23/03/2026: Our 4th visit to Le Gindreau, Chef Pascal Bardet has immense talent, extremely creative and passionate about local in season produce. We had fantastic food and wine served by a very professional team. Chef Bardet changes the menu depending on the season, so you have a great excuse to keep coming back and try newly created delicious dishes. In the Michelin star world, Le Gindreau is a fantastic choice, reasonably priced, warm staff and a great location (exceptional when you can eat outside). Keep up the good work Team Gindreau.

08/03/2026: Last night, the locals had organized a "couscous" evening, and needless to say, we were there. We enjoyed a generous portion of couscous with three kinds of meat. The meats were delicious, the semolina was prepared with just the right amount of spices, and to finish, there was a Pavlova, a light and refreshing dessert with red berries, grapefruit, and whipped cream, all on a meringue base – the perfect way to end a good meal.

Arriving at this quay where quality begins with the gleaner's basket. Determination and high standards, local produce showcased, choosing excellence, and the challenge of cooking with life. All vegetables, therefore, gleaned from the surrounding area, from the garden to us, more than just a matter of taste. The products, magnified completely transformed by culinary talents, are offered to us in mezze form, to be nibbled on as we please. Local and authentic, certified by a love of the craft and the authenticity found in every dish. An address without glitz or glamour, but a festival of flavors, a rainbow of tastes that explodes on the tongue. They are young and full of enthusiasm; eating here is not only about pleasure but also about experiencing a certain grace. The grace of honesty, of respect for their craft to offer the very best, and everything here exudes this value. So why "tightrope walker"? Despite visiting the village off-season and the restaurant being open, we didn't arrive super early, but no problem, we still found a table. Something for everyone, reasonably priced, and the waiter was excellent. Enjoy the sunshine on the terrace.

18/01/2026: We came on a Sunday at lunchtime to celebrate a birthday and received a very warm welcome, as usual. A seat by the fireplace was more than pleasant 😀 The homemade cuisine is excellent and refined. Special mention for the meat, which is of exceptional quality. I recommend it 200%! I can't wait for summer to enjoy the terrace 🥰

He explains the menu with unparalleled enthusiasm and precision. From start to finish, we were delighted: from the appetizer to the dessert, everything was excellent! And what can I say about the homemade stews… absolutely incredible, a true delight that reflects the restaurant's expertise. A place to discover without hesitation: I recommend it wholeheartedly!

I ordered veal, which was very well cooked, but there wasn't even 50 grams of meat on the plate—just three measly bites! I left still hungry. It's a shame because the food is excellent, but it just left me wanting more. It's fine for tourists.
