20/05/2026: The restaurant...the food is very good, but when you have to deal with the waitress who is very curt and especially mocking, you don't want to go back...she treats customers like idiots and is not at all gracious, so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone...

21/08/2026: Lovely restaurant, warm welcome. The three of us came for lunch. The set menu was beautifully presented and delicious, from the appetizer to the dessert. We hope to return very soon to try the rest of the menu.

28/06/2026: Finally, a good restaurant—or rather, a very good Italian restaurant—in Lons-le-Saunier. During the week, they have a very affordable daily menu, and it's not just pizza. The desserts are delicious, the pizzas are top-notch—I adore homemade Italian pizza, just like in Italy—all served in an air-conditioned dining room. You'll be absolutely delighted; everything is homemade. The staff and the manager are very professional and friendly. The decor is great, and the comfort—from the chairs and banquettes to the large tables—makes this restaurant truly the best of the best in Lons-le-Saunier.

31/05/2026: We had a fabulous prix fixe dinner. Service was fabulous. Beautiful hotel and restaurant. I did not rate the hotel because we did not stay there. If the people that work at the hotel are as half as nice as the people that worked at the restaurant, it would be a great stay. Back to the prix fixe. Every plate was amazing. We did get too many chef’s presents. Because of the size and how delicious it was, I thought we states on appetizers. I was wrong. The chef’s presents, the appetizers, the two main entrees, the two desserts - so lovely. We did the wine paring with the prix fixe. It was a great pairing. Fabulous restaurant. I’d you are I the area, you need to stop and grab a bite of something. You will not be disappointed.

24/08/2026: In the heart of the Jura region, I discovered a completely natural area, a cozy hotel with a warm welcome, and a first-rate restaurant. All of this is run by charming owners who go out of their way to make their guests feel welcome.

13/08/2026: Friendly welcome. Convenient elevator and parking. We stayed in the triple room under the eaves with a skylight on the 3rd floor. Functional and well-designed bathroom. Breakfast included. A bit hot during the heatwave, but with the skylight open it's much cooler. The best recommendation is the restaurant. Refined cuisine blending tradition and innovation. The breakfast room is separate from the dining room, and there's a terrace with a view of the valley.

17/08/2026: An eclectic menu, with chicken with morels or fried trout among the unique offerings. The price-to-quality ratio is slightly inflated, but the setting is appealing for a gourmet stopover for hikers.

31/07/2026: A delightful discovery during a stopover on my way south. I thoroughly enjoyed it. From the amuse-bouche to the dessert. Excellent value for money. I'll be back.

22/07/2026: This hostel is next to the Ibis Budget where I stayed the night. And frankly, I'd gladly stay at that Ibis Budget again if the food nearby was this good. I had red mullet and tarte tatin. It was really delicious and very generous. A special mention goes to the tarte tatin, which was homemade—a welcome change from the ones you get at Metro. Plus, the service was friendly and attentive.

13/07/2026: Excellent place: simple and efficient, homemade, impeccable and friendly service. Everyone left delighted and satisfied. The children had the sirloin steak: the meat was very tender and cooked to perfection. The adults ordered a more "local" dish: a real treat. The chef and the waiter were incredibly attentive. Well done! My advice: go there!!!

07/06/2026: During each stay in Clairvaux, we always make sure to stop at Le Temps Jadis. The atmosphere and setting are unique, and the food and service are excellent, with a smile always present.
