04/03/2026: Beautiful view and lovely decor. The service and welcome were impeccable. This justifies the slightly high price for the area... However, I ordered the duck confit parmentier and I've been sick for an hour now 🤢 It was far too greasy, which is a shame.

04/03/2026: Superb restaurant with a magnificent view of the lake. The dishes are very well prepared and beautifully presented. The staff are very friendly. I highly recommend it.

04/03/2026: I know the restaurant is closed for renovations, and there's also a change of address. I don't see the point in giving it a star. I support restaurant owners who are working. To those who are giving ratings when this restaurant is closed for renovations, they're completely off base! Be a little more logical and supportive of our restaurant owners. Besides, it clearly states that it's closed! 😂 🙂

24/03/2026: A delightful discovery! Charming setting, delicious and generous menu, beautifully presented. The spices were perfectly balanced. The service was neither too fast nor too slow. Highly recommended.

23/03/2026: A charming little hotel in a great location. The room was spotless. The pool was lovely. The breakfast was very good, with excellent local products. The evening meal was superb, featuring fresh, local ingredients. Christophe and Virginie gave us excellent advice for exploring the region. Christophe is passionate about his region and its wines. I highly recommend it! We will definitely be back!

22/03/2026: Extremely disappointed. I came to the kids' park with a 2-year-old, and 9 euros for that is frankly awful. The play area isn't heated at all, and the ball pit was full of chips and all sorts of trash. Everything is very outdated. They seem to think it's more geared towards adults with bowling and other games, but for children, it's terrible. Keep in mind that these are their future customers.

22/03/2026: Following a recent incident at your establishment, I am requesting clarification. A member of our group was asked to remove a cap, citing internal regulations, while other customers were permitted to wear headscarves without any issues. This situation surprised and disturbed me, as it suggests discriminatory treatment that, in my opinion, warrants clarification. I fully understand that each establishment may set its own dress code. However, these rules must be consistent, applied fairly, and, where necessary, clearly explained to avoid any misunderstandings. I would be grateful if you could provide an explanation for this difference in treatment, as well as the specific dress code rules applied at your establishment. This rating reflects the disappointment caused by this blatant discrimination.

04/03/2026: Another exceptional meal at the Abbey Hotel restaurant. I come several times a year now, and it's always outstanding. This time, it was a set menu, and while I didn't get to choose the dishes, I thoroughly enjoyed myself from beginning to end. The service was impeccable, as always, and Chef Francis Piot always came to check on the table to make sure everything was alright—true professionalism.

10/03/2026: Lunch at the restaurant today. Pleasant staff, delicious food, excellent value for money, and a visit from the chef at the end of the meal. Congratulations to the chef and all the staff! Highly recommended.

06/03/2026: Found a lovely hotel on Michelin with excellent cuisine. The rooms at the back of the house are nice. Our bathroom, though renovated, was probably closed in winter and smelled. We had to air it out thoroughly. The bistro restaurant is a splendid location, from the ambiance to the menu and the service. Everything is good and well-prepared.

25/02/2026: We had a wonderful time at Les Arobiers. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. A fantastic welcome and very good meals. Excellent location. We will gladly return.

30/03/2026: Very clean, comfortable beds. The road running past the hotel is virtually inaudible with the windows closed. Breakfast is plentiful. Free parking with a barrier.

27/01/2026: This is my second stay at this hotel. The rooms are modern, with an espresso machine (not common, as they usually use freeze-dried coffee), and comfortable bedding. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the staff was very friendly. It's centrally located with the added bonus of free parking. The breakfast was standard.

28/01/2026: I regularly spend my evenings at this bar and I've never been disappointed; in fact, that's one of the main reasons I go back so often. The staff is very friendly and I've never had any problems with the other patrons. The prices are very reasonable and the evenings are always very well organized. Following some minor controversies, I'd like to share my opinion: the bar is experiencing too many misunderstandings regarding certain political views. I believe that political opinions have no place in a bar, and that Les Arcades, in particular, makes no distinction whatsoever, regardless of the person or their political opinions.

15/03/2026: We came for a weekend, very nice hikes 🌲 The welcome at the hotel was impeccable 👍🏼 Dinner in the restaurant was very good, with excellent ingredients. 🐠 🍫 A slight drawback was the breakfast, which could have focused more on local products.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Mathilde, whose professionalism, smile, and attentiveness truly made our visit memorable. The welcome and service were worthy of a true 5-star hotel, warm and impeccable from beginning to end. The setting is simply idyllic, an exceptional place nestled in nature that makes the experience even more magical. Everything is in place for an unforgettable stay. A remarkable place that we wholeheartedly recommend. We will definitely be back!

09/03/2026: We stumbled upon this place. What a fantastic find! Homemade cuisine using local produce, and top-notch service. Reservations are recommended. We were lucky; we hadn't booked and got the last table.

21/02/2026: We stopped at this hotel somewhat by chance, and the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and funny. The waiter who looked after us throughout our meal is named Brice, and he deserves a gold medal for waiters! He kept us laughing during every meal, was very helpful, joked around with the children, etc. And I also want to thank the amazing chef(s) who prepared delicious dishes worthy of fine dining restaurants at reasonable prices. Everything went well; in fact, we returned to this hotel for our return trip and wouldn't hesitate to come back if the opportunity arises.

18/02/2026: An unexpected stop on the journey left me with no choice of hotel. But what a pleasant surprise! The hotel was charming, the room lovely and very comfortable. The welcome was warm. I ate at the restaurant, which was very good and reasonably priced. I had stayed at an Ibis the night before; this hotel wasn't much more expensive, but the experience was significantly better.
