09/07/2025: A magnificent setting with superb decor! Plenty of choices on the menu, and generous plates. However, if you're expecting to enjoy galettes/crêpes/Breton cider, you're far from it. The galettes, although filled, remain thick and low in butter. The butter and sugar crepe was dry and also severely lacking in butter. Furthermore, the cider was Norman and therefore lacking in flavor, especially the apple flavor. In short, a restaurant where you'll have a good time, where your stomach will be full, but nothing exceptional.

12/12/2024: Une honte et arnaque totale. Service lamentable(personnel dont la tenue et le niveau de compétences laissaient fortement à désirer ). Du vol sur la caille au foie gras qui s'est transformée en poulet de chez LIDL. LE vin était heureusement buvable mais de justesse, et toutefois bien cher pour le contenant. Je déconseille vivement cet endroit largement surcôté dont la réputation n'a d'égal que la médiocrité. Un Lotois de longue date. PS. SI vous passez aux Arques ,prenez votre sandwich et allez au musée Zadkine.

03/11/2024: It is not very often that I praise a restaurant for exceptional food, but this one's close to the top of the list. The French Laundry in Ca. is at the top. My wife and I were on our very first trip to France and a friend who lives in France, recommended this restaurant. We were lucky and got reservations in advance. We started out with a delicious Muscat as an aperitif. I then ordered the lobster ravioli for my plat and chocolate mousse for desert. My wife ordered the pigeon for her plat and lemon tart for desert. Lunch was paired with a delicious Petites Merveilles white wine. Most restaurants in France have three courses (Entree - starter, Plat - main course and then of course, Desert). This meal was fantastic. You could tell that everything was prepared with pride and care. We took our time and savored every delicious bite. Yes, this place is a little out of the way, but it was worth every euro. Paris has it's fine dining spots, but if you're in the Bordeaux region, make it a point to stop here and enjoy an excellent meal.

04/07/2025: On vacation in the area we discovered this gem, the burgers, tacos and pizzas are excellent with fresh, quality products at an affordable price. All served with a smile, joy and good humor. A very big thank you to the whole team for their welcome and their cuisine!!!!

06/11/2024: Très bon concept d'assiettes de salades garnies aux choix. De 12,50 euros à 30,00 euros. Assiettes copieuses goûteuses et réalisées avec de très bons produits. Un conseil, pensez à mettre des tables plus larges ou à réduire la taille des assiettes. Sinon très bon accueil des serveurs.

04/11/2024: Nous avions un excellent souvenir de cet endroit et notre mémoire ne nous a pas joué des tours.. les assiettes sont excellentes, copieuses … le service très pro et teinté d’humour .. merci à la serveuse qui a rendu ce moment encore plus convivial ! Bravo au cuisinier pour sa crème brulée à la vieille prune ! Nous reviendrons encore et encore 😀

10/11/2024: Fabulous stay!!! A hotel with a Michelin star restaurant. At the helm are the owners, chef Frédéric Bizat and his charming Mrs. Bizat. A beautiful hotel in a hidden paradise surrounded by vegetation that conveys peace and tranquility. We liked everything, the cleanliness, the attention of all the staff, the views and their exquisite meals. The impressive breakfast with homemade products, jams, pastries, fruits. The restaurant with a 'MERECIDISIMA' star, a high-level cuisine that combines modernity with tradition, very well prepared dishes with a mix of delicate and unique flavors

10/11/2024: Very beautiful, elegant hotel with its pretty rooms and their small private terraces, a real pleasure. When at the Trois Soleil restaurant we were once again not disappointed, we had the tasting menu, it was a real delight, each dish was delicious. It was a delicious discovery and the staff took great care throughout the meal. Thank you to the whole team for this absolutely magnificent moment, the welcome was truly perfect. 04/01/2025: Very friendly setting (small fireplace to warm up), picturesque atmosphere perfectly suited to the village. We were welcomed by 10 people without any worries, very pleasant staff. We all ate very well from children to adults, duck legs, homemade cassoulet, plate of sausages, veal and salad dish we all found what we were looking for.

03/09/2024: Basically, coming for 2 days, we were so well received that we extended our stay by an additional day..... Remarkable place, 2 star hotel but which by these services could easily aim for the 3rd... ... Over these 3 days we also ate a variety of platters and gourmet dishes (a pure culinary experience)......... A attentive staff, a boss who reflects the image of his establishment...... ... We are thinking of coming back next year with family..... Recommended for travelers looking for local, regional products and authenticity.......

Plus, as for the sides, we had a mix of the three on offer (perfect for people like me who have trouble choosing). In short, a gem. I recommend it! Thank you very much, it was great! 👍
