the dessert, an absolute pleasure! Although we didn't stay overnight this time, I can also recommend the hotel from previous stays; the rooms are good, although a bit older. However, I have to deduct a star because the location of the hotel is not ideal. Nevertheless, I will definitely come back and can only warmly recommend this hotel-restaurant!

04/09/2024: Accueil sympathique et repas excellent. Un grand bravo au serveur pour son amabilité Ainsi qu’à la cuisinière pour la qualité des plats. Mérite bien l’affichette guide du routard 2024. Une adresse à retenir.

06/09/2024: Second stay at the Auberge, the first was just for diner, this time we decided to stay over. The auberge is in a very nice and old building and the rooms are fine, clean and we had the access to the POOL which was nice and relaxing after a long drive. We have been helped with our luggage despite that the owner had a back pain and I think that it was courageous from her, to carry my wife’s heavy suitcase! She didn’t had to, but she did! The diner is just fabulous, the service is diligent and friendly. Believe me, WE TRIED and there is nothing equivalent or superior to that auberge MILES AROUND!
