21/09/2025: This is our second time here and it's a real pleasure. A warm, efficient, and dynamic welcome, and cuisine to die for. There's nothing to say, everything is perfect.

21/09/2025: The menu is very good, with an interesting selection and a touch of originality. The service was very slow, especially at first. The dining room is quite noisy.

30/10/2025: All natural and with very little sugar, which is appreciated because it's not cloying at all. Goats and horses roam around, all local.

26/01/2026: We did not book a table in advance. My husband and I are GF and Vegan. It did not bother them one bit. Always nice to receive a warm welcome under these specific diets. We could also take a desert. A plus point for us as it is not often. All produces come from 50 kms away max. The chef knows his food and it shows. I will go again or even take clients with me. Wish the restaurant and its staff all the best.

03/01/2026: Refined and generous cuisine Truly French, just the way we like it The atmosphere is warm and the attention to detail doesn't stop with the waitress, who is absolutely lovely and always smiling; she even goes so far as to provide sanitary napkins in the restrooms for our little oversights :) I highly recommend this restaurant, a gem of our beautiful France, nestled between the Limousin and Occitanie regions.

04/11/2025: A first visit in June 2025, just a few weeks after opening, prompted by instinct after reading the menu displayed on the chalkboard outside the restaurant. The discovery of sophisticated and flavorful cuisine at a reasonable price, followed by lunches and dinners alone or with company... and always the observation of a talent that is constantly evolving and refining. A delight for the taste buds and the eyes, and an explosion of flavors with every meal! Not at all surprised to read the promising Michelin review in less than six months, and proud to have discovered a gem. We hope for more culinary surprises on our next visits and look forward to finding in the dishes the same desire to showcase the best that the Lot, Aveyron, and Occitanie regions have to offer, the same passion from Chef Gregory Dattiches and his team in the kitchen and dining room. In short, they love what they do, and it shows!

23/11/2025: One November evening, during a hotel stopover in the area, we discovered this restaurant: simple and generous home-style cooking, a warm welcome, and soup just like they did 40 years ago as an amuse-bouche. A lovely evening.

06/01/2026: What can I say?! A true local producer… the taste and the products are exceptional. We tried many of their prepared dishes, but also the trout prepared gravlax-style, and even the restaurant during the summer! In short, we're huge fans and the team is lovely 🫶🏻

28/01/2026: Yesterday's truffle brunch at Gindreau was a truly wonderful experience. It was a very convivial occasion. Chef Bardet delighted us from beginning to end. Our only regret was that the weather didn't allow us to fully appreciate the Lalbenque market and the truffle hunting demonstration.

26/01/2026: As always, we were absolutely delighted with our lunch at Gindreau (our first time trying their brunch!). We invited some friends to share what is always a wonderful gastronomic experience! The welcome, the refined cuisine, the Chef's generosity, the incredibly warm atmosphere that combines the coziness of a home with elegant décor—everything is always perfect! We will return again and again and continue to spread the word about this place we love so much!

18/01/2026: We came on a Sunday at lunchtime to celebrate a birthday and received a very warm welcome, as usual. A seat by the fireplace was more than pleasant 😀 The homemade cuisine is excellent and refined. Special mention for the meat, which is of exceptional quality. I recommend it 200%! I can't wait for summer to enjoy the terrace 🥰

He explains the menu with unparalleled enthusiasm and precision. From start to finish, we were delighted: from the appetizer to the dessert, everything was excellent! And what can I say about the homemade stews… absolutely incredible, a true delight that reflects the restaurant's expertise. A place to discover without hesitation: I recommend it wholeheartedly!
