30/11/2025: Arrived at this establishment, guided by my daughter (a cook), for my birthday. A warm welcome, lovely dining room, a family meal atmosphere—everything I love. A bowl of fried food for an appetizer. Good starters, good main courses, a small cheese platter… desserts skipped because I was making a mocha at home 🤭… Good wine, good food… An excellent restaurant… I'll definitely be back.

01/11/2025: Excellent fried trout, delicious vegetables. Homemade desserts, everything is local, I highly recommend it. And thank you for the birthday candle and song with dessert.

17/11/2024: Very good food but it takes a very long time to serve, too bad the rest is very short, plan on 2 or 3 hours to eat

19/11/2024: The owners are very friendly, we were served very quickly, the dishes were very good and plentiful. I find it hard to understand some of the negative comments, but now people are never happy and it's all their fault. We will happily return if the opportunity permits.

20/09/2024: On the menu Morteau sausage, baked potato with cream and chives, very good but 5 rounds of Morteau approximately 0.5 mm, put them together 2.5 cm for 16€50 and the owner answers you given the price they don't cannot put a whole sausage, we must inform the customer, it is not a sausage but 5 small rounds (1/4).

10/01/2025: Waitresses always with a smile. Very warm welcome, very often eating the daily menu at lunchtime. It's always very, very good. Bar restaurant that I recommend with my eyes closed 👌👌

27/08/2024: We stopped by by chance as we are gourmet pastries. We did not regret the experience! This is gourmet pastry, the flavors combined are extremely well chosen, and above all a texture of incredible softness (we don't feel overwhelmed by butter and sugar which can sometimes happen in this area!) The person who served us was very kind and did not hesitate to tell us the history of the house and the desire to remain established in Arbois without seeking to expand at all costs. We felt a keen interest in craftsmanship and know-how (being a craftsman myself, I can only agree with their point of view!) So certainly the experience costs more than elsewhere, but the value for money is totally justified. If you have a sweet tooth and are sensitive to craftsmanship, don't hesitate to try one of their sweet treats!
